If you like great homes with larger lot sizes, walking trails and large pool center then Centex Homes has a place for you in Winn Ridge, Aubrey TX. These homes are advertised as smart houses, which means the wiring is visible outside. The problem is that neither Centex or AT&T will cover the wiring. Spectrum does cover the wiring with a case. Check on this in your area if you want internet or TV.

The house looks and feels amazing! The staff was always available to answer any questions we had about the property, the buying process or anything we needed. Even during the COVID-19 lock downs the entire team was always in touch with us and providing us with regular updates.

The house quickly became our home.

Buying a new home can be very stressful but Centex made my experience almost stress-free. It started with the sales person Delante, who was very helpful with getting me the terms that worked for me. Then Adam, the construction manager explained everything about the house and made himself available for questions and/or concerns. All-in-all, I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.

Very easy home buying experience

He was knowledgeable and prompt with a few fixes and answers to questions.

Kathy was great on the front end of things answering questions and helping the process along and Kevin was good with the follow-up in resolving outstanding issues after the purchase. The financing process took some years off my life with the stress of it all, but they did come through in the end. The HOA rules are a bit more restrictive than they should be, but overall, It's a good unit and a good price point!

Our sales person Kyle was outstanding. He had all the answers to our questions and help us navigate the purchase of our new home. All the other staff were helpful and friendly. The house is built well, the workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Centex homes.

My wife and I planned a weekend trip to Jacksonville to visit 6 new townhome communities. While we were unfamiliar with Centex or Normandy Pines, we happened to pass by and decided to stop in. We were met by a sales associate, David who was very informative and not in the least “pushy.” Soon after returning home, we started to evaluate all of our options and Normandy Pines was the clear best choice. The entire purchase process was seamless and all Centex employees were professional and exceptionally helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this builder or community .

My overall experience, from the initial purchase to move-in, was mostly positive. The process experienced a few delays, but communication from the builder was generally clear and professional. The quality of the home is acceptable and likely aligns with my expectations for the price. Although some minor issues were reported and addressed by the builder, no significant problems have arisen since moving in. The builder’s team was responsive and mostly kept their promises. I enjoy living in this community. However, what I don’t like is that they lack amenities for families, such as a pool or playground, like other communities offer. ... More
