I’m a first time home owner. Me and my husband wanted a new construction and one of Centex houses looked very attractive. One of my favorite features about the house is the protected forest in the backyard. Another great feature is that the house has a surprisingly good sound insulation. There’s an active constriction near us and we can barely hear it if not at all. The process of buying the house, inspections, etc. was pretty easy, no stress. We met our construction guy, he’s professional and knowledgeable. He has annswered all the questions we had and gave us advice on the house maintenance. The only downside I can think of is that the granite countertops are not sealed, which means they will stain. Seems like cutting the corners, we will have to seal the granite ourselves. Please is easy to access the loan and take a short time in process please don’t hesitate to come ( why my friends can pay apartments than your own house

Great new home buyers experience. Everyone was on point. They laid out every step. I love my new home for its value. Builder (contractor) made himself very accessible. He was very knowledgeable. New home buyers this a lovely neighborhood.

Buying a new home can be very stressful but Centex made my experience almost stress-free. It started with the sales person Delante, who was very helpful with getting me the terms that worked for me. Then Adam, the construction manager explained everything about the house and made himself available for questions and/or concerns. All-in-all, I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.

We had a great experience,but the house how it was built i think the materials are low quality. We just move in 1 month ago and we see holes and screws popping out from the walls

Buying home with Centex is so easy, great quality and affordable

Throughout the experience my contractor manager kept me informed with the process.

Some parts of experience were OK. Others leave much to desired.

Overall experience is ok. If you have selected upgraded package, make sure that you verify these in a timely fashion. Luckily I checked so there is no delay. Home is ready on time as mentioned. Nice features included for the package that I selected.

This has been a great experience for us as first time homebuyers! We love the quality Centex use to build houses.

The project manager I worked with was really easy to work with. Very repsonive to emails and calls if I had any questions. Inspections were pretty stress free for the most part. If there were any issues we found, they were handled with no issues. After move in, I found a few minor things and they were handled really quick with no issues. There were a couple of other builders in the area I looked at but I am glad I went with Centex.

The experience of being a first time buyer was great. However the paint job in the home could have been much better after moving in we noticed that paint was on the cabinets in the kitchen.

I was pleased with my walk through with the developer representative; however, the sales representative was not very responsive to many questions after we were in contract to purchase. I had to continuously email the sales rep begging for information about the purchase and closing of the purchase.

Overall, it was an interesting, exciting, and an amazing experience; right from the first person I met to the last during walk through and closing were all impressive. Especially the young man we met in the office and the builder Rodney. I’m glad with my decision, hoping I will not have any reason to state otherwise in the future or regret my decisions. So far so good.

We were able to view the home and any problems were noted and repaired before closing. Closing went well.

The quality is not that great. For e.g. the door between garage and entrance to the room had a gap at the bottom and same as in the front entrance door.

The people are friendly and great to work with.

I love my new Ibis home. Construction managers Tony and Joe were excellent and built me a beautiful home. The neighborhood even includes a pool and internet in the HOA dues which are only $75 a month. There is a radon issue which I had to address myself because it was not quite a 4 but I found a good contractor and now I can sleep at night!
