I closed over a month ago and have the same issues i had before closing. They told me we will get all this taken care of and even wrote up a form we both signed and told me within a week it will be done and its been over a month and I have been no showed several times and now just getting blown off with no help. Just need some accountability to keep checks on people

Overcharging for houses that don’t have fans or garage door openers. Then telling me by not putting fans and garage door opener that I’m somehow saving money which is not at all.

I'm just going to say the project leads Cody, and Abbi seriously dropped the ball on our home. We were forced to close or be charged an additional 500$ a day until closing. We are 46 days past our closing and we haven't finished moving in due to long list of punch-list work that needs to be completed. The quality of finishing work is abysmal, and even after 3 attempt of I-worc trying to fix their horrible paint/caulk job we are hopefully going to get results from a new sub-contractor. The lack of communication is almost enough to make you wish we bought somewhere else. We have had issues with our closing date, our driveway, the HVAC and the landscaping in the backyard. All other issues are to be expected and are small. It has been a frustrating experience. The communication is horrible. Homes are slapped together workers not double checking their work. Warranty take forever to get somebody out there. My front door was not installed correctly. Had to hire my own guy because 84 Iumber is worthless. I have 2 cracked windows. Still waiting for that.

I just spent a month in this new home but I have experienced much trouble with a lot of things not working. The first thing I experienced the second day of packing in was the microwave got damaged. Air conditioning system was not properly designed for 2 of the rooms as it does not circulate air. Electrical faults and leakage at the kitchen sinks. Too bad.

Our walk through took over two hours, almost a month later, we still have items from our walk through still being taken care of. My yard was never graded correctly and it has caused my back yard CLOSEST to my patio to become a swamp. I was told that as long as the water wasn't standing after 24 hrs that it was fine. I can't even walk through my gate to my back yard a WEEK after it rains because it's still a mud hole. You can see with the naked eye that there are spots that would hold water because of the way it was graded. Like pools graded into my yard. I submitted a request for the repair almost a month ago and still have not had repairs done. They sent someone out, marked the areas, and never came back.

Salesperson lied or did not know services he said were included were in fact not. Floor plan was different from model with closets, only after saying something did they address and then we had light switches that went no where. My experience with my builder Tristen was great. I must say he gave me his word to address any issues and please with his urgency to get things done. I can’t say the same for the sales agent. It has been one inconsistency after another. Forget about have visual communication about an exchange and he would deny it all.
