Daniel promises the world and nothing gets done! Terrible experience and I have bought 3 new homes prior to this and would not recommend Pulte to anyone! The sales rep only cared about selling not about us! She could not even bother to show up at the purchase meeting! She got her commission and walked away!! Still items on our punch list have not been completed to satisfaction!!! Terrible all the way!!

Issue with Appliances .House is full of red ants, crickets & roaches.

Its only 1 month in new house and i'm facing issues with my AC unit. Washer is not working properly. There are small little holes in the house through which many unwanted guests like roaches, ants, crickets keep coming.

My family an I moved into (our home) thank GOD ITS NOT OUR FOR EVERY HOME. First there was no inspection done only the H2O inspection paying almost 400,000 for a home you would think I would have gutters though their were none. In the beginning I was very pleased with everything. But about 3 weeks living at our new house there suddenly was an issue where we noticed the baseboard in the master restroom seperating from the wall. We knew right away it was due to water. We called pulte right away & they had someone one come out and cut a piece of the wall open. They realized the pipe for the AC was literally broken. Poor wiring job, dead spots on upstairs floor, poor sod job

Kitchen was not wired properly. We have to have the garbage disposal permanently unplugged if we want to run the dishwasher. There was no split in the wiring to allow both to run separately. Upstairs floor has several dead spots. The grass/sod job in the back yard was quite poor. On our 5th week in and there is still significant patches in the lawn.

I quality of the house is very bad and I am today disappointed. The flooring is getting to bad they did not all us to get it upgraded while signing the contract and the carpet is also low quality one. The paint job is very very bad during the walk through everything seems to be good but one we move in and stay there are lot of thing that need to be taken care down the line.

This had been a experience of a life time it was good when the building process was taking place but after you close and receive those keys that’s when your problems start the warranty part is the worst experience. Having pipes leak causing water damage. The thermostat goes down to 40 degrees without being touched. There are dips under the carpet. Door stoppers are needed. Lights are flickering. Going from dim to bright.

Since the pre-closing walkthrough, I noticed a lot of items were really low quality and very poor workmanship. I addressed those items, specifically the carpet and carpets padding and the wood strip that keeps it affixed to the corners. I purchased my home on 12/6/2021. My move-in date kept getting pushed back. The sales rep that initially handled my purchase quit and I fell into the proverbial cracks. Flooding issues.

They do not level the back yard for drainages unless they put the grass, my house did not include grass on the back and since we moved in and weeks prior to closing my yard was flooded and told many times my construction manager and never fix it, it’s been 3 months since we moved in and I still have the same issue and they refuse to fix it. I bought a new “quality” home to not have these issues but it’s been a terrible experience. Warranty guy never contacted me or email me about warranties.

Will never recommend any Pulte product. Multiple issues involving workmanship, quality of materials, communication, follow up, deadlines, and the list goes on. We are still waiting on multiple items months after closing. If considering building with Pulte….don’t!

I have bought sever new construction homes and have had the opportunity to experience an array of quality in this experiences. This has been by far the worst homebuying experience I have had. My house was months late, the realtor and construction team did not communicate the delays to me in a timely manner which left me homeless for months.
