I've lived in several homes in my life. This one has many positive attributes with few negative ones. Overall, a very well built house.

Nothing is perfect but enjoying my townhome very much.

Had a great experience from start to finish! My project manager quit right after I closed, so some of the items I was promised feel on deaf ears. Other than that I lOVE my house!

We are so happy with our new home. Our home is beautiful, everything is working correctly until now. The sales representative and construction manager are fantastic. We had a wonderful experience with Centex and Pulte group.

Great group of people

Overall my wife and I have had a great experience buying our new home. It was designed by a previous home buyer who received military orders before they could close, so we were very lucky to find it. The overall design and layout are perfect! The closing experience was very easy, and our field manager has been awesome! Only gave four stars on workmanship because we recently sprung a leak in our master bathroom shower... However, the warranty service is very quick to respond and we have a plumber scheduled to do the repairs within a few days.

Great value for the house we had built!

My new home is beautiful and I'm so very excited to live in it. I've had a few issues pop up but the warranty customer service has been too notch so far. Highly recommended!

You must remember new does not mean perfect but we can honestly say that all of our concerns, which were very few, have been addressed in a very prompt and professional manner. We would recommend anyone looking to build a new home to strongly consider Centex/Pulte homes. . Also since your home is more than likely the biggest purchase you make in your lifetime we would advise anyone having a new home built by any builder to hire an independent inspector to inspect the home at different phases to make sure everything is being done correctly. We were very lucky that we had a great construction manager so there were very few issues during our build. ... More

The on site management has been responsive to our needs and helpful with questions and resolutions to any problems that have come up after our initial occupancy. All issues have been addressed with a timely and professional approach. This is the second home I have had built. My first experience was positive, but this experience surpassed it.
