We bought two homes, one with a different builder. We bought the Centex home in June and moved in last month. We bought the other home from a different builder in January, yes 6 months earlier, and they are still building it!!!!

As a first time home buyer I had alot of questions..the centex group including the builders(especially the builder) right down to the underwriting team was amazing. I always got the answers for my questions and I never felt like I was being a burden or asking for to much. It was a learning experience and a very communicative one as well. I was updated on the progress once a week and sometimes more if anything occurred. You get 2 walk throughs on the home before you close, so anything you see that need to be fixed will be marked and fixed by your second walk through. What's even better is ...

Everything from start to finish was great. David the sales agent was open, professional, honest, attentive, he really cares about his clients. He is available 24/7. Great guy. Scott the project manager is equally just as great. Scott is perfect at communication through the entire process and after. He takes the time to be with you as a customer. Honest, caring, and wants you happy. Two great guys i would recommend to anyone building a house!

Throughout the time frame building my house I felt very well taken care of by Emma and Mary. They both helped me with all the little details and were happy to handhold me when needed. I truly appreciated their work and really felt that my overall satisfaction was their goal!
