The people are friendly and great to work with.

I love my new Ibis home. Construction managers Tony and Joe were excellent and built me a beautiful home. The neighborhood even includes a pool and internet in the HOA dues which are only $75 a month. There is a radon issue which I had to address myself because it was not quite a 4 but I found a good contractor and now I can sleep at night!

It was great experience, Ryan neely helped to understand the design and structure. Carter was the construction manager and he always informed me with the construction updates along with my queries and all queries were answered and resolved.

As a First Time Home Owner, I had a lot of questions about the buying process and things that I'll have to know about the different pieces that make it a Home. Sales Office and the Construction Team was always flexible with my timings (I'm a Out of State buyer, who had to travel a lot for our meetings) and to answer all my questions in a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate the smooth process. Few of the steps seamed intimidating and I guess it’s part of the culture of the Sales process at Pulse/Centex. I felt they kind of rushed me into signing a contract and making the initial deposit. Speaking of Quality, Its a solid 4/5. I had few minor issues after moved in which were promptly responded to to be taken care of. Walkthrough was really a huge win for us as we learned a lot of bits and pieces that are in our home. A Huge Thank You! to the construction manager for all the effort that he put into this. Over all, Its great. The homebuying experience was positive. We love our new home. We find the hoa a bit restrictive. Which is disappointing. The home itself is beautiful though.

Centex is a great company. But I think they have to improve in their workers communication network. It can affect buyers indirectly. But overall they deliver on time

Carter and James, our field managers, were very helpful and available on-site. Out of the whole experience it is the connection from builder to customer that makes or breaks the whole experience. They also worked on the house themselves providing little extras that go a long way in making the home more useful and livable. Also, Patrick, our salesman, answered our questions in a timely manner. The builder's mortgage seller rep, Michael, also was very relatable and friendly. We took a star off because the windows used were cheap. Our field construction manager was quick to resolve any problems. He always communicated in a timely manner. Our overall experience was very good.

Building a hime comes with its own challenges. Sales and site managers were very informative. Quality of flooring products at base choices could be better.

We really enjoyed working with Michael our building manager and Chad our sales agent, great and knowledgeable folks. Overall high quality home with some slight material & workmanship concerns, as an example a roof leak in our first days in the house. Minimal and rather sickly looking landscaping plants and sod add to the lower rating on workmanship and materials. The sod laying was pretty bad.

Sales and Customer service are really great. We enjoyed the entire experience with Centex

They have spacious floor plans , I like that part . But I feel materials are not so strong . Could be more better .

Home is good but having some issues with the brand new appliance (washer)

The quality is not that great. For e.g. the door between garage and entrance to the room had a gap at the bottom and same as in the front entrance door.

Beautiful home. Thankful to have a home to move into. Would like a larger yard.

I bought the home in Centex. Staff is friendly but sometimes give false promises and ask for excuse. Home buying process is smooth but quality of the construction is not that great. I experience lot of wear and tear after my house closing which I didn’t expected. Quality was highly compromised.

There is a delay in resolving the issues and also the house was not completed at the time of closing

Definitely builder grade. No sound proofing at all. Insulation is sub par. I can hear a person sigh in the next room. The use of flat paint is standard but it shows every mark, hand touch etc. The carpet and padding is sad and low quality. The land grading and drainage is actually horrible. Landscaping is a joke. But the price was fair in this market. I could have gone somewhere else but needed a ranch with decent sq footage. And the people at Centex were super nice. Note that Pulte Mortgage will not service your loan and they sell it to Fannie Mae who gives it to Loan Care who is one of the worst in the industry, according to all I read. ... More
