Great from beginning to end.

From the moment we walked in the office until the final walkthrough, we were thoroughly pleased. Our questions were answered quickly and our concerns were dealt with professionally.

My family came across Centex in our home search and found that the Lincoln floor plan would perfectly fit out needs. As first-time homebuyers, the agent walked us through the process of the purchase agreement and any necessary change orders. She worked well with our realtor which was important to us because we were out of state during this process. My lending agent was pleased with the responsiveness of Pulte's title company as well for a smooth closing process. Centex's field manager, Robert, and his team did a great job with the house's quality. My family and I were very impressed when we arrived for the walkthrough. Claudia was Uber patient with us as first time home buyers. We were pretty indecisive but ended up wanting the home. John was great at helping us through the process as well. He was responsive and would help with things even after we closed on the home because there are things you don't notice until after you move into the home. John took it upon himself to make sure everything was fixed and more.

We had a few hiccups but Tyler personally fixed all of our issues. Y’all should give him a raise that guy is a superhero.

Overall buying experience is definitely great, no other builder in Katy build so fast and competitive as centex home, I am very happy, I did make the right decision to buy this house otherwise , I could never afford one. Thank you centex home, appreciate your service.

After closing, as the construction supervisor Louie went above and beyond expectation. His professionalism and knowledge was obvious and has continued to help the family get settled in our new home. It is very comforting to know we have the name and personal phone number of someone as willing to help as Louie when questions about the house and the area come up. I have never had a better experience with a new construction home and the after closing support. This guy is golden.

Nice design and layouts

Working with Mike our builder and Cynthia the real estate agent on site was great. Both of them were very personable and easy to work with.
