We had a good experience with the Centex Home Buying Experience and the sales individuals were fun to work with.

Closing was delayed multiple days because issues with the CO which cause me yo wait over 5 days after closing to receive my keys! After almost two months after closing I am still waiting for the home screens to be installed… very disappointed overall with the company

Working with Jordan, Keith, and Bruce was great! They were knowledgeable and responsive.

The poor and lack of communication on what is expected and delivered are to different things. We thought we were getting certain things that wasn't shown but turned out it wasn't even possible. Poor communication with issues doing the building process and many times I had to verify the things that were brought up. If we hadn't stayed on top of things we would have not gotten most of our items correct or right. From door handles, faucets, tiles in bathrooms, pendants and a host of other issues. I would not recommend to any friends or family to buy / build a home with your company period.

The whole process was seamless and on time. I am happy with the builders and the administrative personnel. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the whole process.

Will never recommend any Pulte product. Multiple issues involving workmanship, quality of materials, communication, follow up, deadlines, and the list goes on. We are still waiting on multiple items months after closing. If considering building with Pulte….don’t!

I was in the market for over a year. Found my great neighborhood and the home I wanted. CJ and Steven were wonderful to work with. They were kind, informative and great to work with! Great experience!

Overall pleased with the process. Would definitely recommend.

Some things like having to rework work that was already completed made the experience sour. Some issues are still on a waitlist to be completed.

If the contractors would do things right the first time and cared about their work then you would get fives all across So many things wrong in my house and it's always a promise coming next week next week never happens It should of been done right the first time I understand things are going to happen, leaving a big drywall hole behind my pedistql sink what a joke so many mess up

The house is great for the amount paid. Very spacious. Very modern.

Although Shawn, our building manager, had his hands tied a lot, I feel he did the best job he could for us. Contractors do seem to be the lowest bidders though. Often not showing up when they say they will. Centex had no contingency plan in place when their HVAC contractors quit on them. This lead to a couple of months delay. Holiday Pools refused to communicate with me about the project. Closing was delayed two weeks because the pool was not complete. This caused us to extend our stay at a local hotel and increased our out of packet expenses. Drywall has several splatters and the painters simply painted over them. Gloss paint for crown molding was overlapping the ceiling flat white in many areas. Had to reorder some tile and they used a different color grout when finishing. I see a few tile spacers still stuck in the grout. Our bathtub has to be refinished after contractors used ladders in the tub and scuff up the tub badly. Date of refinishing is estimated to be 4 months after closing! One window was broken at closing and has been repaired, but two windows are still missing trim that covers the installation screws after 40 days! We love our new Centex home.

It was a very simple process for this being my first home purchase, and it turned out great.

In addition to the raw materials used to build our new home, the people at Centex took the time of building as well great relations that foster a sense of safety and value. We truly are grateful for Raeleen, Ben and Michelle and how they were always at hand in answering and resolving all questions and requests. Everything was finished and completed with great quality and delivered with high detail.

Overcharging for houses that don’t have fans or garage door openers. Then telling me by not putting fans and garage door opener that I’m somehow saving money which is not at all.

It was a journey but Robin kept me informed at all times and was ready to answer questions

Waiting almost 3 months for minor repairs, I think that’s long enough!

Not a very great experience till now. we have seen houses that are being built around the area which have more build quality than ours

Not please with the project manager but everything else was good p.s need to change the type of toilet paper holders because they don't hold large rolls also need to make gutters standard.

I was always kept informed throughout the whole process of construction.

Rhonda was amazing, and so was Vernon! Rhonda was there for me every step of the way! I love the area, neighborhood, and most of all my home! I would recommend Centex/Pulte Homes to anyone. I am extremely satisfied!!

My experience with Centex was fantastic, the superintendent Josh and Jonathan were awesome they called me every week to give me updates anything I had a concern with they took care of right away very responsive could not have asked for a better experience. Even the sales woman was fantastic she was involved and took videos for us as well during the construction phase I would highly recommend Centex to anyone buying a home whether it’s your first home or multiple homes. Best homebuying experience I’ve ever had and this is my fifth home.

They only do the bare minimum and no follow up on issues.

Price is pretty comparable to other builders. The work however…SHODDY WORKMANSHIP!!! I wish I could post pictures. The turnaround time on the home was FAST but unfortunately the workmanship suffers. All the work from the cement subfloor to the paint and texture to the cabinets is poorly done. Unfortunately, we did not notice the majority of these things until we moved in. We closed two months earlier than expected so that should’ve been a red flag!!! Salesman and construction manager were very communicative though!
