I would highly recommend our community and homes. Although I will highly discourage anyone from using Pulte Mortgage. In my experience very unprofessional and rude. Other than mortgage company everything else is great.

Luis has been great during this whole process. Always willing to help. Adrianne is a utility belt to Batman, made this whole complex process tolerable and easy going for most part. I’m forever greatful for helping us out with our dream home

The quality and workmanship were FAR below what we expected. All of our issues were addressed promptly though. We love our house and the neighborhood

Awesome experience

Pulte Did not follow through on agreement for 30 day follow up Inspection. 4 months after my home closing I am still left with broken door that would not open Even if a fire broke out and windows that I can not see out of.

They really work with you and make sure your home buying process goes smooth as possible!

Satisfied throughout the whole process

At this time we are in a construction zone, with progress being made every day. We look forward to our area being developed bringing new neighbors, as well as the finished landscaping.

The home is beautiful! The site managers are ridiculous. Literally it’s like pulling teeth to get them to answer questions directly. Constantly give noncommittal responses or just don’t respond to them at all. After closing, we were assigned another site manager. Same issue. Takes days to respond. Already had issues with features of our home and had to put in service tickets. I’d suggest another builder. Pulte (Centext) seem to only think of you as a number and just want your money.

All I can say is They worked with you from the start to the end everyone involved was outstanding I would definitely recommend them To build your next house.

had many things not work and many issues. Fixed most myself but I am making a list for warranty purposes

Overall, the value of the home is great. It's a starter home but you get what you pay for and we are happy to be in it. We have had a few issues along the way where the options weren't laid out to us and we would have done some things differently. If I were to do it again, I'd buy with Centex but I'd make sure I asked about every little thing possible instead of trusting them to take me through it all.

I found Centex by accident while searching for a new home. A very positive conversation with a lady helped me to feel confident with Centex. The lady was attending a workshop and just by serendipity she happened to mention her daughter had just moved to Hidden Valley by Centex. Armed with that recommendation I returned to Hidden Valley to choose a new home. I choose the Martin Ray and am very pleased. Elisa Parrot was very thorough, professional and welcoming. Selecting finishes, cabinets, lighting offered a very fair amount of choices. Mike Goushaw as Field Manager was detail oriented, easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. The mortgage group also professional and accommodating. I had several conversations with Mike O’Shea, Jimmy Hatzimimis and Caroline Dermon, each were patient and thorough in their descriptions and answers to my questions. If this sounds like too good to be true, I will say there were some bumps in the road. However, questions/ concerns were addressed quickly & professionally. We did a across country move and couldn’t go to all of the walk throughs because of COVID. They missed certain crucial things like a toilet paper holder that was missing from on of the bathrooms, exterior lights that still aren’t working! Besides other small things!

Very responsiveness to issue and very happy with feild manager.

All the process was good and the house still good looking compare with the blueprint.

Very disappointed! We bought the house and had it built while living in a different state. Once we made it to the house, we were let down by the quality of the work/materials and the poor attention to detail. We paid for upgrades (written in the contract) and they were not done because they didn’t pay enough attention to the contract. Those issues were fixed once we moved in to the house but we are still waiting for the cosmetic issues to be addressed. The only person that DID DO an amazing job was the salesperson.

Staff was very adaptable, and informative. I am excited every time I come home from work. No worries on craftsmanship if Chris is building it!

Awesome experience

Communication has been faulty from the beginning. I moved in June 2020 and was told that a 30 day walkthrough and 11 month walkthrough would happen to fix issues, but the 30 day was and will not be done per the warranty dept. Low tier Whirlpool appliances specifically came as an incentive, but were not installed properly. For 1.5 months, despite numerous requests, no one came to attach the missing ventilation tube to the clothes dryer, indicating this was not an emergency. Finally, we were frustrated enough that we fixed it on our own dime. Not being able to safely and cleanly use a clothes dryer after move in is not an emergency? Additionally, any service personnel that came to the house had no idea what they were there to service; the plumber came 3 times because his team didn't review the prior visits and came unprepared all over again. The warranty dept has not proven it communicates at all with contractors. The most blaring issue is the lack of craftsmanship on this house with obvious hastily completed work. The amount of holes, cracks, bad or missing painting, and misaligned blinds and cabinets, and frayed carpet edges cut too short is innumerable. Additionally, the base and floor boards were poorly cut and installed and separated from the floor very shortly after move in causing ants to march in throughout kitchen and living room for days. This will be left unaddressed again and I was told by the warranty dept to pay a contractor to get it fixed even though the structural warranty should be applied. The blue tape I placed and photographes in most places in the final walkthrough before close was plainly removed without remediation. These issues still exist and are getting worse. The housing development is also not kept clean in public areas even though we are paying HOA dues. I will be unlikely to deal with this builder again. ... More

The only reason I gave only 3 stars on responsiveness is because it took over 2 weeks to get someone out to fix our sliding glass doors that we could not use until it was fixed.

Love our new home and all the features that came with it.
