Customer service during the building process was excellent and now after we moved in it’s been great!

The home buying experience and the construction have been excellent. Everything in the house is perfect. The only problem that has not been resolved is outside drainage.

I had a great experience with Centex. A little rough patch in the beginning, but after that things just flow. All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. It was a real smooth process

From start to finish, the buying experience was pretty straightforward and easy. We love the overall design and layout of the house. There a few dings here and there, all minor, but builders have been quick to respond so far to fix them. The overall temperature insulation is excellent but one needs to add to the sound insulation inside the house.

Overall had a great experience. Andrew (construction) has been great with answering and sending updates before we moved in and has been responsive to post close issues. Mark (sales person) was not the nicest. Lied about certain things and just didn’t seem to care about us. Other sales rep was amazing and super nice.

Working with Centex was an awesome experience, thanks in large part to Vernon. He was such a great guy to work with, especially for us as first-time home buyers from out of state. He made everything smooth and straightforward, guiding us through the whole process with weekly updates and answering any questions we had. What set Vernon apart was his genuine interest in our needs and concerns. He was always ready to help, fixing all the things we spotted during the walk-throughs. His attention to detail and dedication to making us happy was something we couldn't help but appreciate. But it's not just about business with Vernon. He truly cares about the families who are moving into these homes. It's more than just selling houses to him; it's about helping families find their perfect home. You can really see this in how he'd stop by to say hello if he's driving through the neighborhood. It's these personal touches that make us feel like we're part of a community, not just homeowners. This home is exactly what I needed as far as the size of the house and the yard. I really enjoy it.

The process was fairly easy. Hopefully you have a computer because everything is done online.

Our family was looking for a house out of state. While there are a lot of stresses and frustrations looking for a house in your own town,looking for one out of state was scary to say the least. I can say with confidence that centex homes made the process clear, concise, and realistic. We received the best service I believe in house shopping and our home was build with quality. Any minor issue we're addressed quickly, and delays were explained and followed up on in a timely manner. I again feel confident with my purchase from Centex. My future house shopping will be done with Centex homes.

The team building our neighborhood, mike in sales and cody in construction are outstanding!!! Unfortunately the product is not great. Barely any grass what was given to us was dead. House was built with. Poor poor poor, materials and is very very noisy due to no insulation in the ceiling. The neighborhood is a disaster, from construction i've had two flat tires in my own yard. Pulte makes centex look bad. But I would use mike and cody for all of my future purchases.

I like that centex homes has granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. The builder's team was very helpful, they answered all our questions and did what they promised. The closing process was smooth with no issues.

This was a very interesting process in terms of things being asked for more than once but in the end so worth it

We decided to buy new rather than resale and are very pleased with our new Centex home. There have been a few small issues (as there always are) that have been addressed but nothing major. The buying process was easy and the house is of a great quality. We couldn't be happier with our decision!

Ryan my sales agent was always going the extra mile sending me pictures during the build. Ruben the construction manager provided us with a clean home on the move-in date. I really appreciate the Centex team effort. I love my new home! Like all new build homes we have a few issues. The construction teams are working on each. I definitely would recommend Centex as a quality builder.

From beginning to closing it was a smooth process. Everyone was helpful, the quality of the home and everything in between is great. Would certainly recommend to family friends and anyone desiring to purchase a home. Centex is the way to go!

Michael was a great builder. He was with us every step of the way and went above an beyond to explain each and every detail with us. He communicated in a timely manner. Even after moving in, he has been helpful in answering the occasional question.

As a first time home buyer purchasing completely on my own, I had sooooo many questions. Ardit was very helpful, proactive and addressed my questions and concerns the same day. He helped put my mind at ease throughout the process even after closing on the home.
