Our Sales Rep Ryan was a 10, our finish Construction Mgr. Ray was great to work with too. Home completed ahead of schedule, which in this day and age is unheard of. They put together a complete move in package and home was clean and ready for move when delivered to us. Overall, I would use them again. So far very happy customer.

As a first time buyer, my experience with centex homes was stress free and straightforward. Then incentives when you use their lenders is great. I will recommend them any day.

House is awesome, buying process was nice. It’s been a bit late, but found some parts that painters missed and contacted the main contact for the project, and he still hasn’t came. I know he’s busy, just can’t even get a text back. Some spots in house are a bit off. Like the bannister upstairs isn’t level; and I guess my inspector didn’t see that. But not a big deal, just noticed little things like that, that aren’t great. Other than that stuff, I love living here. Love the neighborhood. Layout could’ve been better for sure, but it works for now.

Justin was in charge of our final walk-through and he was amazing! He informed us on registering our appliances and how to utilize everything from the sprinkler system to the cooling system of the home. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout our home buying final process. Justin always made himself available to us even after hours in assisting us. Thank you Justin. If I can rate this employee 5 stars alone I would!

My experience with my Centex new home purchase was flawless. I chose to go this direction as I would like to leftover funds for traveling etc, rather than have all my money go to a house note. I’m 100% happy with the neighborhood my new home is in. I chose the Windrow subdivision as it is a great balance between country & city living. You are minutes away from both living here & close to anything you could possibly need, great area…

s that have risen up in my first months of moving my new home have been great. If there was any kind of problem they were fixed in better then a timely fashion. In fact one night I couldn't get my garage to function correctly and Patrick saw me trying to remedy the problem, Stopped to say he say a few other doors that had the same issue. Socket in hand it was fixed in no time at all. Watching the garage door contractor came in handy.......BTW It was north of 7PM. All is good on my end. As long as you keep good employees it will continue I love it here

I had some issues with the new home from Pulte Ie: some Paint repairs, flooring stains from painters, scratched cooktop, tiny spots missed on stained steps. This was all before my closing. After closing, Pulte sent over a crew that repaired/replaced everything that was wrong. Unlike other new construction builders out there. Pulte stands by their word. Their construction management team is outstanding! So glad we purchased a Pulte Home.

Easy to love floorplans and location were exactly what i was looking for. The large windows and quality appliances make the home seem spacious and welcoming.

Everything went smoothly and the Sales associate Daniel was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all aspects!!

I am a first time home buyer. Centex and their staff made the whole process so smooth. I was constantly getting updates every week. The build quality of the house was amazing especially for the price. The builder, and builder’s team did great in fixing the little things in a timely matter. Overall, I was very satisfied with my first home. I’m sure you will too, so please check Centex homes out. You will not be disappointed!

The process to purchase our home was very simple. We received our home and were very satisfied with the outcome and quality of the home.

Our experience with Centex was a journey with a clear destination. During this journey we meet with handful of sales rep. Jesse and Don, they are amazing. The construction rep Lucky is the Man. Other Centex reps were met along the line we also great. There is still room for improvement. On the Pulte side, Shawn was super amazing. Always a phone call away. Thumps up Shawn! In future we would still like to patronize Centex and recommend them to friends and family members. However, regarding not painting the garage, Centex never did well. I think leveraging on the 'City provision which did not require builders to paint garages' is a dent to your road towards customers' satisfaction. To me, a building incomplete if the garage is not painted. The garage was not even paint ready. It was left on the dry wall stage. To paint, one must do stages of before- pre-paint work. It cost us close to $1000 to get our garage painted. In all, the good news is that I saw garages of homes built from mid-August till date are being painted. This is a welcome development. We had to wait a couple weeks to use our dryer because they covered up the dryer vent. And we found dead birds in our vent. And had to wait for that to be cleaned

I would highly recommend Jenna, to assist in any issues and concerns that purchasers might have....she is very resonsive and helpful during and after purchase of any unit. She goes out of her way to getting items resolved.

The sales person (Kamona) and the construction supervisor during the house inspection (Carter) were great to work with. Centex customer service have been very responsive to the warranty issues (there's always a few things) after moving into the new home. Only thing that stood out in a negative way was the low-end kitchen faucet installed; no hose, no spray option, just a plain, cheap swivel neck faucet. Considering the price of the house and so many details that were well done, could not imagine who decided to save $100 on a decent kitchen faucet. The cost to us will now be hundreds of dollars (faucet cost + plumber cost). ... More

It was overall a pretty smooth experience, although, we lost our sales agent during construction and received limited updates on the construction status. Moving from out of state was grueling but rewarding. Thank you for your assistance.

Excellent attention, quick response to requirements and unique quality of service! From the sales agent in the project, to the construction Foreman, the attention was specialized, with precise information and the entire process of the house was very precise.

Great experience from start to finish the sale teams was amazing she kept me inform with all the incentives made sure we got the incentives that was offered. She was informative and available to all my questions! The construction manager was awesome as well he explained everything thoroughly the lenders was also informative I had a pleasant experience (only thing missing is amenities for this neighborhood being that surrounding neighborhood has pools and dog parks

I love my new home although the response to some of my concerns has been lacking. I submit an issue and may get a response, I have to follow-up to get a response.
