The experience was horrible. You are trapped using their contractors and companies for everything. Zero freedom to choose anything different. The divisions were unable to answer questions, pointed fingers at each other for issues and things that went wrong.

This was honestly the worst experience of my life. In full transparency there were only 2 people that cared about Elaine and I as a person during this process and that was Jack(builder) and Winn(sales rep). Bad experience with Pulte Mortgage

A Home Buyers Nightmare!

This has been the absolute worst home buying experience I have ever undertaken. Day one we had kitchen sink issues with water going everywhere and the representative emailing that she is out of office for the weekend and will not respond until Monday. Since the pre-closing walkthrough, I noticed a lot of items were really low quality and very poor workmanship. I addressed those items, specifically the carpet and carpets padding and the wood strip that keeps it affixed to the corners. Nails were sticking out around the edges, making it a hazard for residents walking barefooted in their own home. I brought up the concern very clearly but nothing was done about that. I have bought sever new construction homes and have had the opportunity to experience an array of quality in this experiences. This has been by far the worst homebuying experience I have had. My house was months late, the realtor and construction team did not communicate the delays to me in a timely manner which left me homeless for months. Worst framework, squeaky subfloor, seems like the entire house is uneven. Lousy painting job. cracked on the vinyl planks, crappy concrete job, the list goes on..... Don’t build during a pandemic

Overall the experience was sub par. I’ll start by saying our construction manager was fantastic throughout the entire process. The house however is already showing is lack of workmanship. We have horribly poor mud and tape throughout the ceiling and some walls of the entire house and are in the process of having the framers and drywallers get back out in order to scrape, re mud and tape and then reapply the texture and paint for both up and down stairs. Poor workmanship. The day I closed, there was leak from broken pipe that was poorly done from the ceiling that flood the house. Electricals not done properly and too many issues with the home. Don't be in rush to close, wait at least a week after the house is completed.

I’m not sure that I have enough space to truly voice my disappointment for this whole process; both sales and building. I wouldn’t recommend this team of builders, nor the mortgage company they offer, during the buying process. At the end of the day, I didn’t feel like a valued home owner. I was met with arrogance, ignorance, miscommunication, lack of respect. But I’m home, I guess.

Very bad workmanship, rushed to closed without finishing the house

The house was rushed to closed by the builder even it was not completed. The third-party inspector told me not to buy this house as he was so worried about the build quality. When we move in the house so many incomplete items need to be fixed, we have to take time off work to stay and wait for their independent contractor schedule to fix those that should have been finished before hand.

Cheap Quality

The materials are cheap. The homes are expensive and they provide cheap or the bare minimum. No ceiling fans, no handles on the any of the cabinets. I wasnt aware most of the these homes are rentals until after i moved here and someone told me. Had I known i wouldnt have purchased. I have put in TWO service calls and no one has reached out. We have these cheap dated sliding patio doors that i havent seen since the 80’s. Everything is the houses are super cheap wven the flimsy doors and cheap hardware. I hate it.

Flooding issues.

They do not level the back yard for drainages unless they put the grass, my house did not include grass on the back and since we moved in and weeks prior to closing my yard was flooded and told many times my construction manager and never fix it, it’s been 3 months since we moved in and I still have the same issue and they refuse to fix it.
