Everything was on time as promise

Please is wonderful great environment with neighbors. Concerned about to dark at night time, not enough light to walk around. The response to resolve issues with the house not great. Need to follow up frequently to have my repairs done.

I’m still dealing with repairs and things that were not done properly in the home. Model homes are beautiful but they will not make your home with the same attention to detail. Worst decision ever to build with Centex. I’ve been in this home for 2 months and have had someone go every week to repair something all because material and workmanship is low quality. They took our excitement away.

The house went up quickly and is absolutely beautiful. I feel like I'm living in a magazine. However, I cannot seem to get any of the repairs completed. I've been waiting for responses to my requests for weeks. People who are supposed to show up for appointments do not.

The house wasn't done when we went to closing. centex assured us that they were going to everything done as we moved in, but it been 2 months now since we moved and the house is still uncompleted. We're thinking of bringing this issue to court.

So far everything with buying and getting into my new home been excellent.

Everything went well from beginning to the end. The builder was so helpful.

The first time we where checking the house right off the gate they promised things and we had to fight to get the things that were promised, There's horrible communication with the company and us. We were supposed to move into the home back in June and ended up moving in almost 2 months after. Overall the communication is horrible and the worst I've seen trying to buy a home. There's still a bunch of issues with the house that again we were promised to be fixed and yet nothing has been done. The grass outside has so many faults its hard to even count. First of all the grass isn't placed correctly. There's plenty of patches where the ground isn't covered and its not leveled. There's still left over construction marks on the street in front of us that was never cleaned up properly. There was plenty of weeks with zero communication between the homeowners association and us. Before and during closed I felt rushed and even threaten at one point. My home buying experience was very good & all of the people I worked with were very helpful, kind, respectful & professional.

During the build process, I did not think it would be as rough as it was. Going through four field managers was not necessary. Having to update them weekly on issues, keep repeating issues each week. The lack of responsiveness to issues was unbelievable. If client points out a problem, I would think it would be fixed at that stage and not months later. Or just let slip by as if it was never brought up. Also trades not caring about other trades work, which is normal but it was prominent. I was not able to receive a straight answer from multiple people. Each person would give me a different answer every time. There was a large lack of communication between the Dallas Office and Colorado Office. Not all of it was bad, the salesman Don was great to work with. He was friendly, straight forward with everything and overall easy to work with. Another person out of Dallas office was able to provide me more information that was helpful than the people actually on my house. The house is done and I have lived in it over a month. Good service

I had a poor experience with communication with my sales person not listening to our needs and wants or even caring to give good customer service at all. Otherwise the experience was great and everyone else involved, including the builder, was on top of their game. I’d still recommend Centex/ Pulte.

A home builder is only as good as the people they have running the job in the field. The superintendent that built my house was by far the #1 thing that stood out. He is very responsive, treats any situation as a priority, and is easy to communicate with. Were it not for him, my experience would have been less than great

I have the biggest case of buyers remorse. Plastic faucets on a 245k house? Lawn is full of weeds. Builder does not respond in a timely manner. Cheap fixtures make me so sad. I had a history maker home that was much better quality and the builder was top notch. I am beyond sad about my home but feel stuck with it.

Paid almost 300kfor my home for shotty workmanship, from wood trim to painting, no pride work was taken by your contractors, just rushing to get job done

Good value home

I was definitely in a rush to purchase a home and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase with centex to check check and check again. That goes for paperwork, construction, and craftsmanship in the home

They new they had problems and still sold the house. So when i moved in the first they we had to go to a hotel for a week. After 40 days i still haven't got the all problem fixed and nobody is even calling to check on how everything is.

We are loving our Centex home and the team was great! They had no problem making sure we got answers to all of our questions!

We purchased the home in July, 2020. So far we are very satisfied with the purchase. Everything was as expected. When there was an issue it was resolved expediently. Their first year warranty includes everything in the home which gives piece of mind.

Love my home and my community. Highly recommended!

They have spacious floor plans , I like that part . But I feel materials are not so strong . Could be more better .
