It was a great experience where we were always kept up to date and in the loop for any issues that arose or progress that occurred for the house. They kept their word with all the deadlines they gave (even when the world decided to through potential wrenches in their plan) and we had an open line of communication with the builder who helped us out with anything every step of the way. 100 percent satisfied with our experience!

Buying a home with Centex was a rocky experience. We had some chaos with the closing date, but the construction supervisor was not ready for the final walk through. After closing there was still deficiencies with our home that had not been corrected. We tried to work with the construction supervisor to get the outstanding deficiencies addressed, but after two weeks we gave up since it was clearly apparent we couldnt trust him to do his job. Additionally, the sod that was used on our lawn was infested with army worm eggs which we didnt find out till two weeks after we moved in. We had to pay for emergency pest control to save our lawn as the infestation was so severe it looked like our lawn was moving for an entire day. The quality of our home is outstanding! The attention to the details throughout the purchase, build, and closing processes were well thought out and easy to navigate. Every person from Centex was friendly, professional, and helped make the experience enjoyable and not stressful. They answered any questions we had but provided so many details along they way that we didn't have to wonder about any part of the process. The online system to apply and track the loan process was user friendly and made providing documents super easy. I highly recommend Centex Homes!!

Excellent customer support from sales consultants and builder field supervisor. They were always there to address my concerns.

Love the quality of the home, everything very nicely completed inside.

After moving into our home, several issues were noted. One was the realization that the bathroom tub has permanent damage, namely, severe scratches and scuff marks that cannot be remedied by cleaning. Another issue was several scratches on the glass of the bathroom mirror. Those scratches, obviously, cannot be removed by cleaning. Centex has refused to remedy those issues. If not remedied by Centex, those problems, among others, will forever be reminders of the poor construction and lack of accountability by Centex/Pulte. Rough-in construction went great. Building manager is great but dealing with too many problems: Concrete driveway and garage floor problems, light fixtures come loose from ceiling, tile has to be fixed, smart home issues with front door and kitchen cabinets not installed correctly. It’s almost as their sub-contractors don’t care or get paid more for fixing the problems they create.

I have built new homes with another builder and this was by far a better experience. From the start, their tam had a schedule, and stuck to it, documented everything. Worked with me when something wasn’t right. Love my new house.

I had an awesome experience with Centex. Very attentive to details and kept me informed at all times. All my questions were answered on time with a professional attitude. Our field manager Austin is an outstanding employee and I would definitely give him a shout out for his work ethic. Kept me informed throughout the process with a great attitude.

Process is very thorough. However, ask questions about everything. We were not made aware of a garage extension or that the lanai can be extended. We were also unaware that when building a pool it does not include a hand rail like the model home. Every upgrade costs $. All in all, great people to work with from sales to project manager to warranty people. It was a great experience and we live the area!
