I’ve lived in the home for a month now and the home has issues first with the outside paint is peeling, downstairs tub has a big crack that is rusted I’ve tried to let the contractor know about the issues and have not heard back from them. Just dissatisfied overall!!!!

Pretty much everything in the house has an issue. The flooring, the AC, the front porch, the sprinkler, the garage door... I'm tired of asking them to come to fix these issues. For the price we paid, for the pain the mortgage company was; there should have been none!

Overall I was rushed to see the house. I went by a few times on my own to see the discrepancies that caught my eye to see how the issue was being addressed. I find a few holes around, the staircase only has gloss on the entrance and the railing going up doesn’t look touched. The wood actually looks faded. The front door and back doors do not close properly. So overall I would say yes it looks beautiful at first glance but I would advise anyone to spend a while really looking at the details. Open and close the door yourselves so you can really see if they work properly.

We thought it was going to be great experience buying our first home. Boy were we wrong. The roof structure had many boards that needed reinforcement as well as a hole in the roof barrier. Initial inspection passed until we had our own inspector come through and point out many issues. Builders urinated in our new bath tubs with no running water. A port-a-toilet was literally outside next to our house. Electrical fixtures were crooked throughout and had to be straightened. Front porch post is not at a right angle/squared to the house. The home is well made, but when it comes to the surrounding they rushed and did not do a complete job. There are many places where they rushed to get the home done. Also the outstide water draining systems are not to par.

I had to do 3 final walk through this town house. My first one there was a leak in the living room wall that they had the wall torn apart by the sliding door when I arrived. The second walk through there was a wet spot on the wall were the original leak was. I was the person that pointed out that the wall was still leaking. It did take a little time to close, and at times the same paperwork that I was asked to submit was being asked to submit more than once either because Centex claimed they never received it or they needed it again. As for my reason to giving a 1 star on Responsiveness to issues is due to a couple of maintenance issues I have that was brought to their attention to 3 different people and I have yet to receive a callback, Email or anything on those maintenance issues that need to be fixed, going on week 4 now.

First, I'd like to say that Harrison came into to mess that should have been addressed before we moved in. There were many items that were not addressed before we moved in. We have for the last 4 weeks been dealing with one issue after another. Just to recap since we moved in the siding removed from both sides of the house. Kitchen side due to a bow in the wall. Bedroom side due to the AC unit 220 installed on the opposite side of the AC unit. Note I requested this be fixed before we moved in. Moved in my home for a month now. Have had electrical issues, plumbing problems, and hvac issues. To this day still waiting for the electrical issues to be resolved. Imagine buying a $400,000 and not having electricity for multiple days in master bathroom and bath. Being told it will be a few days before someone comes out. Many problems with the house from the grass in the back, shower doors with gaps, back door jamming, recurring kitchen leak one side of the closet different measure than the other one, garage walls were not finished, garage floor uneven ruff spots. Not good workmanship.

Started out positive, but didn't always get my questions answered. Even after replying to emails and asking. And then once home was closed upon have not received level of support needed when needing issues fixed. Still have many that were never taken action on and was told moving forward to wait until 10 month check-in. What about what was submitted prior not getting resolved? Just wait until 10 months I guess.

The longer I am in my home the more issues arise. Blinds that are falling down, nail holes in the ceilings, no caulking below baseboard, epoxy split and dried on floor, cracks in the walls appearing...NEVER been so disappointed.

Still waiting for the external trim problem to be replaced. It has sharp corners that will cut someone's hand and quality of workmanship poor. I addressed this with Michael again this week. This my 4 or 5 discussion about the problem since before purchasing the house. Someone pretended to adjust the problem by adding large globs of silicone to the sharp corners and rough edged opening that were not turned -in correctly in a professional manner.

Terrible communication, they don’t follow thru on commitments, they disappear for long periods of time and don’t respond, the quality isn’t great and most disappointing is that you don’t even get what you expected/paid for when they substitute big items for different colors without telling you. Long list of gripes. Sales team super friendly for what it’s worth.
