Great service and ontime delivery

The pultie mortgage people are great got us in very quick and hassle free they know there stuff the supervisor Travis took his time and walked us though everything in the house made sure the house was very clean when we moved in and addressed any little issues we had quickly and is very professional great company couldn’t be happier

Customer service is okay, construction is not good.

Great location in the RTP Area (North Carolina). Closing was delayed by 2 months, Building process was rushed. Fortunately the Field Manager Duane has been very helpful in addressing the issues.

It take them time to get a response back and multiple attempts to reach them.

Everyone was very helpful in buying our new home from sales to completion. Questions and requests were answered and completed in a timely manner. Any issues were taken care of to our satisfaction. Our home was completed and ready to move into right on schedule. We love our beautiful new home and the location. We feel like our home is very well built and we hope to enjoy it for many years.

I love my new home; however, I feel that the service and response time from employees at Centex could be better. I understand that they have a lot of needs to be met but I wished they would answer emails timely!!

Centex is a good builder. We had a very good experience. The field manager was very good with his responses.

Overall very happy with Centex. The SmartHomes Salesman not so much. He is not honest, doesn't explain his product throughly and tried to price gouge us three times. The technicians should be selling this product as they are excellent. We will not recommend Smart Homes to anyone and will tell people not to use their products. Overall very happy with Centex and our new home.

Overall my wife and I have had a great experience buying our new home. It was designed by a previous home buyer who received military orders before they could close, so we were very lucky to find it. The overall design and layout are perfect! The closing experience was very easy, and our field manager has been awesome! Only gave four stars on workmanship because we recently sprung a leak in our master bathroom shower... However, the warranty service is very quick to respond and we have a plumber scheduled to do the repairs within a few days.

I was satisfied by the service provided including taking the time to walk through all quality checks and willingness to fix problems quickly.

This was my husband and I's first home purchase and it could not have gone more smoothly. Our sales consultant was excellent to work with, not pushy, and helped advise us on which upgrades to get to stay in our budget. The building experience was smooth with no hiccups and our field manager communicated each step in the process with us. When we had our final walkthrough, you could tell our field manager actually cared about the issues we pointed out and ensured the house was flawless when we moved in. Difficult process when it should have been a positive one- we are happy now as all is said and done

Centex builds a solid house. There were problems, some major, due to a disconnect between sales and the build teams. However, wherever there was a problem the Centex team fixed it without batting an eye. These are good people who stand behind their products.

The sales team is amazing and spot on. The mortgage process was the easiest I've ever experienced. The actual move in was a bit bumpy, but the builder made everything right.

Just wanted to say the buyer of our new home was a great experience. Everyone at Centex made is a pleasurably experience.

Our entire experience has been excellent. Everyone has been very professional, knowledgeable, and helful. All in all, it was a good experience.

Our walk through took over two hours, almost a month later, we still have items from our walk through still being taken care of. Hopefully, this will be all finished by June 19th, we moved in on May 20th. It has taken countless emails and follow up emails and calls to get my home up to new house standard. We moved in with in accurate details on who hooked up the facilities. Were there close to two weeks before the internet was able to be installed, the subdivision was not ready for people to move in. We are supposed to have our grass cut under the home owners association. We have not been given the contact information, almost in a month and no one has come to cut the grass. Having difficulty finding out whom to contact to get this done. Have had two field managers, never has been truly supervising the house construction or workers as needed. The initial paint job was the worst of any home I have ever lived in. There was a hole in my shower, grout issues, paint on tile and hard wood floors, paint on cabinets. We had a toilet that had to be fixed by a plumber, a nasty spot on the concrete that had to be fixed. Overall, it has been difficult. We are having to pick up nails left by construction crews on the streets, trash continually blows into our yards. We also had an issue during construction when our screened porch was done wrong and the patio was not poured. I am just now beginning to think that after tomorrow, when the security team should be finished and the remaining paint removed from my floors that my home will feel like my home. However, I am still concerned with the construction crews that are leaving too many nails, trash, and I would like the Home Owners Association to cut my grass as promised and paid for at my closing. ...
