Excellent good product good service

During the construction of my new home I worked with two different field managers. Both of them were very professional, answered all my questions, and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the build. Overall a great experience.

From day one to closing and beyond everyone involved with my home has been fantastic. I highly recommend Pulte/Centex homes.

My experience with Centex has been great. I will say the best part of my experience was my wonderful field manager Jason. He went above and beyond to make sure my home was what I wanted it to be and made my closing experience very smooth. The value of the home for what I got was also great. I wish there were more upgrade options in this community but overall I got everything I wanted! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and to Jason (field manager) because he made my experience one I’ll never forget!

The Pulte Group (all divisions) have the best customer service, quality control, attention to detail and their product designs are truly the best in the industry. You can see their employee training is what sets them apart from all other Builders. Their entire team truly cares about their jobs and their product.

This experience was really awesome. I was able to design a house that was specifically taylored to my needs. It was also everything I envisioned it would be once the build was completed.

The builder was very professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to listen to our complaints. We really appreciate the time he took with us to fix any issues we brought to his attention.

From day one touring the homes, they were kind and helpful. During the building process communication is the one thing that REALLY stood out. If I had ANY questions, they were answered immediately. The team made me feel like there were no such things as a "dumb question". If someone couldnt answer my question, I was immediately transferred to someone who could answer it. When the house was almost finished and small touch ups had to be made, there were times I didnt notice something was missing or not up to par, but my building manager noticed for me and was my advocate. They did not rush to get me in and out during the final walk through, they gave me all the time in the world to ask questions and educate me on stuff I didnt know about the home .
