Construction manager Chase is super awesome, he explained me so well of each & every detail in the house.

First time buying a new home and Im glad that I found this beautiful community .Very convenient to nearby supermarket and mall and as well as the hospital/ The woodland area. Well its hard to say as of yet with regards to house itself because the house is new this time . well see for a year if how good is the house when it comes to the durability of the materials. For now it is still in excellent condition despite theres some minor things that has to be address . But it was rectified. Thanks to the field manager who provided good service.

As a first time buyer, my experience with centex homes was stress free and straightforward. Then incentives when you use their lenders is great. I will recommend them any day.

Team was great and took care of all my needs

Issues submitted are not addressed timely Example: Emergency call on Saturday November 18, 2023 Major water leak damage to kitchen floor, flex room carpet and molding. Plumber came out Sunday morning, 11/19/23 and says water leak is from dish washer; still waiting for anyone to come out to address.

The Experience working with Steve & Lorenzo has been amazing. Centex(Pulte) is lucky to have both hard working and kind people to represent them. Steve has been so kind and informative since day one. Lorenzo has been on the ball and ahead of schedule since the first time we met. Lorenzo leads by example and the many crews notice and respect his hard work. Both men still continue to help and answer questions we have now after being in the house for 4 weeks. Our family of four is extremely happy with the quality and hard work from Centex and the people that represents them.

House is awesome, buying process was nice. It’s been a bit late, but found some parts that painters missed and contacted the main contact for the project, and he still hasn’t came. I know he’s busy, just can’t even get a text back. Some spots in house are a bit off. Like the bannister upstairs isn’t level; and I guess my inspector didn’t see that. But not a big deal, just noticed little things like that, that aren’t great. Other than that stuff, I love living here. Love the neighborhood. Layout could’ve been better for sure, but it works for now.

I recently purchased what is now my second centex home, the first one had very minor issues, but this recent purchase, which we closed on 10/27/2023 has been a major disaster. We were in the home less then 48 hours when we found out the builder never installed the clothes washer correctly which led to a major water issue into the walls. We further found out when warranty came to look that the tile had never been fully completed under the washer which allowed the water to escape and go from the second level to the first as the water leaked for over 24 hours unnoticed behind the unit into the walls. Further issues, punch list items which were promised to be rectified by the end of the closing weekend still haven't been corrected, our issued house keys, which we were asked not to use until the punch list was completed so workers could access the home, don't work and the only reason we found that out is because our power went out and blew the breaker when we plugged a single TV into a spare bedroom, which led to no power in multiple rooms, a bathroom, foyer, exterior, or garage for almost 3 days. Now about 20 minutes ago when I turned the light on in the master bedroom, the power again shorted out the home, and when I reset the breaker box sparks and flame shot out the switch and tripped the breaker again. No power once again. We have been in the home less than a month and nothing but problems and excuses. Not to mention other issues like the home the morning of walk through not having been cleaned and even when we moved in the next day, still not having been cleaned. Another issue is a trade did come to fix tile in master bath, and left a blood trail from the shower to the sink, and it permanently stained the shower, when we called we were told to use bleach, well it didn't work. 3vweeks in we have cracks in dry wall in garage corner connecting to concrete block. Have found nails and screws sticking through carpet. Paint splatter on bathroom tile floor and window that was never cleaned up. I will never recommend or build with this company again. I would love to know who inspected the home, because the multiple inspections the company completed were obviously rushed or over looked. The best line of all throughout this from the building supervisor "I don't have time to sit at your home and fix it because I have 20 other homes to complete." This evening over 30% of the home lost power again when circuits shorted out from turning hall lights on and no way to reset it since nobody from Centex or the electric company will not respond. Sales, Scott, broke everything down for us in a way we could understand (1st time buyer here) and the construction manager, Brett, made sure we were 100% Satisfied before and after the closing. Very down to earth people, I felt valued as a customer/client. Made our 1st buying experience perfection!

It's always something with my new house sigh when you get them on the phone it's I'm so sorry for the inconvenience and still take weeks to fix the problem.

I was terrified going into buying my first home. We found the perfect floor plan but had to wait for it to be available. It was sooner then we thought and we were quickly in the buying process. Everyone we spoke to was truly amazing. Michelle sold us and answered all of our questions at any time. Showed us the model built at a new community. Made sure we were comfortable. Derek with Pulte Mortgage processed our loan and was extremely knowledgeable. I really felt like he was in it to help US, and it was smooth sailing through finance. Robert was our construction manager and jumped through hoops to hit our closing deadline and still build to a high quality standard. He was extremely detailed in our walk throughs and found things I would have never seen. I just moved in and our home is beautiful. We are proud of it and happy to recommend Centex and Horizon Ridge to everyone. ... More

I love my new Ibis home. Construction managers Tony and Joe were excellent and built me a beautiful home. The neighborhood even includes a pool and internet in the HOA dues which are only $75 a month. There is a radon issue which I had to address myself because it was not quite a 4 but I found a good contractor and now I can sleep at night!

Justin was in charge of our final walk-through and he was amazing! He informed us on registering our appliances and how to utilize everything from the sprinkler system to the cooling system of the home. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout our home buying final process. Justin always made himself available to us even after hours in assisting us. Thank you Justin. If I can rate this employee 5 stars alone I would!
