The sales and supervisors we worked with were great to work with. However, the craftsmanship in the house is pretty terrible. Cheap carpet and floors. Terrible paint jobs inside and out. Everything inside the house looks like it was done by someone who does not take pride in their work.

While the home is nice, we are starting to find minor to major issues which I will not type here. I will say that if I had to do it again I would get a home inspector before signing off on the final home inspection.

Workmanship can get better, there was a lot of areas that were different measurement such as windows. Several doors had large gaps on the bottom. The huge one for me was that there was no blinds at all in the home, it is very hard to find the all the measurements. there are over 10 windows in the home.

Our experience at first was really good as Shawn kept us informed about the house. After we moved in we were told we would have a new house manager, but was never given his number. Shawn said that Scott had been too busy to meet with us, as he is meeting with other homeowners. We are homeowners and he should have met with us. We have lived here almost 2 months and nothing has been fixed on our move in list.

Builder follow through left a lot to be desired.

Closing was delayed multiple days because issues with the CO which cause me yo wait over 5 days after closing to receive my keys! After almost two months after closing I am still waiting for the home screens to be installed… very disappointed overall with the company

Although Shawn, our building manager, had his hands tied a lot, I feel he did the best job he could for us. Contractors do seem to be the lowest bidders though. Often not showing up when they say they will. Centex had no contingency plan in place when their HVAC contractors quit on them. This lead to a couple of months delay. Holiday Pools refused to communicate with me about the project. Closing was delayed two weeks because the pool was not complete. This caused us to extend our stay at a local hotel and increased our out of packet expenses. Drywall has several splatters and the painters simply painted over them. Gloss paint for crown molding was overlapping the ceiling flat white in many areas. Had to reorder some tile and they used a different color grout when finishing. I see a few tile spacers still stuck in the grout. Our bathtub has to be refinished after contractors used ladders in the tub and scuff up the tub badly. Date of refinishing is estimated to be 4 months after closing! One window was broken at closing and has been repaired, but two windows are still missing trim that covers the installation screws after 40 days! The build quality is not there most of the workers are drinking during the day no supervision project managers just come and unlock the house in the morning and lock it up in the evening they do not check every time a stage of the build is finished they wait till the end of the build I've never seen them punch any blue tape on the second floor homes exterior so I guess it's just what they can see at ground level on there exterior walk for imperfections both my exterior hose faucets were not secure to the 2x4 and my master bathroom leaked into my downstairs bedroom they forgot to tighten the connection to the pipe shoty work because lack of supervision landscape laid right on top of your weeds no tilling my tree died already they said there's no warranty on landscape me and my neighbor got the same keys for our homes so I went and purchased my own they said no reimbursement could be made for me were the quality and the stand behind pledge? ... One month in and found a clogged sink, a leaky toilet, windows that won’t close, and ants. Warranty team is great fixing, but…

Our initial experience with making an offer on the home and getting updates was good. We got weekly updates pretty consistently in the beginning, but then they started to taper off. Once we were given our closing date, I felt like a lot still needed to be done with the house and was concerned if the house would be "move-in" ready by the closing date. We ended up closing on time and moved in but had a punch list of items to address. One of our biggest concerns was our vinyl flooring, which was not installed to a satisfactory condition. Another concern was the trim work, which appeared to be rushed and sloppy. We had paint splatter on the floor in almost every room, and areas that shouldn't have paint on them had paint on them (windows, door handles, etc). We've currently been in our home for almost two months and we're still pending most of our punch list to be completed. Overall we do enjoy our home, but I also feel that it was rushed to be completed by the close date and that work wasn't done properly. When you buy a brand new home, you will expect everything will be nice and neat. However, it wasn't our case. After closing, when we went to our new home, we found out that the kitchen wall was leaking, and to fix the issue, they had to cut off our brand new home. While they were fixing the wall, they destroyed our grass, now there is no grass but full of muds. Hollows on the ground, broken door, broken garage door, broken fence, broken shower door, uneven ground, uneven window frames, and much more. How hard is it to inspect the house top to bottom after finishing? I definitely do not trust Centax and pulte's quality of work, I am more than positive that there are problems in this house to be found by me eventually. I can give 3 starts at least, because the warranty team ( Corey Yates, Joshua, and Jennifer ) is good at fixing the issues also good at communicating. If I knew that this company is this bad at attention to detail and lack of quality, Centex and Pulte wouldn't be my list. ... More

Took 11 months from signing of contract to move in. Many delays and poor communication

front door seal not 100 % airtight, so many scratches at the walls and little dings on the tiles. toilet bowl to close to side wall for elderly hard to stand up. outside area have drainage issues

Add 1 month to the estimated closing date they give you, and make sure you hire a 3rd party inspector because there will be shortcuts found that need to be addressed

Experience was well. Our construction manager took the time to answer questions made sure our needs were met.

Overall experience: Loan process: good if you understand the home buying process, it was my first home so I ended up googling a lot of information as the loan processors weren’t necessarily proactive in providing all the needed details to understand next steps. Friendly people however. Construction: needs improved communication. Closing window kept on getting pushed with no communication, making it hard for buyers to schedule furniture or appliance deliveries around it. Workmanship, overall I feel I got the worse in quality. My father and family and myself of course were very dissatisfied and disappointed at the poor quality of the work. Lots of damaged and dented door frames and baseboards. The quality of the repairs isn’t much better necessarily. Many little visual repairs were pending plus I keep on finding more after 4 weeks in. Painters are definitely not professional, siding is not neatly cleaned. Window frames needed cleanup and painters stained walls and stones with their dirty brushes. Broken or damaged materials installed as if I was buying a non-new home. Warranties were presented to me after 3 weeks of moving in and it’s my understanding I didn’t get all the paperwork I should’ve, unless I’m overlooking something. Overall it’s been quite frustrating, lots of personal time invested in correcting things, bringing contractors in to fix issues, all while trying to work and putting my house together. Lots of guessing around services such as HOA registration and trash pick up. I love the neighborhood and the idea of what my home would look like if it was perfectly done. But honestly, I would let everyone know to be extra careful and more demanding of details, quality and communication before buying a home here. Who doesn’t love buying a new home, build from the ground up. Seems that the process was more stressful than I could imagine, even with a buyer agent involved. I love the home, even with some decorative flaws. The sales team members did make me feel great about my purchases, however, I wish I would have consider additional add one for better living. If anyone can afford it, get ad much done as possible. The building proved to need more checking and questioning. The communication could have been better, as I was met with some condescending responses. I’m a new home owner and I should not have gone through some of these uncertainties get me stress. Back yard is not leveled, it looks like everyone was in hurry and they supposed to work the way they built 2 years ago.

Wish they would have installed cable/Ethernet outlets in all the rooms.

Skylar, Mark, and Ani embodied the definition of responsiveness, punctuality and transparency. They were all easy to do business with. Brian on the other hand seemed quite untrained, unresponsive, and frankly misleading (talking in circles without it giving a straight answer specifically). Although I do not hold Brian accountable to his lack of training, that’s his management teams job. He is responsible for taking ownership of providing clear and concise data, which he did not do without a push every conversation. Overall, I would rate the entire experience a 4 out of 5 stars.

The experience of selecting options and then making design choices was not fun at all. Do not assume what each options include - u will be sorry. Things u think would obviously be part of an option as it is titled are not. Common sense does not apply. U need to ask a ton of specific questions to ensure u r getting what u expect. If u have conversations with your PM and something is promised, get it in writing. They will come back and say they misspoke or they were overruled by their management.

Nice neighborhood , good quality , but responsiveness to issues it’s pretty bad .

Our realtor was excellent but was outside the builders sales team.

So many things could have been handled better but we're tired of talking about it now.

The drive it’s and some other small over look things need to be paid more attention to be a we didn’t see them till we moved in now we playing the waiting game with warranty to get fixed and corrected. Next time we will look at things more detail because the little things matter too.
