So far so good. Great manager and has been ultra responsive

I’m a first time home buyer and I knew Centex was the perfect choice. My home is well equipped and have not had any problems. I would totally recommend Centex.

We absolutely love our new home! The buying process was super simple and took less than 2 months from the initial deposit until our closing date. Our home was still in the construction phase and the team was super gracious and accommodating of our requests to visit the unfinished home anytime we asked. Our sales consultant was professional yet very friendly and took the time to show us multiple options. He also negotiated a phenomenal price for us. Our construction manager was amazing. He was extremely responsive and made sure any concerns we had were addressed immediately. After the initial walk thru and blue tape, we only had a couple of issues and both were resolved quickly. Our warranty manager explained the coverages clearly and made sure we understood the claim process should we ever need it. Our loan processor was so sweet and a pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions and even responded to emails on the weekend. Our new home is equipped with top of the line, gorgeous, stainless steel appliances. We even got a new washer and dryer included in the home. They used quality materials to build our home and finish it. Some of the included features are granite countertops, soft closing drawers and cabinets, luxury vinyl plank floors, plush carpeting, a tankless water heater, sprinkler system, gutters, and a covered patio. It also came with a ring doorbell and is pre-wired for security and cameras as well as internet and cable. Since moving in about a month ago, we are still getting correspondence from Centex checking on us to see how it’s going. I like that they send tips and checklists on maintaining our new home. Highly recommend Centex homes! They offer more home than you can get with other builders or purchasing a resale home. They have a streamlined approach and were responsive to my needs. I give them a 10 out of 10!

I absolutely had the best sales representative! Nancy was professional, courteous, efficient and made my dream home come true. I love everything about my new home inside and out. And my neighborhood is so beautiful, love our entrance especially with the Christmas lights and decorations. This is my third Centex home and all of them exceed expectations.

The whole experience has been wonderful !!!Cathy made everything happen !!! She is very kind and professional . She was very attentive to our conditions and needs !!! She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant !!! Keith and Patrick are truly professionals at what they do . They were very attentive and knowledgeable !!! They took the time to explain everything about the house and the warranties . Even after the closing they come around and check up on us to make sure everything is good !!! First class service !!! The team has been so responsive since day 1. I thought after signing, I would be on my own but I was pleased to find that their team is still available for support and any issues that may arrise.

When you look for a home at Peppervine (CENTEX), ask for Ms. V. Brown. She cares about the high standards of Pulte, and will treat you not as another % of commission, but as your personal shopper with the integrity and intentions to make you a homeowner. Absolutely professional to the last final details of getting you a “RED CENTEX KEY” to your new home! I passed on other builders because they just didn’t care enough to call me back thinking I was not a serious buyer!!! They were the ones who missed out. Our first home and it’s a new build we love everything about it

Once we started the process, the communication process was clear and any question was quickly answered. We were updated regularly during the build. And final steps and closing was smooth. I have no issues and continue to enjoy the house.

The purchase process was so easy and I was able to complete everything from my phone. Nicholas was fantastic and kept me in the loop through the whole process of buying in another state.
