Lots of different people involved, but they were all great and very helpful. They walked me through each step from the walkthrough of the house to the move in day.

I had a good experience with Centex people while building my house, and the time to finish it was just as promised. Even after, they have been in touch and aware of any of my needs. Thank you!

Sales person as well as construction managers were very polite, knowledgeable and had great communication by email, phone and in person. Walk through visits, closing people and person who gave warranty documentation were great. But to deal with the real warranty people, I cannot say the same thing. Took extremely long time to respond that affected me with warranties on my electrodomestics. To make the long story short I still cannot use my dryer after six weeks of moving in.

Our last home was built by Pulte and we lived there for over 20 years. It was a great home. When purchasing a new home, we considered the reputation of home builders. Due to our past experience, we were happy to be able to purchase another Pulte built home.

All parts of the process weren't always the best, but the sales team and construction supervisors provide top-notch, individualized and special treatment. I appreciated them making this process so easy.

Pulte is very responsive to the customer and we greatly appreciate it! Build quality is probably dependent on the contractors hired. For our lot, rain water doesn't drain well, so parts of the lawn feels like a swamp with standing water. Overall, a good experience though, thank you.

The process with Centex it was very easy , faster and always with good communication, Michelle my sales representative it was always pending of the process, at the someway Mark the Building manager In the financial department Aaron was the perfect person to may this job , always try to get the operation to the ending, Very Happy in the Centex community

I had never heard of Centex until a colleague shared them with me and they build beautiful homes with floor plans that make sense. Their floor plans are functional, open and well thought out. I would certainly build with them again.

We bypassed having to, or being able to, make any of the option choices. We have only found a few minor iss and, so far, ALMOST all of them have been handled promptly. We have been in the house for only one month, so still getting used to it, and the area.

Summerlyn West is a good neighborhood located closed it 183A highway. The prices in this house are relatively cheaper when compared to other nearby communities.

Everyone I worked with was great. They were able to answer any questions. When we couldn’t get internet service when we first moved in they set us up with a hotspot to use until internet became available. My one complaint is none of the cabinet doors or drawers come with “pulls”. Also the entire house came with “flat” paint which scuffs too easily and is hard to clean up. I wish they would have used a satin finish instead.Our head builder Mike and selling agent CJ have been amazing to work with allowing me to change closing date without penalty and keeping me informed of the building process etc ... As a first time homebuyer who had been searching for a couple or years, it was refreshing to see a builder that took the time to keep us updated and take care of us. We were made aware of what was going on, every step of the way. And due to the market declining, they even gave us a discount! I don't think I've ever heard of another builder doing so. It was very much appreciated! I understand this area is not as high demand, and profits needs to be made, but it would be nice to have a small park or community area. There's still plenty of land left to do so. I feel it would definitely bring people in, vs the other neighborhoods around us. I also understand that cuts had to be made and supply chain issues are still very much there. But it would have been nice to have more options on the materials used, or the appliances. I wouldn't have mjnded paying for higher quality items. Hopefully now that things have calmed down, they will go back to that. Other than that, I don't have any more complaints. It was a very smoorh process (for the most part) and Centex has definitely proved its worth. ... More

The process of buying a house is very tiresome but when you get a dedicated team of professionals like the one at Centex they make it more easy that's what I learnt.
