Even though we had delays due to city requirements, the builder was great throughout the entire process. They were very helpful most especially the builder for my house I had because he was more than great. I would definitely recommend Centex to family and friends.

The sales and construction team were always upfront about any change of plans as the home was being built. I never felt like anyone was hiding anything through the entire process. Design and mortgage were also very simple, closing on my home was a breeze. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase

Was able to get a bigger nicer home that other builders in the area that I was comfortable with and the process was fairly strait forward and easy, less stressful since I had been thru the home buying process before I cancelled that home and moved to Centex. They were helpful and answered all my questions and were there to help along the building process with items I noticed and even with items I hadn’t and were upfront about terms, costs, and timelines to complete these items.
