Overall Centex did a great job on our home. Me just being nitpicky, these are topics i note; Should have use chair height toilets, they are the same price (usually). At least in the Master bath. I am a tall guy and currently have a long way down to that toilet seat. Whatever caulking they used for the bottom trim at the floor was either put on too thin, or just sucks. More often than not this caulking is cracking/splitting resulting in noticable splits. When i did my walkthrough, i had silverfish pointed out to me and was told they would die off. These things are still here. Why wouldnt you just bomb the place for the perspective buyer after construction is done? My brick wall is not the same height all the way around my house. Why? My house came with granite counters and was told that i should recoat for a sealer. You are charging $300k+ for a house. Would it be so hard for you to that 2nd coat for the buyer? Chris was amazing! He took great care of us during the construction phase of our home. He listened to all of our concerns along the way and patiently answered all questions. Chris made us feel like we were in good hands during the entire time!

The home buying process was really great with Centex! Everything went smoothly and our realtor and the construction manager were both great to work with as well as the mortgage team!

Everything was great. My only issue was I had asked our builder rep if our yard was going settle and was told it would and it wouldn’t be bumpy. Come to find out our yard was never rolled. So it’s been a bit of headache working with our case manager and communication. But overall my wife and I are happy with our new home.

My experience with Pulte home was fantastic from the beginning of the process to end. My only complaint is that for the first month I was having various issues with the home. With that being said the home is warranted and the issues were resolved quickly.

I had such a great experience with Centex. The whole process from start to finish was wonderful. They are very responsive and Blane and Doug made this whole experience enjoyable!

The sales agent was great, after we moved in or after purchasing the home, it became very hard to get any assistance from Centex representative. No response from the customer service number we were given. We still have issues that need fixing, the post inspection guys never showed up either in two consecutive appointments.

This is our first time buying a home so we did not know much about it. We are big on communication and professionalism. And that's exactly what everyone that worked with this did; communicate greatly starting with Michelle who showed us our forever home. She was honest, transparent, but most of all posituve and very professional. We greatly appreciate everything and are happy campers.

I love almost everything about my house. However, the only reason I wouldn’t go all out to give 5 stars for everything is because I don’t like the way the backyard was built.

Centex home is well built with reasonable price. The staffs are rapidly responsive to your concerns.

It is so nice get a lovely home with you, I think certain detail dont like too much is installing the fans on 6 rooms, why not you instal and put in price this reduce complications to the new owner.

Warrant department isn’t very responsive. Otherwise, overall, we’ve been super happy with the process, the build, and the home!

I did not have any issues with the builder/project manager. My experience with him was and continues to be great. He was great at responding to my concerns and was helpful when I needed something (either modify a thing in the house or repeat the process).

We were able to view the home and any problems were noted and repaired before closing. Closing went well.

I find it a great safe and very spacious area for all families

The process was extremely smooth and moved along very quickly. The new construction is as expected with some minor flaws from the builders, but that’s to be expected. So far, enjoying our new home.

Austin addressed the issues we had at the walk thru and took care of them in a timely manner. The experience of buying a Centex home was great and we really enjoy the new home. I would like to say it would be nice to pick out extra items if possible( like roof access ladders, shutters) Thank You

Our Sales Rep Ryan was a 10, our finish Construction Mgr. Ray was great to work with too. Home completed ahead of schedule, which in this day and age is unheard of. They put together a complete move in package and home was clean and ready for move when delivered to us. Overall, I would use them again. So far very happy customer.

As a first time buyer, my experience with centex homes was stress free and straightforward. Then incentives when you use their lenders is great. I will recommend them any day.

House is awesome, buying process was nice. It’s been a bit late, but found some parts that painters missed and contacted the main contact for the project, and he still hasn’t came. I know he’s busy, just can’t even get a text back. Some spots in house are a bit off. Like the bannister upstairs isn’t level; and I guess my inspector didn’t see that. But not a big deal, just noticed little things like that, that aren’t great. Other than that stuff, I love living here. Love the neighborhood. Layout could’ve been better for sure, but it works for now.
