The overall experience was good but the quality workmanship and materials is not so good. The doors, walls, paint and other materials is easily damaged or marked. This is the only part that is not good which definitely concerning. Thanks

It is good for budget, The finishing materials are not great and is very budget oriented. The TV output is only one and none available in upper floor. The heat water is coming very late. The Lawn was not watered well before handover.

House fine. Finish details not so fine. Sales rep not qualified. Misleading info. Changes story. Would not work with hm again.

Had a lot of things wrong and messed up that had to be fixed prior to moving in. Was not told the truth about how much monthly payments were going to be. Some of the people were pushy and impatient when we were trying to decide whether or not to buy.

Warranty coverage for pulte homes really poor. They are doing temporary job during warranty time period. Worst customer care services.

Horrible building experience!!

So our sales experience was amazing. The rep was personable. However, the build process is where we had lots of difficulties. Centex clearly contract workers that do not share their vision. There are just too many things that have to be fixed up to and even well after closing. This was not a good experience.

A Home Buyers Nightmare!

This has been the absolute worst home buying experience I have ever undertaken. Day one we had kitchen sink issues with water going everywhere and the representative emailing that she is out of office for the weekend and will not respond until Monday. I finally got a hold of someone at the 1-800 emergency hotline and they contacted a plumber who found that the sink pipe elbows hadn't been properly seated and tightened. Day 14 we unexpectedly had raw sewage backed up and over flow out of the main floor bathroom toilet and bathtub. It flowed through the downstairs bedroom and into the living ...
