This home is exactly what I needed as far as the size of the house and the yard. I really enjoy it.

The process was fairly easy. Hopefully you have a computer because everything is done online.

I like that centex homes has granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. The builder's team was very helpful, they answered all our questions and did what they promised. The closing process was smooth with no issues.

This was a very interesting process in terms of things being asked for more than once but in the end so worth it

Ryan my sales agent was always going the extra mile sending me pictures during the build. Ruben the construction manager provided us with a clean home on the move-in date. I really appreciate the Centex team effort. I love my new home! Like all new build homes we have a few issues. The construction teams are working on each. I definitely would recommend Centex as a quality builder.

Michael was a great builder. He was with us every step of the way and went above an beyond to explain each and every detail with us. He communicated in a timely manner. Even after moving in, he has been helpful in answering the occasional question.

We couldn't be happier with our Builder, Mike. Everything was completed before we closed. Very quick and responsive with the very few touch ups that we requested as well.

Lots of different people involved, but they were all great and very helpful. They walked me through each step from the walkthrough of the house to the move in day.

I had a good experience with Centex people while building my house, and the time to finish it was just as promised. Even after, they have been in touch and aware of any of my needs. Thank you!

Delivery times accurate Detailed inspection needed before your closing date (highly suggest a private inspector)

All parts of the process weren't always the best, but the sales team and construction supervisors provide top-notch, individualized and special treatment. I appreciated them making this process so easy.

Pulte is very responsive to the customer and we greatly appreciate it! Build quality is probably dependent on the contractors hired. For our lot, rain water doesn't drain well, so parts of the lawn feels like a swamp with standing water. Overall, a good experience though, thank you.

The process with Centex it was very easy , faster and always with good communication, Michelle my sales representative it was always pending of the process, at the someway Mark the Building manager In the financial department Aaron was the perfect person to may this job , always try to get the operation to the ending, Very Happy in the Centex community

Summerlyn West is a good neighborhood located closed it 183A highway. The prices in this house are relatively cheaper when compared to other nearby communities.

Very Good experience, specially with the sales management team. Centex should be the first choice when shopping for houses.

As a first time homebuyer who had been searching for a couple or years, it was refreshing to see a builder that took the time to keep us updated and take care of us. We were made aware of what was going on, every step of the way. And due to the market declining, they even gave us a discount! I don't think I've ever heard of another builder doing so. It was very much appreciated! I understand this area is not as high demand, and profits needs to be made, but it would be nice to have a small park or community area. There's still plenty of land left to do so. I feel it would definitely bring people in, vs the other neighborhoods around us. I also understand that cuts had to be made and supply chain issues are still very much there. But it would have been nice to have more options on the materials used, or the appliances. I wouldn't have mjnded paying for higher quality items. Hopefully now that things have calmed down, they will go back to that. Other than that, I don't have any more complaints. It was a very smoorh process (for the most part) and Centex has definitely proved its worth. ... More

Just wanted to keep it short and sweet, Centex made the home buying experience as easy as possible. They were timely, kept me in the loop on updates, were professional and were accommodating in explaining the process and lightening the stress. Shout out to Kelli and Matt for being wonderful and helpful.

My overall experience was very pleasant.

Juan Pablo was easily the best part of our experience. We had heard dreadful stories of people dealing with builders, but JP exceeded our expectations. He walked us through each part of the process and was always available for questions/ concerns.

Very good subdivision..I love it,the houses are very homey..the landscaping in the area is superb. Myra and Cody are very knowledgeable in their work and with good customer service ..

Fast and easy home buying process. Great first family home we have ever bought and couldn’t complain about anything so far.

Overall the craftsmanship is good. The time it took them to finish was appropriate and on time. Small blemishes but I'm not that picky. But I can see them needing to get this right in the future.
