Just wanted to say the buyer of our new home was a great experience. Everyone at Centex made is a pleasurably experience.

Working with design center could have been better. On two occasions we had to pay for their mistakes. Working with our lead builder John F. Was great. He really made experience go smooth and we was able to trust him. Overall great experience.

Hello. I was overall satisfied with my new home. Blake was an amazing field manager. Quick on any issues to reply to me. Very nice and made sure everything was great. I couldn’t have asked for more. Everything is amazing and brand new I really love it and it’s an Honor to call a centex home, my new home.

Building manager, Doug is amazing! He was very informative, helpful and took the time to go over Everything. His professionalism and attention to detail was above and beyond our expectations

We have been in our home a month and love it. Ryan ensured that quality of the build was tracked at every turn and kept us updated. Ivey has been with us from the start, handing everything from start to finish getting us set up, picking our lot, and keeping us informed of what we needed to do throughout the whole process. I can't say enough good things about the excellence of the services they provided.

Centex took my vision and more than exceeded my expectation. My situation was a bit unique; active duty Army stationed in Maryland at the time; I watched my home from the ground up via FaceTime thanks to my incredible Sales Consultant Mr. Jonathan. I hired an inspector for a thorough walk thru which returned an exceptional report. Finally my husband and I flew to Texas for a walk thru and to close... The! Home! Took! My! Breath! Away!!! From Mr. Jonathan to Chris and Pete our builder- this team were not only sharp, competent professionals; their responsiveness to all my inquiries were handled expeditiously. Many issues with home, water leaks behind walls, lawn issues, bowed wall.

God, where do I start. Our field Manager was useless, the house has major issues, centex/pulte still hasnt landscaped, and gives a million excuses why they are delayed, and no one returns calls.

My home is beautiful. There were just two things that were supposed to be taken care of that weren't. Hopefully those two things will still be able to be fixed,as promised. Other than that, my home is just perfect.

Our walk through took over two hours, almost a month later, we still have items from our walk through still being taken care of. Hopefully, this will be all finished by June 19th, we moved in on May 20th. It has taken countless emails and follow up emails and calls to get my home up to new house standard. We moved in with in accurate details on who hooked up the facilities. Were there close to two weeks before the internet was able to be installed, the subdivision was not ready for people to move in. We are supposed to have our grass cut under the home owners association. We have not been given the contact information, almost in a month and no one has come to cut the grass. Having difficulty finding out whom to contact to get this done. Have had two field managers, never has been truly supervising the house construction or workers as needed. The initial paint job was the worst of any home I have ever lived in. There was a hole in my shower, grout issues, paint on tile and hard wood floors, paint on cabinets. We had a toilet that had to be fixed by a plumber, a nasty spot on the concrete that had to be fixed. Overall, it has been difficult. We are having to pick up nails left by construction crews on the streets, trash continually blows into our yards. We also had an issue during construction when our screened porch was done wrong and the patio was not poured. I am just now beginning to think that after tomorrow, when the security team should be finished and the remaining paint removed from my floors that my home will feel like my home. However, I am still concerned with the construction crews that are leaving too many nails, trash, and I would like the Home Owners Association to cut my grass as promised and paid for at my closing. ... We're first time home buyers and went in expecting it to be very complicated and stressful. However, we had the exact opposite experience. From picking all our upgrades to the home mortgage process it was all relatively easy and painless. I've already referred my friends to Pulte/Centex!

House is great value, selling process and performance was terrible. Get everything in writing - flat lot? Sod? Time line. Everything needs to be in writing.

We love our new home.

As a homebuyer of Centex homes, I was satisfied with the work of the builder. I had a third party inspector and the builder’s findings matched my third party inspection results. Had a strong peace of mind throughout the entire build process.
