Centex was horrible to work with. Not putting customers 1st. Houses have tons of issues. And warranty is a pain to submit and vendors refuse to work with customer unless work order is sent from centex.

The overall experience was beyond awesome. There was a little confusion and miscommunication throughout the process but I must say everyone was great and it all pulled together at the end. I’m beyond satisfied. Thank you to all that took part in my process.

Ryan my sales agent was always going the extra mile sending me pictures during the build. Ruben the construction manager provided us with a clean home on the move-in date. I really appreciate the Centex team effort. I love my new home! Like all new build homes we have a few issues. The construction teams are working on each. I definitely would recommend Centex as a quality builder.

This is our second new build purchase and we were surprised by the quality. Not bad for the price. Way better than Taylor Morrison!!!

Easiest mortgage process I have done. Everything was executed as mentioned from the top down with the builder , title , realtor everyone in the transaction. It was effortless and did everything they said they would . 10/10 recommended

From beginning to closing it was a smooth process. Everyone was helpful, the quality of the home and everything in between is great. Would certainly recommend to family friends and anyone desiring to purchase a home. Centex is the way to go!

Purchasing our first home was a long process but everyone involved made sure we got through everything. Even after purchasing the home, the builders have been very professional with us. Francisco has been amazing and a pleasure to work with. He’s always fixed any issues that have come up.

I would like to say please be mindful of the salesman that is assisting you. Not all are truthful. I love my home but there are little things about the home such as some of the doors we can not put down decorative rugs due to the doors are too low to the ground in order to open the doors with the rug, we have to move the rug every time which is such a inconvenience. Some doors don’t latch meaning the lock on the door doesn’t matter since it doesn’t fully close. The best thing I would say about our home is that it stays cool in doors which is a plus for hot days. When we first moved in the a/c wasn’t working properly and this is a NEW HOME which was a shocker. A/c was fixed when we put an order in now the a/c is working properly. We had to get the plug fixed where our refrigerator was due to the plug in on the wall was bad the plug kept causing our refrigerator to unplug, but we put in an order to have the plug in looked at and now it’s working properly. Other than those things our home is nice so happy to be a first time buyer my family and I are so blessed. Thank you Centex for helping my family and I buy our new home. :) ... More

Home is good overall, but there are definitely points of contention that show it was put together in a hurry for a quick turn around. A number of doors have pretty substantial gaps from the trim which is quite frustrating, and any touchups during our walkthrough seemed to be rushed as well. Rather than properly sanding to touch up, it was just painted over and not very well. Many paint drips on trim throughout the house, paint on the carpet in some areas etc. Builder repaired most issues pointed out through walkthrough, but some were answered with "Yeah, I'm not sure there's much we can do about that" ... Every person involved in our home purchase was helpful and very accommodating. They explained everything regarding our home, in detail, and offered additional support as needed. I am very pleased with our experience.

We had a great experience purchasing our new home. Our salesman was so professional, friendly and prompt with all information. The quality of the home is as expected with builder grade products. There was a construction problem found with one of the walls during inspection and it was promptly resolved By the builder, who was great. We closed on time with no surprises.

Michael was a great builder. He was with us every step of the way and went above an beyond to explain each and every detail with us. He communicated in a timely manner. Even after moving in, he has been helpful in answering the occasional question.

Wonderful experience. Developer rep Lorenzo was excellent during our walk through. He noted all requests and got moving instantly. Prior had limited communication issues on when the home would be ready but aside from that would recommend.

I was told by my sales representative that I would be able to afford a house in Davis ranch at the end of January. Of course I knew that could change based off of pre-approval and actual approval. Fast-forward to March I'm told that I can only afford a house in a different community. I was told that I would be able to keep my 4.25 rate that was promised to me but after speaking to my loan consultant she said that that was not communicated to her by sales. Unfortunately but thankfully she was able to get me a 4.75, but the sales consultant shouldn't have promised me that rate nor should he have said that it was "obviously a mistake" and that there would be no concessions since "we've given you so much already". ... Called the office and spoke with Jennifer regarding the AC Unit area there was concrete dug up and left there and that was supposed to be cleaned up before I moved in, they took 3 to 4 weeks to do it, also they still didn’t do the job the area around the AC Unit is not paved done like my neighbors to the left or right of me, also there were deep holes in my backyard that I didn’t even see they came and put down old grass that looks like a haystack and it’s going back to the deep holes. I hope that you can send somebody out to see the terrible work that has been done like they don’t care about a brand new property that they are being paid by the hour to do. As a first time home buyer purchasing completely on my own, I had sooooo many questions. Ardit was very helpful, proactive and addressed my questions and concerns the same day. He helped put my mind at ease throughout the process even after closing on the home.

I bought the home in Centex. Staff is friendly but sometimes give false promises and ask for excuse. Home buying process is smooth but quality of the construction is not that great. I experience lot of wear and tear after my house closing which I didn’t expected. Quality was highly compromised.

My overall experience was phenomenal. Everyone was hands on from the time I started the process of buying my first home till the time of closing. The process went so smoothly and I closed within a month. Someone was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I Love my beautiful home. It has everything thing that I desired. It’s structured just the way I always dream it would be. Buying a home from Centex was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life!
