I'm happy to have purchased my first townhome in Rego Palms. I had a pleasant experience thanks to Dwane and Dawn the Centex on-site managers. They were very attentive, personable and ensuring that any issues will be resolved timely; which they were. I'm happy to have made my first townhome purchase a Centex built home :)

My home is beautiful. There were just two things that were supposed to be taken care of that weren't. Hopefully those two things will still be able to be fixed,as promised. Other than that, my home is just perfect.

From Laura to Chris, everyone associated with the buying and building of my home was very attentive and helpful. Corporate was also instrumental in assisting with any concerns. Very happy and excited to be living in this community.

The agent and staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All questions or concerns were addressed so quickly. The Centex team from initial showing to final closing made my experience comfortable, easy and stress free. Thank you much!

We are first time homeowners and expected a big heartache while purchasing. Centex made this experience easy. When we moved in there was an issue with the electrical in our master bedroom but they sent an electrician out in the same week and the problem is fixed.

A dire warning to anyone: DO NOT use Pulte Mortgage, you will never run into a bigger nightmare. Please Google "Pulte Mortgage Reviews" and decide for yourself. That probably disqualifies my review from being posted but I'm just being honest. But the homes are a great value. Very few issues came up throughout the entire process and they addressed them promptly. We love our new home and the community.

My overall experience, from the initial purchase to move-in, was mostly positive. The process experienced a few delays, but communication from the builder was generally clear and professional. The quality of the home is acceptable and likely aligns with my expectations for the price. Although some minor issues were reported and addressed by the builder, no significant problems have arisen since moving in. The builder’s team was responsive and mostly kept their promises. Shannon did everything she could possible to make it worthwhile to get into my home. Price was right. House was ready for move in. Aaron made the walk thru happen with no glytches.

I just purchased a home at Mavera community. Haven't had the experience of living in it yet. Mainly choice it for the beautiful nice atmosphere, and amenities it has to offer. My experience purchasing this house wouldn't have been great if it wasn't for the dedication and hard work of the warranty and construction team. Christopher and especial kudos to Coleman! Very knowledgeable, provided valuable information. Communicate effectively. Was very supportive, patient, caring and kind. Always willing to help resolve any issues or concerns I had with the house. Alena was most helpful, courteous, and exceedingly willing to explain all aspects of what the builder offers. Always courteous with my phone calls while I was still in Virginia. Even after I finally moved in my new home, she still helped me with questions I had. Ryan also offered excellent service with a sheet mirror that had scratches and ordered a replacement. It was replaced within 7 days. Never did either employee feel interrupted when I contacted them with questions. I have to say that they are two of the main reasons that I feel that I made the right decision to move to Bradford Pointe.

My overall experience with Pulte/Centex builders has been very positive and pleasant. My construction manager, John, has been AMAZING from start to finish, and he continues to update me & respond when I have questions or concerns even after moving in. The weekly emails and pictures were so impressive and very helpful, keeping me informed when I was living over 550 miles away. The customer service follow through via email responses and phone calls is some of the best I've ever encountered. This includes all Pulte/Centex team members. The purchase process was simple. We did not finance so the sale went quickly. We were sent pictures of the building process. Construction was finished in a timely fashion. No complaints. David was wonderful to work with. He went the extra mile to help us whenever he could. Seeing that we live out of state we had a few questions and David answered them in a quick manner. 2 days prior to closing we walked the house with the construction manager and David spent the time to take us through the house and make sure everything was addressed. House was immaculate. No complaints. And if we had questions we had plenty of time to talk. That part was great and stress free. However.... What we have found frustrating is trying to get anyone to answer questions from the homeowners association after closing. Many of the questions we had could have / should have been addressed at closing. How do we handle association fees? Who do we talk to with questions? What is the "Q" app? Who handles the Q app? 14 emails and phone calls later we were forced to contact our sales agent and find out why no one picks up the phone or responds to emails. Let's not get started about association fees... We knew the amount. They were paid for the quarter at closing. We have received 3 letters stating our fees are behind and we are being charged late fees and interest. Phone calls and emails later with no one returning either again we were forced to contact sales agent. Let me state this. We love our new home. Couldn't be happier. It's beautiful. But unfortunately we have lost a lot of confidence with who is actually in charge of running the association. There's too many moving parts and no one seems to know what the other is doing or in our case not doing. It's been extremely frustrating and frankly a little scary. Many if not all of the questions /issues we had could have defiantly been addressed or handled at closing. And let's not talk about the Gate issues. Which is the only way to get to our home. No one person is responsible for any one thing and if they are no one is saying. Closing was a breeze. Very simple especially from out of state. Closing company awesome. Staff prompt in answering questions and actually returning phone calls and knowledgeable. I do have one suggestion. I do understand the reason why appliances are included in the sale. But...Purchaser should have the option to exclude them. We ended up donating our appliances and purchasing top of the line fridge,refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer. We feel the appliances included were not up to the standard of the rest of our home. There's much more to be said. But space is limited. Cathy our sales agent is exceptional and awesome. David our construction manager should receive a gold star. He helped us more than he had to. These two people have made the purchase of our second home a wonderful experience. Still new here, but so far everything seems great! Supposedly I have 9 or 10 months to bring up any issues. So I’ll know more then.

We have only been in our house for a few days, the overall experience is pleasant, we hope to build our home in this place for many years.

My experience with Pulte home was fantastic from the beginning of the process to end. My only complaint is that for the first month I was having various issues with the home. With that being said the home is warranted and the issues were resolved quickly.

Warrant department isn’t very responsive. Otherwise, overall, we’ve been super happy with the process, the build, and the home!

I did not have any issues with the builder/project manager. My experience with him was and continues to be great. He was great at responding to my concerns and was helpful when I needed something (either modify a thing in the house or repeat the process).

House is awesome, buying process was nice. It’s been a bit late, but found some parts that painters missed and contacted the main contact for the project, and he still hasn’t came. I know he’s busy, just can’t even get a text back. Some spots in house are a bit off. Like the bannister upstairs isn’t level; and I guess my inspector didn’t see that. But not a big deal, just noticed little things like that, that aren’t great. Other than that stuff, I love living here. Love the neighborhood. Layout could’ve been better for sure, but it works for now.

Our family had a great experience with centex builders. The team was professional, kind, and timely.
