Centex builders really made the purchase of our home a smooth and enjoyable process. All the timelines where met and there were able to accommodate our needs at every step on the process.

Too many could have save me money if they would have let me change some things being done .

Throughout the process our Builder kept us informed of progress, and and all of our questions and concerns. I would recommend Centex/Pulte to friends and family.

Buying a new home can be stressful, however the team at Centex did an excellent job finding us the perfect layout for our family that suited everyone's needs. Additionally, all concerns regarding the sale, contruction, and additional follow up support were addressed immediately. I can't say enough good things about the team that helped us into our new home. Thank you Scott, Reno, and the rest of the Centex team!

It Was good experiences buying a house

My experience was excellent from the sales staff, construction mgr, to the loan personnel. Helpful every step of the way to getting the keys. There are always a hiccup along the way, but a staff focused on the customer is a great resource, even after you have the keys. Highly recommend this experience.

Overall a great experience. Especially the final walk through working with Tracy he was able to really go into detail about the homes operations ,Took the extra time to make sure things were tip top. My punch list was handled promptly to the T. I am impressed with the level of commitment that was shown to insure I was happy with the home .

From the sales man to the construction manager of the community and the house, everything was so clear and responsive to any of our questions, our house is nice looking on the outside and materials of what it was made and finishing of the interiors are great. Thank to centex for helping us buying this beautiful home

Overall great experience. Had trouble with sales counselor Arnold, bad with communication. Besides this, very good and recommended.

Great price and like the community

It is so nice get a lovely home with you, I think certain detail dont like too much is installing the fans on 6 rooms, why not you instal and put in price this reduce complications to the new owner.

Overall, it was an interesting, exciting, and an amazing experience; right from the first person I met to the last during walk through and closing were all impressive. Especially the young man we met in the office and the builder Rodney. I’m glad with my decision, hoping I will not have any reason to state otherwise in the future or regret my decisions. So far so good.

Warrant department isn’t very responsive. Otherwise, overall, we’ve been super happy with the process, the build, and the home!

Recruiter/Builders were really helpful and easy to work with. They kept us updated on every point and listen to our need. Really easy to work with!

I would never again buy a home from them, this has been a nightmare. I felt like we moved to a used house and not a new house, what you see on line is not at all what you get. Buyer beware. We have lived here less then 30 days and already have a list of issues not done well, or not yet fixed. Even on move in day, there were concrete chunks in the yard, the sod was horrible, the glass doors where all full of scratches, there is a soft section in the floor, paint was bad in multiple places, back dorr rubbed the paint right off. Strongly subbest using a different buyer. Even the sales lady who was so adamant about closing on that day (to get her incentive I am sure, has not contacted us, come by or anything since the day we picked up keys, and at that she was not here to get keys, go elsewhere ... Excellent service very very friendly staff and attention

Chad was fantastic. He seemed to genuinely want to make sure we were 100% happy with the home we were getting. He went over each corner and crevice with detail to be sure nothing was missed

Still soon to review only a few weeks in

Initially, everything went smoothly and we were optimistic. However, as time passed, the process became increasingly stressful and unreliable. It felt like we were initially promised the world, but then faced excuse after excuse for why they couldn't fulfill their promises. We discovered that the construction manager had provided false information, and we are currently working with the warranty team to address these issues. Unfortunately, the construction manager's attitude was condescending and made me feel belittled, as if I was being treated as unintelligent or irrational. Furthermore, the sales manager failed to follow up during and after the closing process, showing no interest in our satisfaction. Recently, I greeted her with a friendly wave, but she responded with a blank stare and no acknowledgement, despite making direct eye contact. On another note, the floors are terrible quality. ... I did not have any issues with the builder/project manager. My experience with him was and continues to be great. He was great at responding to my concerns and was helpful when I needed something (either modify a thing in the house or repeat the process).

Project Superintendent was great to work with. Friendly, courteous, and very professional. Quickly corrected problems and spoke frequently on building progress.

We were able to view the home and any problems were noted and repaired before closing. Closing went well.

Even is fine for living.
