Justin was in charge of our final walk-through and he was amazing! He informed us on registering our appliances and how to utilize everything from the sprinkler system to the cooling system of the home. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout our home buying final process. Justin always made himself available to us even after hours in assisting us. Thank you Justin. If I can rate this employee 5 stars alone I would!

My experience with my Centex new home purchase was flawless. I chose to go this direction as I would like to leftover funds for traveling etc, rather than have all my money go to a house note. I’m 100% happy with the neighborhood my new home is in. I chose the Windrow subdivision as it is a great balance between country & city living. You are minutes away from both living here & close to anything you could possibly need, great area…

I had some issues with the new home from Pulte Ie: some Paint repairs, flooring stains from painters, scratched cooktop, tiny spots missed on stained steps. This was all before my closing. After closing, Pulte sent over a crew that repaired/replaced everything that was wrong. Unlike other new construction builders out there. Pulte stands by their word. Their construction management team is outstanding! So glad we purchased a Pulte Home.

Everything went smoothly and the Sales associate Daniel was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all aspects!!

I am a first time home buyer. Centex and their staff made the whole process so smooth. I was constantly getting updates every week. The build quality of the house was amazing especially for the price. The builder, and builder’s team did great in fixing the little things in a timely matter. Overall, I was very satisfied with my first home. I’m sure you will too, so please check Centex homes out. You will not be disappointed!

The process to purchase our home was very simple. We received our home and were very satisfied with the outcome and quality of the home.

I would highly recommend Jenna, to assist in any issues and concerns that purchasers might have....she is very resonsive and helpful during and after purchase of any unit. She goes out of her way to getting items resolved.

It was overall a pretty smooth experience, although, we lost our sales agent during construction and received limited updates on the construction status. Moving from out of state was grueling but rewarding. Thank you for your assistance.

Some details in the process as is to be expected in these cases, however the professionalism and responsiveness overcame the minuscule details at the beginning, exceeding expectations. My wife and I are happy for this blessing. Thank you very much for this blessing. Blessings!

It was an amazing experience with CENTEX, especially with the Construction Manager, Justin! He did everything to please us and meet our requests and needs. Really a great person! Jeffrey who participated in the sale was also very kind! I am very satisfied with the house and look forward to buying more houses with CENTEX/Pulte.

Centex was very communicative, answers all your questions no matter how bizarre, or regardless of your experience level buying homes. The most important part of buying a home for me was wondering how the experience we had with them up to closing would change if any after buying. From start to finish, the buying experience was pretty straightforward and easy. We love the overall design and layout of the house. There a few dings here and there, all minor, but builders have been quick to respond so far to fix them. The overall temperature insulation is excellent but one needs to add to the sound insulation inside the house.

Working with Centex was an awesome experience, thanks in large part to Vernon. He was such a great guy to work with, especially for us as first-time home buyers from out of state. He made everything smooth and straightforward, guiding us through the whole process with weekly updates and answering any questions we had. Our family was looking for a house out of state. While there are a lot of stresses and frustrations looking for a house in your own town,looking for one out of state was scary to say the least. I can say with confidence that centex homes made the process clear, concise, and realistic. We received the best service I believe in house shopping and our home was build with quality. Any minor issue we're addressed quickly, and delays were explained and followed up on in a timely manner. I again feel confident with my purchase from Centex. My future house shopping will be done with Centex homes.
