I love the neighborhood and the neighbors.

We are so glad we built with Centex. Andrew was quick to respond to any questions i had about the build and was willing to meet us at the lot at anytime to made sure we understood what was being said! Our house is now complete and we are fully moved in and so happy with our purchase!

Complete honesty we have found a lot wrong with the construction of our home. This is understandable and expected but what was unexpected was the builder team continuing to correct/replace/and repair everything me and my wife found. To even go as far as correct issues we ourselves caused during move in!

Our experience with Centex builders was great right from the beginning. Their sales representative Michelle at the model home in North River Ranch Brightwood was very helpful and professional. She listened to our needs, wants, and budget and showed us homes that fit all of our parameters. Knowing that we were in town for just a short time, she also helped us in the design studio choose our colors and design package. Expectations for the construction timeline were given to us right from the beginning and thankfully the timeline was met within a month of the time promised. We have been very happy with the quality of the build and with the timeliness of corrections that we requested. It was very helpful to have Jared, our site manager as a contact with any questions or concerns that we had during the building process. Excellent Responses Fast Good Job Happy

Buying a home is stressful and difficult. Building a home is just the same. If you go into the process expecting to experience stress because of the nature of the life event, you will be very satisfied with Centex (or any other Pulte-branded home). These people work so incredibly hard for their customers. It may not always seem so when you don't get a response to an email with a couple hours, however once you get into the process, you see your sales counselor at the sales center with back-to-back appointments and your field manager out on site walking multiple homes a day while also maintaining appointments with other customers, vendors and inspectors, you realize they really care about the quality of the home they build for their customers. Building a home is by no means a simple process comparable to picking out a brand of cereal to buy at the grocery store, however Centex makes it as easy and simple as they can within reason. The mortgage process (we used Pulte Mortgage Company) was also very simple and we always had a point of contact we could go to with concerns at any time. The follow-up experience from our field manager has been fantastic as well. He even notified us a month after closing (which is when all work should have been forwarded to the warranty department) that our range had a dent on the side (which wasn't visible when slid into the cabinetry) which he had previously forgotten about since our home was obtaining certificate of occupancy with that range. He forgot to replace it during that time and stopped by our home to check and let us know he'd be replacing it as soon as possible. The follow up and care for the homes in our neighborhood are superb and we could not be happier. The sales team, mortgage team, and construction team did a wonderful job setting expectations with us and fulfilling those expectations perfectly.
