We had a great experience with Centex! Our builder was amazing and responsive prior to and after closing. The warranty team is awesome and are quick to come out and look at a problem. The overall product is great and we love our new house!

Isabel and Adriel both made our home buying process great! Isabel was always a text away for any questions we had along the way and always got things handled asap. Adriel is awesome too. He explained everything very well at both our walk throughs he even continued to help us after purchasing our house by answering any questions we have.

We love our new home! It is a quality home. We had several delays because of shortages of materials and damage from the hurricane. Our Field Manager, Shawn, was great. Centex Homes proved I made the right choice! From the initial greeting and assistant provided in the model center with Mark; to the on-site construction manager Steve being accommodating and thorough in his quality checks; to Brittany provide her customer service that was kind and responsive; the entire process was a breeze. On celebration day, I was welcomed with a literal red carpet and a welcome home sign on “Celebration Day” (closing day) that solidified that I made the right choice. Thank you for such a smooth experience and beautiful new home!

Mark P. was our advisor he walk me through everything and explained how everything worked. Chris was the warranty person and explained the warranty on everything. Not only did they help with the purchase they still keep in contact to make sure you are happy with everything in your new home. Highly recommend.
