The experience I had with my bind at home was quick and fast Jordan was very helpful and cousin the house sooner than I was expected. And Patrick was very helpful with all the details I need to be done and him pointing out things I need to be done help a lot. And Patrick up to this point has always stopped by and check see if everything was OK with the hous.

Suprr smooth experience, they finish the house on the time frame they gave us, we barely have anything to "fix" after the walkaround. Pretty happy and satisfied.

When you buy a brand new home, you will expect everything will be nice and neat. However, it wasn't our case. After closing, when we went to our new home, we found out that the kitchen wall was leaking, and to fix the issue, they had to cut off our brand new home. While they were fixing the wall, they destroyed our grass, now there is no grass but full of muds. Hollows on the ground, broken door, broken garage door, broken fence, broken shower door, uneven ground, uneven window frames, and much more. How hard is it to inspect the house top to bottom after finishing? I definitely do not trust Centax and pulte's quality of work, I am more than positive that there are problems in this house to be found by me eventually. I can give 3 starts at least, because the warranty team ( Corey Yates, Joshua, and Jennifer ) is good at fixing the issues also good at communicating. If I knew that this company is this bad at attention to detail and lack of quality, Centex and Pulte wouldn't be my list. ... More

I love Pulte Homes! I really enjoyed the entire process of becoming a home owner, from talking with the sales team, the construction manager, etc. Very professional team!

I want to recommend CENTEX to everyone who is looking to buy a house. They were great every step of the way! They make sure the process was smooth and you can tell they CARE!!! Thank you for helping me get my parents their dream home!!

The Centex team were helpful and worked to get us in the house but the quality of the home is subpar. Windows are misshapen, walls aren’t straight, grass was laid poorly, etc. We’re not pleased and we might have made a mistake buying a home from Centex.

The homebuying process was excellent, and the home was delivered ahead of schedule, but the plumbing overlooked an issue which caused a flood on day two of homeownership. All repairs were covered, but verbal deadlines to complete that work were not met. Other small things have popped up or been noticed within the first month such as chipping paint, uneven cabinets, and some lack of finishes.

Adam was great throughout the whole process. Even once I was moved in he was attentive to our needs. Great experience all around. Kelly was great also.

There seem to be several quality issues- Landscaping- the sod refuses to grow, it was installed already brown and dead and has not grown or turned green regardless of watering. I would say at least 1/4 of the lawn was not actual sod but just grass clippings placed on top of dirt. - piping leaked under the sinks. Needed to have plumber fix. Took a few days - electrical issues with the water heater. Took almost 2 weeks to rectify. - it also appears the doors in the house were not undercut- they are approx. 1 1/2”-2” above the finished floor- all the doors. - we were told the home would be a “smart home” and yet the underground wires for internet are not complete and will not be complete for at least another month. The sales team gave us a Hot Spot puck, but that only provides enough for minimal wifi. So we don’t know when we will get actual wired wifi. - paint overspray all over the place from painters - concrete surfaces gave globs of mortar that were never chipped off. We moved from California, buying homes in California is like amputating your leg, unbearable pain and suffering. Buying a home from pulte centex was the best experience a home buyer could have. It was like sailing a boat, Steady as she goes.

The entire team did a great a job. The team did not only focus on me getting the house in 100% state but saw the Home in the house, the Family in the Home and the Love to be shared in the Home. Thanks!

Kim was very welcoming during the the beginning stage. Shawn and the Team included my daughter and made her feel apart of the whole process. House is beautiful. There were some delays due to economy issues. Obviously on new construction there's always things that need to be fixed. So far there very responsive and are willing to satisfy there customers. I'm fully confident in the Team on getting everything fixed. Over the course of the building process, we feel like we're family. Again, thanks to Shawn, Kim, Scott, Evan, and Asmir for everything.
