Thanks Don and also to Miguel the builder to make my first house great house and a smooth process

The house is very nice and well priced. However, the quality of work is pretty poor. The concrete slab is uneven and there are lumps all over the down stairs floor. Large lumps, like you can see AND feel when you walk. Several of the baseboards are bowed in or out significantly enough to notice immediately, and all of the pre-wired fan switches are all not terminated correctly. One of the three-way switches had a hot leg on both ends and kept the wires in the ceiling live no matter the switch combination I tried. Fortunately I have electrical experience and didn't get shocked!

I would recommend buying from center homes.

All new home buyers are encouraged to check on their new build, frequently, to ensure dates are met, promises are kept and things are on track to close as documented.

Isabel and Adriel both made our home buying process great! Isabel was always a text away for any questions we had along the way and always got things handled asap. Adriel is awesome too. He explained everything very well at both our walk throughs he even continued to help us after purchasing our house by answering any questions we have.

Overall the experience was ok. I’m still having issues with the grass that was laid. Many parts are just mud and barely any grass. I’ve hired a company to come treat the grass, but with grass missing in some parts, there’s only so much they can do.

Professional staff and best quality. The loan process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

After declining to participate in the their initial “bidding” process, they finally just put the prices on homes. We end up buying a home, but the quality is bad. Dishwasher doesn’t dry, caulking missing from showers, doors askew and when you try to contact someone, no one gets back with you about fixing issues.

First time home buyer and I expected more. Some things in the house from workmanship and materials point of view only were my main complaints.

The buying experience was good. Pretty easy overall. I'm disappointed with the quality of finish and the quality of the products used in the house.

Our last home was built by Pulte and we lived there for over 20 years. It was a great home. When purchasing a new home, we considered the reputation of home builders. Due to our past experience, we were happy to be able to purchase another Pulte built home.

My home buying experience was incredibly positive and easy with Centex. Juan Pablo, the construction manager, made sure that we were well-informed throughout the process. He made it easy to ask questions and get any potential problems resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend this builder.

I was very pleased with overall home buying experience from sales to construction managers explaining everything in detail for the first time home buying experience. As we did the first walk through and now living in the house, there is a lot of spot where the finishing is not satisfactory overall but I will be filling work order soon to fix some of them. I would rate 3/5 for house itself and 4.5/5 for the buying experience.

We love our new home! It is a quality home. We had several delays because of shortages of materials and damage from the hurricane. Our Field Manager, Shawn, was great. He kept us apprised of everything and made the process so much easier and less stressful for us. He walked us through the process from start to finish. He is a great asset to your company,

All parts of the process weren't always the best, but the sales team and construction supervisors provide top-notch, individualized and special treatment. I appreciated them making this process so easy.

Moved in my home for a month now. Have had electrical issues, plumbing problems, and hvac issues. To this day still waiting for the electrical issues to be resolved. Imagine buying a $400,000 and not having electricity for multiple days in master bathroom and bath. Being told it will be a few days before someone comes out. Even though you see the electrical company working down the street a few houses down on homes that aren’t complete. Imagine them finally coming and not fixing the issue, then having to reschedule again. 2 weeks of getting dressed in the dark. But no one has an answer. Purchasing the home through Pulte/Centex has been a rollercoaster. This is our second home and we’ve had a slew of problems (still unfixed since 2019). We purchased this home in January 2023 and while the quality and workmanship is not something I’m proud of, I have to give credit to the Construction managers Andrew and Steve and Warranty manager Brittany. For the first 20-30 days we had several electrical issues and lost power, which was fixed. Other items are still being worked on. If it wasn’t for the listed associates above, we would not have purchased.

The manager sent me construction progress every month. very helpful to know .

The community is awesome but I’m already having nasty cracking and water damage in the bathroom due to improper sealing. The wall is literally caving in and I’ve been here only one month. Whoever finished my master bathroom was really lazy

We had to delay closing multiple times due to incomplete or substandard workmanship. When the project manager was contacted with a list, it was documented, but little or nothing done within a reasonable timeframe. One incident was a crooked wall running at roughly a 25 degree angle, the response was "it doesn't look that bad". It was eventually "repaired", but now the drywall tape was worked loose and is protruding. Have been in the house for almost two full months and the power washing has still not been completed.
