Great experience for my first home! The builder fixed all issues really quickly and I love my new house!

I really appreciated the walk through and checklist that the construction manager and warranty manager provided. John my construction manager, took the time to make sure I understood everything, gave me a thorough tour twice to ensure I had all my questions answered and really seemed to care about the build and about the customer.

We're very pleased with the whole process of purchasing our home. Everyone, including the sale consultant, construction manager, and PGP branch manager, is very helpful in every step of the way.

Well built home, comfortable climate control, no problems moving in that couldn’t be handled quickly and easily, quiet neighborhood, love the woods and trees throughout the subdivision.

It’s a good house, but you can improve the features for the price.

Shane was great and very responsive, literally went above and beyond. The sales agents we’re great and I really appreciate the informative information they provided me with. They told me the good, bad, and the ugly.

This is the first month the property has been in use , and already the lights ion the front room and in front of the house have failed to come on. They came to fix it pronto but its a new home , should the hole front of the house loose power, and the breaker never tripped. Scary !!!

the whole inside of the house is painted the same color. all the walls and trim work? water company charged us for 19000 gallons of water used, we were not living there yet and still as this date haven't?

Beautiful neighborhood

We have had many problems with the water heater, flooding/water entering the house, screws popping out, and siding coming undone.

For the price paid for the home, the quality,materials, and workmanship is very poor.

I’ve lived here for a month and my ice maker doesn’t work, and the toilet paper holder in the half bath has already become unhinged from the wall. Other than that everything else is average.

Beware of the backyard. Pulte/cemtex did not level the back yard before they put down the sod. The backyard has very deep dips.

Our builder was amazing it was truly a pleasure dealing with him. The home is beautiful and build great!

There were some details on the final constructions that was requested to correct, there was hesitation from superintendent to correct them until management was involved. All concerns were corrected.

The house is perfectly built but it was delayed by a month.

Our experience buying a home in Elley Crossing was fantastic! Melissa did great evaluating our needs and finding us the perfect home, not just the easiest option to sell us. The builder, Reno, went over and above making sure our home was perfect. He still checks in from time to time making sure we are happy. I recommend buying a Centex home if you are looking for a great value hidden behind beautiful homes!

The builder and property rep were so nice and available throughout the whole process. They were quick to respond to my needs and request! Made the process of building and buying my home very easy!
