My house has defects and it is not regular, it is on two floors and the upper floor sounds and they do nothing to fix it, they say it is normal, as it will be normal, it is a new house and it should be fine

My concrete wall need to be fixed but know one shows up, I’m telling them to fixed it and the ceiling paint is bad, my. Backyard is all being crack. I have referred my friends to centex but I’m really upset with the builder. I’m not going to refer my friends and family to this builder .

First time buyer here. The process went very smooth. They answered all the questions and concerns I had on a timely manner.

Excellent quality. The staffs are in contact with you often in order to let know the progress of the House.

If you’re looking to build a home the experience can be fun and enjoyable just not with this particular builder centex/Pulte from What I experienced I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. Everything from the lending to the building was horrific what they produce is not quality work with integrity.

What they say and what they do are two different things.

Chaz is an amazing builder to work with. His knowledge and understanding of a quality built has given us confidence and trust in his work. During the first walk through of the house, he was very thorough about his work. And, he worked hard to make sure we were please with everything.

Everything good with the materials and post sale

seems like an average budget home. fence will need to be replaced and painting done. in 3 years I will need to make some financial investment to upgrade the limited quality of materials used.

Good experience, the office personnel were a little sketchy and oftentimes lied to me about submitting my paperwork but afterwards it was a better experience.

The seller at the office was unresponsive and had poor communication. The project manager was nice and helpful.

I actually used to work for Centex years ago. They were a great company then and now going through the experience as a buyer, the home and all that comes "standard" rather than paying for upgrades on everything was the reason I went with them.

The builders always kept us informed no matter what.

The process during the build was fine. The quality of the materials and workmanship is horrendous. I am disappointed to own this quality.

I love that the sales team are very personable when it comes to helping with making design decisions. Cynthia was our go to person, and she was amazing. Overall, great experience.

Overall I was rushed to see the house. I went by a few times on my own to see the discrepancies that caught my eye to see how the issue was being addressed. I find a few holes around, the staircase only has gloss on the entrance and the railing going up doesn’t look touched. The wood actually looks faded. The front door and back doors do not close properly. So overall I would say yes it looks beautiful at first glance but I would advise anyone to spend a while really looking at the details. Open and close the door yourselves so you can really see if they work properly.

I have issues but they no fix They say not on warranty cover, the wall get wet from bathtub
