I’m still dealing with repairs and things that were not done properly in the home. Model homes are beautiful but they will not make your home with the same attention to detail. Worst decision ever to build with Centex. I’ve been in this home for 2 months and have had someone go every week to repair something all because material and workmanship is low quality. They took our excitement away.

Pulte Did not follow through on agreement for 30 day follow up Inspection. 4 months after my home closing I am still left with broken door that would not open Even if a fire broke out and windows that I can not see out of.

If you are reading this, please move on... trust me you will thank me later. Centex/Pulte homes are very poorly made and require a lot of maintenance calls to fix things that are days to weeks old. They employ "anyone that can show up that day" - direct quote, to the home site. Purchases 6 weeks ago, after initial 18 things on the closing punch list (pretty standard) I have had sent 38 emails trying to fix the new 26 items. After moving we notice a lot of shady work and where the builders cut corner. Our plumbing was done wrong which caused a leak, water heater was never turning on, floors are buckling, paint was complete trash, and that’s just the short list of problems

Multitude of issues with home

My rental home was in better condition than what I thought would be a new home. My wife says the habitat for humanity home she grew up in didn't have as many errors. I don't know whether to trust any repairs would be more than just patch work rather than actually correcting the building errors and lack of craftsmanship. Nightmare Purchase

One month in and not even settled and we discover a water leak caused by builder that was present prior to closing and not discovered. Extensive water and mold damage. Complete rebuild of kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Can’t even use kitchen for over 3 weeks. Not all satisfied or happy with the fact that we paid good money for a new home and now will be left with a second rate repaired build! Seeking legal counsel.

I am very disappointed with Centex workmanship. I am having leaking window problems, and A/C issues that hasn’t been rectified. They alway seem to put my issues off, especially the windows and A/C.

My experience has been horrible and it's still horrible. I'm still living in a unfinished house with dented appliances creeping floors & no hot water. Within the last month I had to take off work 6 times for them to come fix (quote unquote) things that should have already been done. I have no hot water still!!! I have called 3 times prior for them to fix this! Also I had no air but I finally did get air! House with deficiency

They new they had problems and still sold the house. So when i moved in the first they we had to go to a hotel for a week. After 40 days i still haven't got the all problem fixed and nobody is even calling to check on how everything is.
