This was my first home purchase on my own, and I couldn't have asked for a better team. Amy, the sales representative, was such a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge and professionalism made it easy to start the process. Chris, the builder, kept me updated and went above and beyond to ensure my house was move-in ready by closing day. If I ever had a question or concern, both Amy and Chris were on it and got back to me almost immediately. I am very satisfied with the quality of my home and highly recommend the Centex community.

From the start I told CENTEX Homes employees what I liked about their performance, execution, attention to details, and Customer Satisfaction. Although, the development is new and have few homes occupied, the City of LaBelle water, wastewater, stormwater, trash collection and recycle materials collections run smoothly and on time. Yard irrigation is automatically taken care by the HOA which is reasonable, or pretty low cost to be exact. The warranty. my God, is a dream come true. They have a Customer Service group that response as if telepathy occurred, as soon as you know you like something ...

It all began with Don he was amazing and his customer service was exceptional. He went over and beyond to ensure our first time home buying experience was successful. We absolutely love our new home especially how it is built. It’s beautiful on the outside and inside. Brick on the outside and the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms or gorgeous. Love the master bedroom it is so big almost as big as the living room. I have recommended Pulte to others. If you buy a home here you will never regret it!

Everything from the first time I walked into the showroom to the follow up a month later was flawless the building supervisor, Weston, and his team were fantastic. They took care of everything that we needed to be fixed in a timely manner and kept in contact with us. Even our realtor, Michelle. Became instant friends with us.
