Builder rep brian extremely helpful. Misti from pulte morgage was a life saver

Kristin was always available to answer questions, just like Ardit. Weekly updates kept us in the loop on schedules and when we could expect things to happen. not only did they keep us informed, but we moved in ahead of the projected completion date! The buying process was so easy, it was almost scary!

Construction people gave timely updates on build progress and the mortgage people at the closing office were really nice.

Pulte Homes is a large corporation with many different subsidiary companies. From Sales, mortgage, insurance, builders, and finally Title company employees. All of them were very attentive, courteous, and helpful. The mortgage company reps were especially helpful and eager to try to have us come under their umbrella. One drawback to the constant attention was it was difficult to break away with a different company for any part of the purchase. And, the only somewhat annoying thing, was how many reviews I had to do after it was done. I think this is the third review I have given. The Centex team was very professional and helpful. After searching for several months for a home, the Centex team was a refreshing change. The process went quickly and everything was just as they said it would be with no surprises.

I had a great experience overall. Janel and Cameron was great, always kept me updated on the process and answered any questions during a timely matter. They were Awesome!

The home buying process was seamless from the initial phone call to schedule a tour of the model home to closing. I’ve only needed 1 minor repair & customer service & the trades have been courteous and responsive & the issue was resolved quickly.

Brendan was really great at our walk throughs and handling any follow up issues. I felt very trusting with him and appreciate his thoroughness. Overall I am very pleased with my homebuying experience

Overall it was a quick and smooth process. Team (everyone) was so responsive when I had any doubt. The house was completed on time and we closed as planned.

The entire team is amazing from the start to the end every person I dealt with was professional and very helpful. Tawana explained the buying process to the building clearly. It was a joy to work with Patrick and hear how much pride he takes in building each home. I love the weekly updates I received from both and every call and text of mine were always answered. The team is superb! I would recommend this team and builder to everyone looking to buy a new home.

I am already moved in Kingfield community eight months ago and I love centex house very much they built the house good quality and good price that why I told my wife got another one and the builder very friendly they help me when I need help

You need to watch over the building of your new home if you can. You should take a walk through about once a week to insure the little things are taken care of before you close on the building. You do have 30 days after closing to let the builder know about things to be corrected; but many times it will take them two or months to get around to correcting the issues.

Timely delivery of the home without any delay is very much admirable. Construction manager was a great person to work with and definitely helpful. Got some issues with appliances which is not expected for a new home

Stream lined buying process and the home quality build is great.

Everyone involved was so helpful and attentive. They only issues we have had is with the paint used in the home and the way the flooring was laid - we already, after 1 month, have some boards that are lifting.
