As a first time home buyer, I am feeling very accomplished with Centex. My experience was very smooth and they are very approachable and responsible.

Being a first time home buyer I was excited & nervous entering the whole process. My realator Shellod and Centex made it simple! OJ at the centex comminity was amazing from the 1st time I stepped foot in the office! Tim (builder ) was soooooo awesome throughout the building process and was knowledgeable about everything that I had questions about even though he covered all points from the start. Took about 7 months to build the home entirely and I was able to watch it come to life each step of the way. The lenders kept in touch with the community and closing day I was able to get in and out leaving with my brand new homes keys!! The market is rising and I came in with equity! The builder representative, Chaze Batson, was a blessing to have as we purchased our new home. He ensured we had everything covered and taken care of to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience thoughout our purchase and even after. He was always readily available to assist and answer any questions we had anytime of day. My family and I were so blessed to have him and his phenomenal customer service and hospitality. Thank you Mr. Chaze Batson and Centex home for our beautiful forever home.

Through all of the material delays due to COVID Tim and his team worked incredibly hard to build my home with quality, integrity, and care within a timely manner. Tim remained in constant communication providing updates throughout the process. I am very pleased with my home and grateful for the entire Pulte team!

The building manager was great. He was willing to address any of my concerns.

We bought our home about 3 months ago and Corbin was very helpful and knowledgeable through out the buying process. We never felt alone , any questions we had he was there to answer them. Katy was amazing with every step of the building process! Katy answered every question, showed us everything and made us feel very comfortable. The quality has been amazing and they truly made our house feel like home! Thank you!

We bought two homes, one with a different builder. We bought the Centex home in June and moved in last month. We bought the other home from a different builder in January, yes 6 months earlier, and they are still building it!!!!

With this being our first home, the communication and professionalism was awesome!

As a first time home buyer I had alot of questions..the centex group including the builders(especially the builder) right down to the underwriting team was amazing. I always got the answers for my questions and I never felt like I was being a burden or asking for to much. It was a learning experience and a very communicative one as well. I was updated on the progress once a week and sometimes more if anything occurred. You get 2 walk throughs on the home before you close, so anything you see that need to be fixed will be marked and fixed by your second walk through. What's even better is centex homes come with a warranty so of you missed something during the walk through you can make a list of things to be done( which im sure will be minimal if any) and they will come and fix it. Everything from start to finish was great. David the sales agent was open, professional, honest, attentive, he really cares about his clients. He is available 24/7. Great guy. Scott the project manager is equally just as great. Scott is perfect at communication through the entire process and after. He takes the time to be with you as a customer. Honest, caring, and wants you happy. Two great guys i would recommend to anyone building a house!

Andrew was informative and kept us up to date throughout the entire building process.

I think the process from start to finish was well done The field manager worked closely with us to get things done to our satisfaction. Only issue was with the Sales consultant in the beginning but was also worked out

Throughout the time frame building my house I felt very well taken care of by Emma and Mary. They both helped me with all the little details and were happy to handhold me when needed. I truly appreciated their work and really felt that my overall satisfaction was their goal!
