I was told when I would point out bad quality or issues in my walk through, that I purchased a “level 3” house and needed to remember that. I am not exactly sure what that means, but as a home buyer that’s not a response I should ever hear. Also issues were not reviled before closing as I was “promised” they would be.

Centex offers a wide variety of attractive floorplans. The fact that they are owned by Pulte Homes was big plus and influenced our decision to purchase since we have previously purchased a new Pulte home.

Misrepresented information, was provided about a fitness center. Which is a strong criterial for me, purchasing a home. The landscaping grading is bumpy and rocky. I love my home, however, it would have helpful if I were provided with basic details, about cable, and wiring, in the unit. Also, no folder, paperwork, disc or hardcopy of the homeowners association regulation. And, most importantly, there is a serious ANT problem. The sales staff, financial staff and building rep were EXCELLENT! The house psssed inspection with flying colors, however, the cabinetry is bottom of the line quality, the tiling backsplash should not be trimmed in metal, the windows and doors could be better quality too. Vents should bd vented to the outside and gutters should have been put on

Mortgage company made a big deal over 75 dollars credit card payment I didn’t know someone else was going to pay it for me I guess I should have known and assume things that were never mentioned I guess that’s the price we pay for being American citizens

Mr. Eric and Mr. Ibrahim were very customers oriented. Always were available for answer any concern or situation that arise. They at all time showed their knowledge and professionalism. I never recommend PULTE Mortgage as a financial institution. They were too rude, unfriendly and not organized. PULTE MORTGAGE decrease Centex prestige.

Hard to give 5 stars for all of the items due to us purchasing the model home. So we have not had the chance to witness the process of the home being built. Otherwise we are very happy with the home. Alexandria has been very helpful, responsive, and informative during the purchasing as well as post purchase. I would suggest providing the model home purchasers the same warranties, services, and follow-up as new-builds, instead of "As-is". There are cosmetic blemishes that would be addressed if it were a new-build.

My Centex Sales Associate Chance was WONDERFUL, I can’t sing his praises loud enough. No matter my questions, he always made time for me. Andrew our project manager was wonderful.
