Our sales person Kyle was outstanding. He had all the answers to our questions and help us navigate the purchase of our new home. All the other staff were helpful and friendly. The house is built well, the workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Centex homes.

My wife and I planned a weekend trip to Jacksonville to visit 6 new townhome communities. While we were unfamiliar with Centex or Normandy Pines, we happened to pass by and decided to stop in. We were met by a sales associate, David who was very informative and not in the least “pushy.” Soon after returning home, we started to evaluate all of our options and Normandy Pines was the clear best choice. The entire purchase process was seamless and all Centex employees were professional and exceptionally helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this builder or community .

My overall experience, from the initial purchase to move-in, was mostly positive. The process experienced a few delays, but communication from the builder was generally clear and professional. The quality of the home is acceptable and likely aligns with my expectations for the price. Although some minor issues were reported and addressed by the builder, no significant problems have arisen since moving in. The builder’s team was responsive and mostly kept their promises. Colin was very good, the home was beautiful. I just think that until the community is fully completed the sales agent/builders should be on site. Any thing we need fixed we should have 60 days to be able to contact them after purchase of home. Tara, Colin and staff excellent. Would work with them again.

Homebuying went smoothly, wonderful and friendly staff! Opportunity for workmanship/build of home could be better. Porch and back porch cement not aligned. Construction debris/dust inside house. Took time to cleanup while trying to move in.

The sales staff, financial staff and building rep were EXCELLENT! The house psssed inspection with flying colors, however, the cabinetry is bottom of the line quality, the tiling backsplash should not be trimmed in metal, the windows and doors could be better quality too. Vents should bd vented to the outside and gutters should have been put on

Mr. Eric and Mr. Ibrahim were very customers oriented. Always were available for answer any concern or situation that arise. They at all time showed their knowledge and professionalism. I never recommend PULTE Mortgage as a financial institution. They were too rude, unfriendly and not organized. PULTE MORTGAGE decrease Centex prestige.
