My feedback is base on the current status of the poor service since I signed - purchased the house, currently know one has come to correct the construction errors and defects after termination of the construction the company have not be to the standards

The company Centex-Pulte have not prioritizing the current owner on the sub division East Lake Preserve we poor customer service in accordance with their own contract they have felt to demonstrate trust among the customers who all ready purchase a house they only worry to continue their sell - money and revenue with house warranty attendance. The company has not live by their own standards and mission of customer service went warranty of the house come in place.

Not very happy with the total experience. Problems with Pulte mortgage. Builder cancels framing walkthrough 10 minutes before schedule. Nobody could tell me why. Craftsmanship subpar. One month in, sewer backed up, floor cracked, sprinkler pipe burst, surround sound speaker wire not connected, can lights not centered in gathering space, $4,000 sod looks terrible. Disappointed with all the problems in this new home. I don’t recommend Centex

After moving we notice a lot of shady work and where the builders cut corner. Our plumbing was done wrong which caused a leak, water heater was never turning on, floors are buckling, paint was complete trash, and that’s just the short list of problems

House with deficiency

They new they had problems and still sold the house. So when i moved in the first they we had to go to a hotel for a week. After 40 days i still haven't got the all problem fixed and nobody is even calling to check on how everything is.
