This is my second Centex new home. This one has had several issues but they are trying to fix most of them. The walls are not smooth and I don’t care for the paint quality. I don’t see as much attention to detail as I expected. Once we get settled in, it will be a great home. Love the floor plan and location so much.

We had a Great experience with centex.

I think somethings fell thru the cracks at the moment of explaining all possible options for the home, but overall good experience with both the seller and construction management and to this point continue to have good communication with both. I would try again with Centex Homes in any future home purchase.

From beginning to end it was clear communication. We were worried since the effects of the Pandemic started 2 months after we began process and construction. But Pulte/Centex kept working and in touch, week by week and providing updates on the build of our home. There was a lot of document request, which is part of, but when it came to the day of signing, it went smooth. Very grateful about everyone that works and worked with and for us. Enjoying every day and moment of our home and looking forward to the many memories that will happen in it.

The team in Carlson Place is great from sales to construction to warranty. They were amazing throughout the build and they have been amazing after close as well. This team is a huge asset to Centex! It was obvious from day 1 they take a lot of pride in taking care of their homeowners! Thank You Cindy/ John/ Claudia/ Andre/Kevin.

Overall it was Great Experience, i was connected to builder and they informed about all the activities going on related to construction and had some meetings as well when needed...

They customer service is excellent

The sales process was easy, but the construction team not so good. Im still finding things wrong with the house. I've been in the house for 2 months and still don't have some of the original issues fixed. Construction team is unresponsive now.

The overall process was great! I’ve been in my home 2 months a slowly starting to see many small errors. Nothing major, however it’s things that I’m sure the workers noticed and just skipped over. Overall, I’m happy with my home.

I was surprised and very disappointed to find that ceiling fans and a garage door opener were not standard for my home. I’ve never heard of a new home build that does it include a garage door system. Such an easy thing to complete.

Windows, garage door, yard, just the overall experience that i went through to buy the house left a sour taste in my mouth and even the realtor would choose the same. I wouldnt do it again

We have only lived in this house 1 month and the ac has already leaked into the ceiling causing drywall damage and mold. The AC was wired wrong and ran 24/7 for a month causing the ac unit to leak and our electricity bill to triple in cost. There was also things promised at closing that never got fixed and the vent in the roof was not sealed causing rain to leak into our attic. We have not had a great experience and would not buy a home from this company again.

I would say the house was not done with the best quality. There have been things that have been repaired since the move in. Sloppy work at times.

everyone we dealt with was professional and considerate. Having had other homes built in the past, I felt this was a very smooth process and everyone certainly put the home buyer first.

My wife and I purchased a home through Centex. We started the process in February of 2020, with a salesman by the name of Jason Oikonomopoulos. He was attentive and cared about the product we were investing in. After going through the intial phase of the purchase process and settled on lot, elevation, and packages construction was started. Once the home progressed to a certain point we were introduced to the Field Manager Mark. Mark made it his mission to share his overwhelming knowledge and to address any questions about the build, especially the quality. He has a certain level of attention to detail which demands the very best from the team he surrounds himself with which directly improves the quality of the product. Mark and Jason were always available for questions when we needed them. My wife and I would highly reccommend any of Pulte's contstruction to any family in need of a home or those who are destined to become a homeowner. ... More
