Good customer service and responsiveness.

The builder was very responsive to the issues That I figured out after moving into the house. They resolved my issues very quickly and I was very satisfied with the customer service I got even after closing the house.

Pulte team did great job...I bought homes with other builders ....but I cannot compare them with quality of service pulte provides....they deliver house on ti.e..very professional...

They kept us informed of progress, and prolonged delay, in getting into our home. Unfortunately, we are on Azalea Drive and there were differences between Centex and City of Durham/Durham County with curb and gutter and sidewalks or none.

Good options for the price and spaciously designed for single family needs.

I found Centex by accident while searching for a new home. A very positive conversation with a lady helped me to feel confident with Centex. The lady was attending a workshop and just by serendipity she happened to mention her daughter had just moved to Hidden Valley by Centex. Armed with that recommendation I returned to Hidden Valley to choose a new home. I choose the Martin Ray and am very pleased. Elisa Parrot was very thorough, professional and welcoming. Selecting finishes, cabinets, lighting offered a very fair amount of choices. Mike Goushaw as Field Manager was detail oriented, easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. The mortgage group also professional and accommodating. I had several conversations with Mike O’Shea, Jimmy Hatzimimis and Caroline Dermon, each were patient and thorough in their descriptions and answers to my questions. If this sounds like too good to be true, I will say there were some bumps in the road. However, questions/ concerns were addressed quickly & professionally. We are a first time buyer and they guide us through the process. They were very helpful and can be trusted. They provide good quality materials. The managers and staff are very responsive to us. We are now enjoying our beautiful home.

Though we were not present during home building process and closing of our new home it all went very smoothly. Field manager and his team and all other teams had done great job. a great job.

Great service and ontime delivery

The pultie mortgage people are great got us in very quick and hassle free they know there stuff the supervisor Travis took his time and walked us though everything in the house made sure the house was very clean when we moved in and addressed any little issues we had quickly and is very professional great company couldn’t be happier

Everyone was very helpful in buying our new home from sales to completion. Questions and requests were answered and completed in a timely manner. Any issues were taken care of to our satisfaction. Our home was completed and ready to move into right on schedule. We love our beautiful new home and the location. We feel like our home is very well built and we hope to enjoy it for many years.

Our sales consultant was excellent to work with, not pushy, and helped advise us on which upgrades to get to stay in our budget. The building experience was smooth with no hiccups and our field manager communicated each step in the process with us.
