The sales person (Kamona) and the construction supervisor during the house inspection (Carter) were great to work with. Centex customer service have been very responsive to the warranty issues (there's always a few things) after moving into the new home. Only thing that stood out in a negative way was the low-end kitchen faucet installed; no hose, no spray option, just a plain, cheap swivel neck faucet. Considering the price of the house and so many details that were well done, could not imagine who decided to save $100 on a decent kitchen faucet. By home buying experience with CENTEX has been great from the time of my first appointment with the Sales Center until the time of closing with the settlement attorney. I am very pleased with my new home, and I appreciate the cooperation and the thoroughness of those who helped make this experience as stress free as possible.

Our entire process went very well. The builder was incredibly helpful and continues to check in when he sees me outside to make sure things are going well.

They were very helpful and communicated well with me throughout this purchase. As a new home owner they answered all my questions that I had.

Overall they were great to work with. Clear in all communications and expectations. Still working with Carter to get a few minor issues taken care of.

I bought a "quick move-in" home in the development. Everything was done and ready for move in by the time I got involved. The blue-tape walk-through and final review of the home was great. The builder has been very responsive to all my follow up questions. Great experience. Very happy with the home.

I had a great experience buying and moving into my Centex home!

I bought the home in Centex. Staff is friendly but sometimes give false promises and ask for excuse. Home buying process is smooth but quality of the construction is not that great. I experience lot of wear and tear after my house closing which I didn’t expected. Quality was highly compromised.

It was great experience, Ryan neely helped to understand the design and structure. Carter was the construction manager and he always informed me with the construction updates along with my queries and all queries were answered and resolved.

As a First Time Home Owner, I had a lot of questions about the buying process and things that I'll have to know about the different pieces that make it a Home. Sales Office and the Construction Team was always flexible with my timings (I'm a Out of State buyer, who had to travel a lot for our meetings) and to answer all my questions in a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate the smooth process. Few of the steps seamed intimidating and I guess it’s part of the culture of the Sales process at Pulse/Centex. I felt they kind of rushed me into signing a contract and making the initial deposit. Speaking of Quality, Its a solid 4/5. I had few minor issues after moved in which were promptly responded to to be taken care of. Walkthrough was really a huge win for us as we learned a lot of bits and pieces that are in our home. A Huge Thank You! to the construction manager for all the effort that he put into this. Over all, Its great. This had been a experience of a life time it was good when the building process was taking place but after you close and receive those keys that’s when your problems start the warranty part is the worst experience. And I do understand that things happen but I’ve been aiver a month and have had nothing but problem with the warranty department they STINK

There is a delay in resolving the issues and also the house was not completed at the time of closing

The customer service is great. They address to each individual needs.

Though initial days building construction was slow due to inspection failures, Builder Carter took care of the delay once received Inspection Pass from officials... It was an unbelievable situation to possible delivery situation by his seriousness. Finally, Home delivered with Good Quality and I am very happy and satisfied with his work.
