Everyone involved at Centex has made my process of buying a home much easier than I could ever hope for! Especially since I work constantly and have no time to speak of as my own. Flaws that were pointed out during walkthrough - have not been fixed until the day of closing . The builder was running around trying to fix /patch up the damage when I arrived and needed the house clean and ready for movers to move in- the ladder in my living room, opened doors, paint , handyman there . Since it was rushed - many flaws still remained not done ; and now almost 2 months later - it’s not done because the builder finished working in this community and was moved onto another project

Just keep an open mind, pray and it all work out for the best!!

Good to deal with and prompt communication

My experience with Centex was great the process was extremely painless from choosing the home keeping updated on the building process the closing and move in.

Aaron is a great manager and good leader but the minor fixes, cleanup, vinyl floor application from his team members needs improvement.. saw a lot of wood dust in a lot of corners, paint on carpet, etc. For this big investment there shouldn’t be anything spotted.. I am quite picky but everyone isn’t so overall it is okay experience with builder team.

We were lucky that we lived close enough to our build site, where we would take weekend trips to see the status of the build ourselves. Once we got foundation and walls, our builder Chris was always on point sending us weekly updates with what the future plans were and what was completed that week. Chris helped us with our blue tape process and pointed out what should get fixed and for the most part pointed out things that needed to get corrected, that we would never had seen. Chris continued staying in contact with us after we moved in, addressing a few issues that cropped up after we took possession. I cannot stress enough how important having a builder that you can truly trust and feel like they have your best interest in heart. All in all my experience was great but Howard was outstanding. He really made the hand over process great and explained everything very clearly. Even after hand over he maintains great communication and always available to help.

My realtor Brian O’Connor of Realty Austin is the best of the best! I don’t know if I would have found the right house and made it to the closing table without him! I love the location of my home I was intentional about living further out. The builder so far so good and I paid for a private inspection and minimal things had to be addressed. I wish there was a little more sound quality taken into consideration when building these homes for example the study I’m using as an office and at 4 when the kids get home from school in the neighborhood it’s hard to take a meeting because of their laughter and enjoyment which I’m not mad at just wish those little things were taken into consideration when building homes in general and more of a sound control in between bedrooms. Not even 1 month into my new home and multiple drywall and trim issues are occurring as the home is settling I'm a builder by trade and final inspections need tightened up.

Had a great experience buying my Centex Home. Everyone from sales to construction Mgr were great. Title comp were just as great.

Our Sales Rep Ryan was a 10, our finish Construction Mgr. Ray was great to work with too. Home completed ahead of schedule, which in this day and age is unheard of. They put together a complete move in package and home was clean and ready for move when delivered to us. Overall, I would use them again. So far very happy customer.

Good project management, on time delivery, good quality and value for money, smooth closing process. Overall very satisfied.

I recently purchased home and from sales team it was good and smooth process. From quality perspective and build review it is not up to the mark. Couple of easily visible concrete cracks, mud issue in backyard due to baldly sloped never been taken in to consideration as it should.

What a great experience, From start to finish. It went so well I had to double back. And definitely recommend anyone in the market try the Pulte experience. 5Star

I had a great experience on buying my first home. It was a smooth process. The builders were amazing and help me with everything I needed. Also wanted to thank Alex and Walker for always being there and answering any questions I had. They made the process very smooth.

Grout, paint, drywall taping, cabinet installation and general cleanliness are just awful. I am so disappointed I am shocked. Friends have Pulte homes and were top notch. Mine is just awful. No pride of workmanship and no supervision of work done. My tubs are not usable due to gaps, bubbles and voids in caulking around tubs. And this is after it was pointed out during walkthrough. Cabinets were drilled with visible holes where handles are mounted. Tile grout is uneven and there are dozens of splotches of grout on tiles. Carpet is dirty and has drywall powder and even white crunchy stains in it from work being done after installing carpet. Every day I wake up to find yet another thing wrong. I have owned 2 prior new homes from lesser builders and never had issues like these. Not happy! ... More
