Construction people gave timely updates on build progress and the mortgage people at the closing office were really nice.

They are not responsible and not talking any accoutable only my bulider is responsible

Workmanship can get better, there was a lot of areas that were different measurement such as windows. Several doors had large gaps on the bottom. The huge one for me was that there was no blinds at all in the home, it is very hard to find the all the measurements. there are over 10 windows in the home.

As a first time home buyer, my experience was amazing. Whole process was seamless and on time. The house is great for the amount paid. I am happy with the builders and the administrative personnel. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the whole process.

The financing service was not accommodating, after purchase the home required many improvements that have taken too long to correct . Construction is less than optimal.

The home ostelf is nice and, if made with care, would have been a great home. Unfortunately, I was not given any spicket for the backyard, the floors creek, and laying down the sod was shoddy. Make sure you notice as much as you can before closing because after you do, good luck getting something worked on.

The final version of our home is great! It was a long process but worth the wait. I was sad to see some workmanship issues. Felt like they cut corners at times. House was not really ready at close in my opinion. Staff and project manager have been exceptionally good at making things right.

Unnecessary arguments over move in dates, for a new home there was quite a bit of things that needed to be addressed. Outside of the blatant flaws that was all over the home, the first night my decorative piece on the top of the blinds fell on me in my sleep, there was blue masking tape on my ceiling that I can’t reach, no seal for my shower to the floor, my towel rack in my master bathroom wasn’t screwed in completely resulting in damage now in my bathroom from it scraping, the workers around my home have zero respect. The portal potty is right up against my driveway when they could easily move it to a more comfortable area. They also blast their Mexican high pace music in the night, and they have thrown a notable amount of trash into my back yard, the strangest item I had to clean up was a sweaty soul to a shoe. Last comment I would make is after the home wax built, everything was absolutely filthy. Believe it or not, their mortgage arm was significantly worse to deal with. ... More

Overall a cheap quality home. Everything in the home is basic and nothing is of great quality. Centex employees over promise and under deliver. I would never go for Centex again

Our sales person and construction manager were great. Overall the house is fine, my only complaint is about the paint used. It’s a flat paint (which we weren’t told a difference as first time buyers) so it’s impossible to clean, we’ll have to repaint the house which is unfortunate to think about when you just move in. Otherwise it’s great.

Still waiting for the external trim problem to be replaced. It has sharp corners that will cut someone's hand and quality of workmanship poor. I addressed this with Michael again this week. This my 4 or 5 discussion about the problem since before purchasing the house. Someone pretended to adjust the problem by adding large globs of silicone to the sharp corners and rough edged opening that were not turned -in correctly in a professional manner.

If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t purchase a home under the centex brand name. The homes are cheap and a lot of corners were cut wen building this home. I am just glad we have the warranty to fix the issues

The materials or specially fixtures been used are not of the top quality, i get it, it based on what you paid.. but i was ready to pay the higger price for getting better stuff but i was hushed by saying options are already been selected and can’t make changes to it now. Result is we we’re not happy with the new house. Otherwise people are good and try to work with you in aby regards.

Not the right home if you are fairly meticulous and have a high level of attention to detail. The standards of finish on these homes are unfortunately low, including the final cleaning and especially the hasty caulking throughout. Having not been able to attend the final walkthrough, I was very regretful of my purchase when I did see the home.

Attic’s are not useful because the house is not built well.

Great so far, Ryan and Chad did a great job from marketing side, construction manager Robert did a great job and not much delay in completion and closing, Elizabeth and his team from Pulte mortgage team did a great job in fixing the rate lock..

Our builder Matt was incredible to work with. Very respectful, responsive and informed us all the way through.

We love our home. Dislike the process. Final closing figures was not what was on the actual document. Slow to respond asked for the same documents several times when they already had it. Poor communication between the different departments that should be working together. The bad outweighed the good here.

They do not level the back yard for drainages unless they put the grass, my house did not include grass on the back and since we moved in and weeks prior to closing my yard was flooded and told many times my construction manager and never fix it, it’s been 3 months since we moved in and I still have the same issue and they refuse to fix it. I bought a new “quality” home to not have these issues but it’s been a terrible experience. Warranty guy never contacted me or email me about warranties.

Pulte Homes is a large corporation with many different subsidiary companies. From Sales, mortgage, insurance, builders, and finally Title company employees. All of them were very attentive, courteous, and helpful. The mortgage company reps were especially helpful and eager to try to have us come under their umbrella. One drawback to the constant attention was it was difficult to break away with a different company for any part of the purchase. And, the only somewhat annoying thing, was how many reviews I had to do after it was done. I think this is the third review I have given. Nothing to say.Everything’s fine.The house hasn’t been moved in yet, but it looks fine now.

I had a update weekly sometimes daily if I was working out of town. Pictures were sent to me, questions were answered no matter what day it was they would text back, then follow up the next day. They explained all the little details of why or what things meant. Still to this day they will answer questions after I have moved in. I have been told that the experience I had with Centex is unheard of with builders. I tell everyone my great experiences I had and have with Centex.

Customer service is great. As a first-time homebuyer, overall experience is great. Only the build quality is much less than the price paid.

Our experience at first was really good as Shawn kept us informed about the house. After we moved in we were told we would have a new house manager, but was never given his number. Shawn said that Scott had been too busy to meet with us, as he is meeting with other homeowners. We are homeowners and he should have met with us. We have lived here almost 2 months and nothing has been fixed on our move in list.
