My home buying experience was incredibly positive and easy with Centex. Juan Pablo, the construction manager, made sure that we were well-informed throughout the process. He made it easy to ask questions and get any potential problems resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend this builder.

We love our new home! It is a quality home. We had several delays because of shortages of materials and damage from the hurricane. Our Field Manager, Shawn, was great. From the initial greeting and assistant provided in the model center with Mark; to the on-site construction manager Steve being accommodating and thorough in his quality checks; to Brittany provide her customer service that was kind and responsive; the entire process was a breeze. On celebration day, I was welcomed with a literal red carpet and a welcome home sign on “Celebration Day” (closing day) that solidified that I made the right choice. Thank you for such a smooth experience and beautiful new home!

Mark P. was our advisor he walk me through everything and explained how everything worked. Chris was the warranty person and explained the warranty on everything. Not only did they help with the purchase they still keep in contact to make sure you are happy with everything in your new home. Highly recommend.

All those involved from sales to mortgage app ro warranty work have been very helpful. It made the whole buying experience easy and less stressful. There are a few things that would make the home a little more people ready such as towel in bathrooms and USB outlets in some locations. I can't imagine this costing more than a few hundred dollars.

We recently purchased a new Centex home and everyone from the sales lady to the closing agent could not have been more pleasant and professional to work with. This is the first newly built house for my wife and I and we could not be happier with the construction and quality of the home. This home is built to last and uphold its value over the long term. Working with the Field service team has been a pleasant experience and we are very satisfied with their attention to detail.

Most important is to have a good realtor, Elizabeth was mine, she was awesome, introduced us to Jordan the sales manager, he was very nice and answered all our questions, we also met Dallas the construction manager, he really was great at giving us updates on Our new home, so glad we went with a new build, best decision ever

The entire team from sales to move-in made it so easy. We had the keys in hand only 3 weeks after we signed; that is the fastest ever for us. Our walk-thru revealed no repairs needed prior to move-in. This is our third Pulte/Centex home purchase and I would highly recommend this builder as being top notch for value.

The Sales Counselor and Builder Manager were very good at answering my questions, keeping me informed and responding to my concerns. It helped streamline the process.

From the moment I signed the buyer’s agreement, the Pulte/Centex team kept me in the loop of the progress and everything that was going on with my home and the building process. Kayla provided me with detailed weekly updates and was always there whenever I had any questions. Towards the end I met the construction manager, Colton, and I was in contact with him pretty much daily up until the closing date. My satisfaction and happiness were extremely important to them and any issues I had were solved very quickly. Even after closing the team has been supportive and have been checking in and solving any issues I’ve come across. Pulte/Centex are quality builders who make the home buying process as easy and painless as possible. I would recommend them to anybody and would absolutely buy from them again in the future. ... More
