The builder was very responsive to the issues That I figured out after moving into the house. They resolved my issues very quickly and I was very satisfied with the customer service I got even after closing the house.

They kept us informed of progress, and prolonged delay, in getting into our home. Unfortunately, we are on Azalea Drive and there were differences between Centex and City of Durham/Durham County with curb and gutter and sidewalks or none.

Good options for the price and spaciously designed for single family needs.

I found Centex by accident while searching for a new home. A very positive conversation with a lady helped me to feel confident with Centex. The lady was attending a workshop and just by serendipity she happened to mention her daughter had just moved to Hidden Valley by Centex. Armed with that recommendation I returned to Hidden Valley to choose a new home. I choose the Martin Ray and am very pleased. Elisa Parrot was very thorough, professional and welcoming. Selecting finishes, cabinets, lighting offered a very fair amount of choices. Mike Goushaw as Field Manager was detail oriented, easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. The mortgage group also professional and accommodating. I had several conversations with Mike O’Shea, Jimmy Hatzimimis and Caroline Dermon, each were patient and thorough in their descriptions and answers to my questions. If this sounds like too good to be true, I will say there were some bumps in the road. However, questions/ concerns were addressed quickly & professionally. Though we were not present during home building process and closing of our new home it all went very smoothly. Field manager and his team and all other teams had done great job. a great job.

The sales person (Kamona) and the construction supervisor during the house inspection (Carter) were great to work with. Centex customer service have been very responsive to the warranty issues (there's always a few things) after moving into the new home. Only thing that stood out in a negative way was the low-end kitchen faucet installed; no hose, no spray option, just a plain, cheap swivel neck faucet. Considering the price of the house and so many details that were well done, could not imagine who decided to save $100 on a decent kitchen faucet.
