At this point I’m giving all one stars due to the experience after buying the home. I’ve been in my home for 2 months and there is no communication or any effort to get things fixed that were on the inspection list! Unbelievable headache for the amount of money paid for home.

The workmanship is the lowest I have seen ever. No issues have been resolved as of yet. Sloppy work,substandard materials. promises not fulfilled. If you don’t use their mortgage company they make the process really difficult for you. It has been a complete nightmare.

Don’t build during a pandemic

Overall the experience was sub par. I’ll start by saying our construction manager was fantastic throughout the entire process. The house however is already showing is lack of workmanship. We have horribly poor mud and tape throughout the ceiling and some walls of the entire house and are in the process of having the framers and drywallers get back out in order to scrape, re mud and tape and then reapply the texture and paint for both up and down stairs. This is my third brand new home I purchased and the manner in which this brand new home was turned over to me after closing is not acceptable. Absolutely sub par. Sales experience was great. We were told many things by our salesperson. Only a few of those things were honored by the builder. I did not appreciate the initial price hike for my house that happened simply because 2 lots were sold before my salesperson delivered my contract. My price was increased $8 000 per sold lot for a total of $16,000 in those 2 days. The workmanship was questionable from the time they started the frame. House not finished, lots not working, sloppy workmanship

A/C and furnace wired backwards, causing the furnace to constantly trip the breaker during cold weather (got that fixed about 5 weeks after closing), back porch catches water by the back door (sloped wrong direction - under re-construction now), sprinkler system did not work, master bath shower would not drain (not slow - didn't drain at all and had water in shower basin for 2 weeks), waited about a month for the appropriate front door knob to be installed, living room HVAC vent would not open, paint spilled ...

Terrible experience with the builder, wish I never bought from Centex (Pulte). They talk about delays, but when you see other home being built and your is not, very disappointing. Communication is terrible, updated email don't tell you the truth on what is going on with your home. Centex constructions manager and warranty personnel are not on top of things. The workmanship is inferior, and the quality of the house is not what I was expected for someone paying over $300,000 in San Antonio. Two months after closing escrow, Centex never completed the items identified during our home walkthrough. The second-story floors are squeaky and uneven. The quality of the house is very poor. There are a lot of issues inside the house. My field manager made me to sign the closing document and promised me that he will fix all issues in a week but it’s been 2 months. No one is addressing my issues. Worst builder I've ever worked with

This house was built so poorly, I would need to take over 100 photos to show someone. I can't even begin to try and describe the issues from walls being crooked, lack of 90-degree angles, lack of caulk where it needs to be, massive gaps that were caulked instead of properly worked. The trades this company hires to do their work are absolutely garbage. Overall worst experience and in the community Facebook group, I am one of the hundreds of people who have had a worse or similar experience. Centex should be closed down.

Builder Usman is terrible never spent time with me. He didn’t fix any of the issues. I met different builders every time i went to meet up. Make sure you get a inspector. I had a leaking ceiling on my first 3 days in my hole and without power for 2 days.

I have lived in my home less than 2 months and it is little falling apart. The longer I live here the more issues I have. The attention to detail is terrible. The quality is terrible. My cabinets must have been installed by someone with no experience. The texture and paint have to be fixed. The shower rod is so cheap it literally broke when I hung my shower curtain. I’m so frustrated with this home.

Poor workmanship. The day I closed, there was leak from broken pipe that was poorly done from the ceiling that flood the house. Electricals not done properly and too many issues with the home. Don't be in rush to close, wait at least a week after the house is completed.
