The experience buying the house was smooth and people helped a lot to make the experience pleasant. The House looks good outside and inside except the material used for walls seem to be lacking in the sense that it's not strong enough. Realized that after moving in .When dining chair touches the wall or if someone lean towards the wall with the dining chair, the wall start having some traces of material coming off etc... There's no sound proof. I could hear people talking in the living while I upstairs in my room with door closed.

I love my new house and Dustin is a great builder. I would refer him to everyone!

We were very excited to move into our house. Everything looked great. Now that we’ve been here for 2 months we are starting to notice some little problems. Drywall finished have a lot of imperfections. Doors are rubbing in different areas. Range and washer were not installed correctly. We know that fixtures and appliances are bought in bulk, maybe a slightly higher quality should be installed. At some point every faucet will need to be replaced.

Very happy with my purchase overall. There are a few minor issues but overall I'm very pleased. From the sale with builder to working with Pulte Mortgage, everything was very smooth and on time. Any concerns were promptly addressed. I question everything and every detail was explained with clarity and patience. Britney, my sales agent, was fantastic. She listened and was more than patient with managing my anxiety over such a large decision. She surprised me along the way by coming to my walk through and leaving a personal gift on closing day. So far, my warranty rep has also been great and even stopped by to checkin after I moved in. The minor issues were very small things like a couple of bushes should have been replaced, shower curtain bar was not fully installed, and one of the shower faucets is installed backwards meaning hot is cold and cold is hot. I recently had the pleasure of working with Centex Homes, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. Both Chance, the sales representative, and Ibrahim, one of the on-site managers during the walk-through, were incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel truly at home throughout the process. Unlike my experiences with other builders, neither of them rushed me or made me feel pressured. The best part of this journey was our GC. He kept us informed throughout the whole process. This was an out of state purchase for us, so we couldn’t be there every week to see the progress. He’d emailed pictures and answered promptly all of our questions. We looked forward to our every Friday update. We were very happy with the end product.

My wife and I planned a weekend trip to Jacksonville to visit 6 new townhome communities. While we were unfamiliar with Centex or Normandy Pines, we happened to pass by and decided to stop in. We were met by a sales associate, David who was very informative and not in the least “pushy.” Soon after returning home, we started to evaluate all of our options and Normandy Pines was the clear best choice. The entire purchase process was seamless and all Centex employees were professional and exceptionally helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this builder or community .

we were truly blessed with bryson and taylor being by our side through this process. they made sure to put us first with everything, their communication and support through out the process was more than we expected as first time home buyers! can’t thank them enough. we love our home and are happy to be apart of the windcress community!

My overall experience, from the initial purchase to move-in, was mostly positive. The process experienced a few delays, but communication from the builder was generally clear and professional. The quality of the home is acceptable and likely aligns with my expectations for the price. Although some minor issues were reported and addressed by the builder, no significant problems have arisen since moving in. The builder’s team was responsive and mostly kept their promises. I enjoy living in this community. However, what I don’t like is that they lack amenities for families, such as a pool or playground, like other communities offer. ... More

Make sure everything works properly before because if you don’t it’s hard to get people to come out and fix it

The building crew itself was exceptionally good however the lending process was very stressful for no reason. I would give a 0 star but for the sake of the building team

The sales rep was great. I’ve bought centex before where quality and character of the home were more evident. This community was certainly on a budget and with vinyl as the shell it meant upgrades and finishes were basic or non-existent. The Construction manager was kind through the walk through phase and then things change. Layouts of the homes are great overall though.

The entire process from start to finish was great! The communication was excellent, this made us feel at ease during the home buying process!

Everything inside the office they’re nice to us. They’re helping how I can get this house and I’m so happy because they gave me us 5000 check for they said I’m win for that ruffle and I’m so lucky because I’m winning. And the house is brand new and that’s only one that’s the house the one I want and yes all the people helping me how I can get this house so nice and I’m so thankful. My husband and I were happy. That’s House right now thank you so much.

The entire purchasing process was quick, simple and painless free. They even assisted with getting my other house sold by working with that title company on my behalf (long story there). I’m pleased with the entire process and outcome.

Colin was very good, the home was beautiful. I just think that until the community is fully completed the sales agent/builders should be on site. Any thing we need fixed we should have 60 days to be able to contact them after purchase of home. Tara, Colin and staff excellent. Would work with them again.

Buying process was so interesting at the beginning but towards closing time everything turns up tough as if it's impossible to get what you are bargaining for from the lender. But at the end it was a success story. I give God all the glory

So very happy with our hike. The entire process so so seamless and painless. Everyone we came across was extremely helpful from Jennifer in the office to our construction manager David. Our construction manager is extremely knowledgeable about our home is most definitely the blueprint and the ultimate goal of what someone in that role should be. We are so happy and have not had a single issue. We absolutely in love and obsessed with our new home.

The walk through with the company was very helpful. They explained the warranties, what I needed to do to extend the warranties and how things work. The unit is very nice. I love everything about it. You can add your touches to make it yours
