From start to finish, the buying experience was pretty straightforward and easy. We love the overall design and layout of the house. There a few dings here and there, all minor, but builders have been quick to respond so far to fix them. The overall temperature insulation is excellent but one needs to add to the sound insulation inside the house.

Working with Centex was an awesome experience, thanks in large part to Vernon. He was such a great guy to work with, especially for us as first-time home buyers from out of state. He made everything smooth and straightforward, guiding us through the whole process with weekly updates and answering any questions we had. What set Vernon apart was his genuine interest in our needs and concerns. He was always ready to help, fixing all the things we spotted during the walk-throughs. His attention to detail and dedication to making us happy was something we couldn't help but appreciate. But it's not just about business with Vernon. He truly cares about the families who are moving into these homes. It's more than just selling houses to him; it's about helping families find their perfect home. You can really see this in how he'd stop by to say hello if he's driving through the neighborhood. It's these personal touches that make us feel like we're part of a community, not just homeowners. Our family was looking for a house out of state. While there are a lot of stresses and frustrations looking for a house in your own town,looking for one out of state was scary to say the least. I can say with confidence that centex homes made the process clear, concise, and realistic. We received the best service I believe in house shopping and our home was build with quality. Any minor issue we're addressed quickly, and delays were explained and followed up on in a timely manner. I again feel confident with my purchase from Centex. My future house shopping will be done with Centex homes.

From beginning to closing it was a smooth process. Everyone was helpful, the quality of the home and everything in between is great. Would certainly recommend to family friends and anyone desiring to purchase a home. Centex is the way to go!

We bypassed having to, or being able to, make any of the option choices. We have only found a few minor iss and, so far, ALMOST all of them have been handled promptly. We have been in the house for only one month, so still getting used to it, and the area.

The process of buying a house is very tiresome but when you get a dedicated team of professionals like the one at Centex they make it more easy that's what I learnt.

After the closing of the house , the sales agent doesn’t reply the general question. I had some mails coming . I just texted back to my agent . No reply . At he could have said he doesn’t know about that or talk to different person . No reply at all. Like we don’t have no relationship once his sale is completed .

Great process from beginning to end, they have a great process in place.

Over all very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately some things like the final cleaning of the house at closing were below par (probably contracted out) but Pulte has worked to get that corrected. Somethings concerning supply chain issues meant that certain things had to be supplied after moving in but again Pulte has been working to correct that and kept us informed. Again pleased with our house.

Overall pleased, they did a good job building my home.
