Timely delivery of the home without any delay is very much admirable. Construction manager was a great person to work with and definitely helpful. Got some issues with appliances which is not expected for a new home

Great experience overall. No issues what do ever.

Ben was my builder, he made sure to answer all my questions without making things up if he did not know the answer, He made me think to myself that this "guy really cares". I feel that I got a great product and am comfortable with what I just sank a bunch of my hard earned money into. Most of all he was proud of his work. I find this to be a great quality in person, because they usually give it their best in the things they do. Thank you Ben and Troy.

When they gave me the house it had many details that it still has because the manager field has been very irresponsible in repairing them. He's had me fooled since closing. other than that he never answers. When he does it, he has never complied with coming to the house to repair the amount of details. They must take into consideration that the field manager is not a serious person.

My buying experience was Centex was 5 stars. The sales team and construction superintendent were responsive and great to work with.

Sales and construction staff are very helpful and friendly.

We purchased our home in Texas from Florida. Haley , the sales rep was extremely responsive to emails and questions. I asked for updates and pictures which she sent quickly. Always pleasant and helpful. The mortgage process was easy and quick. The on-site superintendent Landon kept us informed on building progress with weekly updates via email. Once we closed and moved in Chris the builder rep has been stellar in addressing the minor structural/cosmetic issues and resolving them quickly. The entire team is like a family. We are one of the first completed homes so we see the team almost daily in the neighborhood. Very nice people, and they care about what they do. We are very happy here so far. We love our house! It's beautiful and spacious! We're still waiting for our lawn, driveway, and refrigerator, but they will come, and it will only be more beautiful.

Stream lined buying process and the home quality build is great.

We had a fantastic experience from the pre-approval process all the way through closing.

This was our first home purchase/new build and we couldn't be happier with it! My only complaint is that the interior paint stains easily and has to be retouched as cleaning it removes the paint.

Everything went so smoothly with our home purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Skylar and Jake were both fantastic and helpful through out the whole process.

Over all Centex made it happen for us..we are so pleased.

Everyone involved was so helpful and attentive. They only issues we have had is with the paint used in the home and the way the flooring was laid - we already, after 1 month, have some boards that are lifting.

The builder is amazing. Whenever I contacted him, he replied so quickly. He was very caring.

The team was very supportive in asking questions and ensuring that we had to the information needed to succeed.

First time home buyer and had a very positive experience. The overall process was fairly smooth given the chaotic market. I felt that their was transparency through out.

Overall the house is great! Some trash that I had to pick up on move in day all around the exterior of the house and small dings in the kitchen that could have been repaired better but overall great all around purchase, very happy with my new home. Tyler did a great job explaining all the details of the house and Jeff was awesome with the home purchasing process. Mark at the office one of the coolest people I’ve met always happy and made the whole purchase of the house even more exciting.

Like the layout of the house. Bright & lots of sunlight. Good quality built home. The team was responsive to our calls during the building process. Good neighborhood and very convenient location.

Through the building process all the team , Laura, Kenny and AJ did a great job I will highly recommend CENTEX as your choose to your new home deem come true

Craftsmanship and materials super for the price point.

This is the 3rd new build I've bought over the years, it has been disappointing to see the many, many cosmetic touch ups it requires. That was not the case with my other new builds. I just make note of everything as we go along. With that being said, I enjoyed the professionalism and quick response of everyone in the home buying process. It is a great team. And I do love my house. It's the perfect fit for my family and I. I love the floor plan. Thank you, Centex!
