Mr. Eric and Mr. Ibrahim were very customers oriented. Always were available for answer any concern or situation that arise. They at all time showed their knowledge and professionalism. I never recommend PULTE Mortgage as a financial institution. They were too rude, unfriendly and not organized. PULTE MORTGAGE decrease Centex prestige.

Our house is great. Centex probably tries to give us a great product but I could give a couple of advices: - Read everything. Yes it will take a lot of time, but you need to do it. - Hire an external inspector. The external inspection's report should have a lot of pictures (my inspection was great). - You must do an inspection by yourself. The inspector is a human been and can make mistakes. In my case, he didn't notice something that I did. - Do not sign until the house has no issues. We found some issues with the house (no big problems, most of them just details),so the closing date was reschedule. During the final walkthrough I checked all the details to be solved in a rush, but I wasn't 100% agree with one solution. When we moved to our new house, that "solution" didn't work as we expected and now I am waiting for the supplier to solve the situation (little A/C adjustment). - When you receive your keys, the fist think to do (after the joy), verify the timer (splinkler system) if you have it already installed. I didn't do it. I week after we moved, I noticed that our grass was really bad (overwatering). Probably it is my bad because I should be aware of that since the beginning. Our closing date was almost 1 month after the grass was planted, we moved 1 week after the closing date, I checked the timer 1 week after we moved. The times for watering were excessive (20 minutes in some areas, everyday) and that was causing the grass begins to decompose. I am trying to solve that problem. ... More

Everything has been pretty simple and the repair/fix process has been easy too!

The closing was really smooth in only 29 days I was signing all the paper work !! My wife an I were very happy.

I appreciate Centex team's positive mindset and best efforts for making customer's experience the most comfortable and satisfying. I only deducted one star for the value, because of "no deck" and some "do it yourself" items, which put me in slight disadvantage compared to secondary market options in this neighborhood. Also, backyard soil packed with rocks with no sod may cause additional expenses in the future. Apart from this, most of issues I pointed during inspection, were fixed, and I am very happy overall. Thank you!

I wish the kitchen cabinet doors fit better. The hot water temperature is too low.

Overall excellent process with the Pulte/Centex folks. Very seamless and professional experience. Any home issues noticed during walk through taken care of immediately. A really great team to work with and would recommend to others!

Didn’t think it would be this easy. Everyone was very genuine and any questions or concerns we had were always answered.

I’ve owned several new homes and the attention to the construction process was the best on this house of any of them. I also hired an outside home inspector and the report came back with just minor cosmetic issues, but the attention to detail on construction was amazing. Very pleased with that portion of the house. The fixtures used were entry level and all of that can be upgraded at a later date as it wasn’t possible in the build process.

Had no problems with the build. House was finished on agreed date with no delays. Builder kept me informed of the build process with emails and pictures. From start to finish the build and purchase of the Centex home went very smoothly. Had absolutely no complaints.

So far everything with our home buying experience has been great! The staff with Pulte have been professional and extremely helpful. We love our new home and the location

Overall Centex did a great job on our home. Me just being nitpicky, these are topics i note; Should have use chair height toilets, they are the same price (usually). At least in the Master bath. I am a tall guy and currently have a long way down to that toilet seat. Whatever caulking they used for the bottom trim at the floor was either put on too thin, or just sucks. More often than not this caulking is cracking/splitting resulting in noticable splits. When i did my walkthrough, i had silverfish pointed out to me and was told they would die off. These things are still here. Why wouldnt you just bomb the place for the perspective buyer after construction is done? My brick wall is not the same height all the way around my house. Why? My house came with granite counters and was told that i should recoat for a sealer. You are charging $300k+ for a house. Would it be so hard for you to that 2nd coat for the buyer? Even after all this, i am content with my purchase from Centex. ... More

Chris was amazing! He took great care of us during the construction phase of our home. He listened to all of our concerns along the way and patiently answered all questions. Chris made us feel like we were in good hands during the entire time!

The home buying process was really great with Centex! Everything went smoothly and our realtor and the construction manager were both great to work with as well as the mortgage team!
