Nothing but lies and wrong information. Very poor workmanship that even the sub-contractors that were hired by Pulte and were told to come and fix all the issues we encountered said that "Pulte has gotten a very bad reputation for delivering very poor products, they cut corners, use very cheap materials, hire just about anyone to do as much as possible and move on to the next victim." House flooded and had water damage after a worker nailed a water line. Nobody told me. If I hadn't went to the house and saw it, I never would have known. I had to demand a mold test be done. Of course, they found mold and didn't tell me that either. I found out when I saw a moldy baseboard laying on the kitchen countertop under a vent. I wouldn't recommend centex to my worst enemy. They hire horrible contactors and they cheap out on any and everything they can. Lived in the home less than 1 month and had roof leak from rain. Power breaker problems. Breaker was fixed 2 times and leak never fixed it’s been over 10 days! Horrible customer service and building manager is not responsive to issues. Thinking of taking legal action at this point!!!!!

I purchased the model home so my home was only able to get minor repairs done to it, which I wasnt informed of until i did my first walk through. Very disappointed! We bought the house and had it built while living in a different state. Once we made it to the house, we were let down by the quality of the work/materials and the poor attention to detail. We paid for upgrades (written in the contract) and they were not done because they didn’t pay enough attention to the contract. Those issues were fixed once we moved in to the house but we are still waiting for the cosmetic issues to be addressed. The only person that DID DO an amazing job was the salesperson.

Well, the consensus in the neighborhood is that while we all like our neighborhood and the sales team, the actual craftsmanship and completion of our homes leaves a lot to be desired. There are multiple things that have not been FINISHED in my home. I have so many walls that aren't even square, Flooring scratched up, cabinets broken, water damage spots in master bath, literally keep finding more and more stuff in this home. The construction manager is an idiot, doesn't know anything, literally had no clue what fire blocking was and tells me these homes don't have them when in fact we do. The studs arent 16" on center or even uniformed, studs range from 17"-32" in space, absolutely ridiculous. But about 3 weeks living at our new house there suddenly was an issue where we noticed the baseboard in the master restroom seperating from the wall. We knew right away it was due to water. I quality of the house is very bad and I am today disappointed. The flooring is getting to bad they did not all us to get it upgraded while signing the contract and the carpet is also low quality one.
