My purchase was seamless with help from the centex and pulte home agents every step of the way apart from my agent. The construction manager was also helpful with details on the tour. And ofcourse my customer care person is absolutely amazing! Now that I am living in my new home, its been peaceful and great experience so far! Hope to keep experiencing this feeling for a long time.

Empty promises. Poor communication.

When buying a centex home they have all these extra steps to make you feel like they care and want to make sure the house is perfect for you but it’s all a show. They have 2 walks throughs in my case one after drywall to meet the PM, and another before close. At the initial walk though 3 months prior to closing I brought up some issues with my home and was told it will be taken care of which it never did. Even at pre closing they told me they will fix it yet again and did not. Closed on the house extremely behind schedule almost 3 months behind. Even after everything still dealing with issues.

I love my new home made by Centex. I was in another state at the time I purchase my house and everything went well. Good communication. To date no problems with my new home. The only thing I do not like is the land is too rocky!

Our warranty gal, Louisa, I hope the spelling is correct also has been very helpful and outstanding. Pretty much everyone along the way has been great. Everything has been great up to this point. We had some warranty issues within the first month. However, they have a simple warranty process and everything was able to be resolved within 2 weeks. Those are typical issues to be expected. Love the team and the neighborhood!

The experience buying the house was smooth and people helped a lot to make the experience pleasant. The House looks good outside and inside except the material used for walls seem to be lacking in the sense that it's not strong enough. Realized that after moving in .When dining chair touches the wall or if someone lean towards the wall with the dining chair, the wall start having some traces of material coming off etc... There's no sound proof. I could hear people talking in the living while I upstairs in my room with door closed.

Taking a wait and see

We were very excited to move into our house. Everything looked great. Now that we’ve been here for 2 months we are starting to notice some little problems. Drywall finished have a lot of imperfections. Doors are rubbing in different areas. Range and washer were not installed correctly. We know that fixtures and appliances are bought in bulk, maybe a slightly higher quality should be installed. At some point every faucet will need to be replaced.
