It was a great experience working with the builders from start to end. They were very professional and went beyond all things to get my place ready as scheduled. Great jobs guys.

A measure of a builder's success is the threshold between craftsmanship and time. Craftmanship is the detail quality of work, and time is the cost of building it. When time takes precedence over craftmanship, the outcome is loss of customer confidence, extended costs, and future revenue losses. Details matter.

The Craftmanship is pretty good. Solid home, great seals and overall attention to detail has exceeded my expectations.

Carter and James, our field managers, were very helpful and available on-site. Out of the whole experience it is the connection from builder to customer that makes or breaks the whole experience. They also worked on the house themselves providing little extras that go a long way in making the home more useful and livable. Also, Patrick, our salesman, answered our questions in a timely manner. The builder's mortgage seller rep, Michael, also was very relatable and friendly. We took a star off because the windows used were cheap. I had very pleasant experience with both manage and workmanship. They are always prompt in answering any queries not only while you are planning to buy but also post moving to the home. Great job team!

My kitchen came with all the bells I can't believe how beautiful my kitchen looks. I have all the modern upgrades that I didn't even know came with the kitchen. I have self closing cabinets and drawers, the sink turns on and off with a wave of your hand, granite countertops, and huge stove. I must say the kitchen is my favorite place in the home along with my sunroom which is absolutely beautiful. All the sunlight that comes in warms my room and my dogs love it too.

I have been living in my new home for over a month now and it has been great, no issues. I also have had a few upgrades and that’s when you start to uncover issues but no issues found. I did contact the warranty service once when trying to add smart thermostats and they had someone over the next day to do the work. Overall, a great first home buying experience. If I every had to buy a house again I wouldn’t mind another Centex home.

Very happy with the homebuying process until the week of closing and there was an alarming rush to get things done. The workmanship was less than desirable. There has been great effort to correct errors but I'm not confident that the builder would have made corrections on their own. We had to show and notify them of all the mistakes/oversights. Great efforts have been made in the last month but there are a couple outstanding items that are not available (beyond their control). Patience is key. Please read your paperwork and make sure you get everything you paid for, because they will not offer up the information--just hope you don't remember or notice. They tried to tell me that the garage door glass inserts that were in my purchase agreement was not included. Low and behold I found it and they agreed to get them done. Beware that there is no 30 day warranty process followed by an 11 month one as mentioned several times during my homebuying process. There is only the 11-month service. So they expect you to wait that long for them to fix things. The warranty office will literally tell you that. So they will only service things you catch during blue tape walk and what is written on Celebration walk through. Otherwise, wait 11 months. I'm unhappy with the warranty process, my water pressure is not something that can wait (they did agree) or the rack that fell off the wall. Also, a 1 year warranty doesn't mean you have warranty access for a year, it means they want you to write one list and wait 11 months until they address what they consider minor. Like anyone looking at building a home, do your research on what you're looking for and what you want added, you do that then your partnership with Centex is unbeatable. From the sales staff to our field manager the build process was amazing. They were great at explaining all of the various options and steps, though don't be afraid to ask about anything not brought up. My family is so happy with our new home, from all of the options we were able to get, the quality of the construction and speed at which they got our home built.
