Overall, great experiences for home buy,

The floorpan I choose is great and meets the needs of my family. I love the location of the neighborhood and customer service -Keri-is wonderful. My Field Manager -Alex-is great, knowledgeable and helpful.

From start to finish, the experience was handled very professionally. The frontline sales associate was approachable and understanding, helping us make decisions that we still absolutely love. And she made keen suggestions based on our specific situation. The construction manager, who ran point during the latter end of the build, gave us accurate and precise timelines and information that was key to helping us plan accordingly. Needless to say, we have a ton of confidence that this team always performs at or above this level. Highly suggest this Carlson Place Georgetown Team if you are a first-time buyer, like we were. Also, if you are looking for a homebuilder who can navigate and handle the issues presented by industry shortages, freak Texas weather, and high demand for product, then Centex/Pulte should be at the top of your list. ... As a first time home buyer I was very overwhelmed with the idea of building a new home and was sooo worried about timeline delays and understanding the build process! Everyone I talked to from sales associates, to the project manager, mortgage team, everyone was very informative, took there time to explain every detail. I felt at ease throughout the process.

They use quality products in the home building process

The S. Bloomfield team (Scott and David) were fantastic to work with and made the buying experience a simple, and painless process. The workmanship was as expected and they have been awesome to work with in regards to touch-ups, discoveries and other minor issues that goes with home buying. Nothing is ever 100%, but they go above and beyond to ensure that things are done as expected!

Awesome place to leave

The builder team provided very good details information of the features of the property. Also, they responded in a timely fashion. The builder finished the property according to the date scheduled.

They're always there to answer questions. Ray and Quinn will answer your phone calls at anytime. That's wonderful. Even after closing my house, they still stop by to check if I'm doing okay. Not forget Michael and the tall guy with the maroon truck who are part of the company. That shows how cooperative , loving and togetherness there're. Total team work. Guys, continue with that spirit.

Very easy to work with

This was my first new home purchase and the group with Centex Homes really made the process as easy as possible. I am really enjoying my new home!

The team at Centex Homes works together as a cohesive unit to insure that your home building/buying experience is next to none. From the day first walk through the model home to the day we signed the closing papers we felt valued as a customer.

My sprinkle system has many problems. Leaking lines, sprinkle heads aimed in the wrong direction, doesn't seem to be enough pressure. Although the warranty people are responding to the problems. They need to check the entire system and fix all of them, not piece meal them.

The process from start to finish was made pretty easy, the sales rep helps you select a lot and floor plan, you put a deposit down and from there fill out documents with the loan team, get approved and the rest is smooth sailing. It's amazing to see how far our home has came in less 9months. Really glad we went with Centex.

Was very impressed overall with the builder and the quality of materials available. I appreciated the different upgrades to tend to different needs. I do wish for the paint upgrade that I could've changed the finish.

Excellent experience, they work fast and clean. I recommend them for your new house!!
