Many problems with the house from the grass in the back, shower doors with gaps, back door jamming, recurring kitchen leak one side of the closet different measure than the other one, garage walls were not finished, garage floor uneven ruff spots. Not good workmanship.

Started out positive, but didn't always get my questions answered. Even after replying to emails and asking. And then once home was closed upon have not received level of support needed when needing issues fixed. Still have many that were never taken action on and was told moving forward to wait until 10 month check-in. What about what was submitted prior not getting resolved? Just wait until 10 months I guess.

The longer I am in my home the more issues arise. Blinds that are falling down, nail holes in the ceilings, no caulking below baseboard, epoxy split and dried on floor, cracks in the walls appearing...NEVER been so disappointed.

Still waiting for the external trim problem to be replaced. It has sharp corners that will cut someone's hand and quality of workmanship poor. I addressed this with Michael again this week. This my 4 or 5 discussion about the problem since before purchasing the house. Someone pretended to adjust the problem by adding large globs of silicone to the sharp corners and rough edged opening that were not turned -in correctly in a professional manner.

Not a very great experience till now. we have seen houses that are being built around the area which have more build quality than ours

Terrible communication, they don’t follow thru on commitments, they disappear for long periods of time and don’t respond, the quality isn’t great and most disappointing is that you don’t even get what you expected/paid for when they substitute big items for different colors without telling you. Long list of gripes. Sales team super friendly for what it’s worth.

I have a lot to appreciate this company like the neighborhood and the house manager(Mark) are two of the main things I would like to appreciate Mark has really great responsive tendencies he is always there to help with issues and even if he can’t he always tries his best to satisfy customer and for that I would like to thank him. Something that left me with a sour taste in my mouth is the fact that after 30 of you moving in they are supposed to come to do a walk though in your house and that is a part of the contract but they never showed up. we I did I told them that when I moved in my grass in the back yard was not leveled and looked horrible but when I told them about it they kept telling me somebody will come to fix it and I would wait but no one would show it took me having to keep to call them every single day then when they did send someone the said that they didn’t have enough material to fix it and he never came back and now I’m stuck with this big backyard that is not leveled and honestly looks horrible. ... I love my home. Centex conceptualizes a beautiful look and appeal. My concern is workmanship it was poor all around. I never had a final walk through it was a 1001 things some major some minor that’s needed repair. Everything from the walkway to the bathrooms constant workmanship issues. And the response has been horrific I’m in two months now and still waiting for repairs to be completed. From spilling paint in carpet to, to broken cabinets in kitchen, to unleveled doors and crooked trim and every crooked placed Sheetrock and ripples in the ceiling. Its the contracted workers poor installment, as if they were unskilled. It has been so bad I’m been depressed about the entire move. It was the experience I thought I would have walking into my new home. Exceedingly disappointed. Positives are the home is gorgeous the materials appear to be quality and emphasize the beauty. Lack of detail on the property. So many things were wrong when I walked through but most of it has been fixed. Still needs painting and windows frames repaired. So many people to deal with.

Just wish things would be fixed quickly since we’ve spent so much money on homes.

I closed on February 14. In January, my builder acknowledged that two windows needed to be replaced and he was working on that. When we closed, we signed paperwork acknowledging that our builder was still responsible for getting our windows fixed. It’s April 13 and I am STILL waiting on this to happen. We keep asking about it and we are rarely hearing back or are told they are “looking into it”, then never hear again. We’ve had to involve higher ups just to get what was promised to us 4 months ago done.

I expected better quality in materials, we recently had a water leak outside in the sprinkler system and they took over two weeks to fix it.

Warranty issues that arose just now week after closing not adressed in a timely manner and no one takes responsibility.

The house was unfinished due to multiple careless mistakes when we moved in. We were never allowed to have our blue tape meeting and kept being told it would be this day or that day and then it never happened. There is paint on the floor, missing caulk, gauges in the wall, pin holes everywhere, missing screws, a attic door that isn't even painted at all, a banister that is not finished being sanded and stained, spindaels that are not fully attached, and doors that to do not close, and things we paid for that were never installed. It's been a month and a half and the builder is still refusing to fix these things and pretending it isn't happening. Calls and says he will fix it and install things and then nothing changes and no call back again until we call again. We have spoke to the sales consultant, the field manager, and the warrenty company and still have not had the issues that should have been fixed at the blue tape meeting, or better yet never happened because who leaves gauges in the wall, fixed. We were so happy with this process until the final month and then once we got into the house since they left the house unfinished. We waited before filling this out hoping they would fix these issues but here we are, without even an estimate of when they might pretend to show up to finish the house. ... More

Starting out was great got to choose your own design and select colors but when it came to building the house we had a lot of failed inspection because workers were cutting corners and causing me to be delayed another 3 and half months from closing and I am still finding more issues after closing, this feels like a working project instead of a move and ready home, my advise is do not close until everything is fix and I mean everything, because to get someone out there will take weeks to fix.

They rush the house build and didn't address every issue my inspector caught. I keep seeing new things wrong everyday about the poor quality. The buying process was smooth and location is good.

Houses are built with hurry and because of this there are things left behind. Finishes left behind like doors not closing correctly or having gaps. Almost two months and I can hardly use my backyard because it does not drain correctly. They came to fix it and now is worse. The stairs handrail still waiting to be fixed. Low quality paint. Not happy with this purchase.

I have purchased this property on 02/24. Since then I have reported 4 different issues. Ongoing issue with breaker circuit causing the AC to go off and home gets warm. Someone came and replaced the breaker but issue is still happening. Replaced microwave, dryer didn't work due to a cable /set up. There are some serious issues with my drainage in the master bathroom and it smells bad. Not happy with my "Dream Home Purchase". Too many issues too soon

Everything was great until the last week of the home being finished, a lot of unfinished areas and not inspected properly. Will never buy Pulte/Centex again, will be selling in the next 2 yrs or so.

Centex/Pulte Warranty department employees need a better understanding of their work ethics. We were instructed if there are any issues needing to be corrected call the warranty department. First there’s no human contact by phone to address the issues. Everything is to be listed by photo and described then emailed to the Warranty Dept. I did that for a few items that need to be corrected. I was then sent an email which I found to be very condensing advising me to wait 45 days so they could be corrected. Well I have a huge security issue with our back glass sliding door. The builder contractor ABS sent out 2 individuals on different occasions to correct the issues and both stated the issue isn’t the glass door( which doesn’t lock) the issue is with the Glass Door Frame! It’s been nearly 2 months since we’ve moved in and still the glass sliding door issue remains to be corrected. Does a person need to wait 45 days for their house to be secure. I’ve had to obtain a security system to protect my family. And BTW the list has grown for the 45 day repair. Not too happy for the amount we paid for the house. Warranty Dept needs better communication than doing things by email. Phone calls are a huge social distant approach. Workers should take pride in their tasks. ... More

Difficult process when it should have been a positive one- we are happy now as all is said and done

Still have things that need fixing but no one ever comes to do any thing!!

Horrible customer service with construction manager JOE.

I don't know I could recommend Centex in good faith if someone were to ask. I am going to be getting another home in the area soon for myself and am not considering another Centex proiperty.
