Garage paint was chipped, brought it up twice and was told someone would be out yo fix it and no one ever showed up. Dryer breaker keeps tripping. House is not of quality for amount paid for

The process was easy and enjoyable. They cooperated and answer all of our questions. The quality is high.

I love my home but I do not like the paint used. Basically I will need to repaint the entire place. You can't clean the walls or doors because the paint is so cheap. Also beware of the sprinkler system. My 1st water bill was $379!

Brad and Alex were super excellent!! My home is beyond amazing. We used Pulte Mortgage (that experience was not so pleasant, which almost ruined the entire experience) Overall I love my house and it was all worth it.

Terrible, terrible buying experience. Builder purposely delayed close because we chose to use a third party lender. We were homeless living in an extended stay hotel with our pets for weeks because of their intentional delays. Pulte Mortgage was EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE in trying to keep us from going elsewhere. The “incentives” they offer buyers are eaten up by their ridiculously high fees, so you actually net zero dollars towards the purchase. The closing agent from Pulte was extremely rude during the signing. The build quality is seriously lacking. There was no attention to detail. Baseboards don’t line up throughout the house. There’s just gobs of caulk to cover their laziness which looks terrible. There are tacks sticking up through the carpet in areas and we keep getting poked by them. There’s paint spatter all over the vinyl plank floors, and glue from the installation of said floors was left to dry and harden so we have to use a putty knife and goo remover to scrape it off. I finally just gave up and put area rugs down. The paint used throughout is a flat sheen so every touch of the walls leaves a mark. And you cannot wipe the walls to remove the marks because the paint comes right off because they didn’t do several coats. You have to repaint each and every spot where there is a mark. The joints on the plastic coated MDF cabinets weren’t sealed nor was the shoe moulding. The cabinets are tiny and do not hold much. There are no drawers in either bathroom vanity. No drawers you ask? Nope. We have no storage in the bathrooms. We had to buy several pieces of furniture just for the storage. We had no electricity to the kitchen island and had to wait a month before it was fixed. Toilets and HVAC registers were installed crooked and not corrected despite our requesting it during final walk through. Sod was laid right over the weeds. The grass is dead in the extreme heat, but the weeds are flourishing. I will say the representative who I initially communicated with was very nice and helpful and our construction manager was great. The warranty work we’ve requested has been handled expediently. Our overall experience was a huge disappointment. We were so excited to have a brand new home and that was ruined by Pulte/Centex. The overall quality of the build is very, very poor. The tradesman used are just lazy and have no pride in their work. They do the absolute minimum and it shows. Just go elsewhere and maybe pay more but have a better finished product and a builder who doesn’t play childish games with people’s lives. ... More

Everything went pretty smooth till the last day- felt very rushed by builder to get my signature, there were several issues that were supposed to get addressed that took a long time and several calls and e-mail to get them come out- doesn’t make sense since there’s other house being built on the same subdivision- I know they are busy but so am I- work should of been done right before closing- there’s still things that stand out like paint discoloration

I have unfinished job at my home, that I have been calling concern authorities to come and complete, they keep pushing me around .the wooden frame by my a washer need to be installed

Great experience with timely communication.

Katie was very helpful when we got to pick things out. Reid was our go to guy every step of the way he kept us well informed weekly with pictures and updates since we were out of state. We have a list of minor things that need to be done but Reid has been scheduling the work to be done. We were disappointed in the settlement no one from the builders office came to meet us and go over the warranty or the HOA we felt it was a little impersonal.

I have called the office regarding breaks/deep cracks in the garage that should be repaired before the cracks get larger. If I bought a car and didn’t see the dents until I got home, the car would be returned for another car or the dents repaired. I could put cement down to repair the cracks but I paid for a new house without cracks and holes. There is a space between the back of the kitchen cabinet and the wall. The back post was defective; it was taken down and replaced. For the 4th of July holiday there was no type of celebration for this community; the pool has not been opened and nothing has been said about when it will be available for the community to swim. I thought there would be flyers regarding community activities, but there has been nothing. ... More

Whoever approved the bathroom design, had no interest in quality. The cheapest paint is throughout the house. And around the tub. It can get wet or washes off of the wall. ?? Who approved this as a family home. White walls that you can not whipe clean? The finish work is terrible, chunks of debris painted into floor boards. Floor is rubber and thinner then card stock. Very disappointed in the quality of work. The lack of care or attention to detail is appalling. It would be nice if issues got addressed properly. Or done correctly the first time.

I would advise anyone to make sure a thorough review or walk through is conducted, and areas needing to be corrected are addressed prior to closing. Our overall buying experience was good, it’s the quality and attention to detail, esp. the workmanship which is the problem.

Several issues throughout the buying/building process. While CJ, the sales agent, was great The overall process was cumbersome. For starters we went into contract back in August of 2021 and did not close until May of 2022. This would have been acceptable had the craftsmanship of the home reflected the time spent waiting on the build. Unfortunately it does not. I monitored the progress of the home and each time a trade came to the home they were in and out in a day or two. The trades are still rushing these homes as if they are on a tight build schedule, which they are not. Several quality issues along the way, and although they were addressed, there are things that were done to a poor standard that I now have to deal with warranty to attempt and correct. Our brand new home flooded 24 hours after we moved in due to the test plug in the main drain out not being removed after the stress eat on the home plumbing. Again, another failure of your trades and your construction managers. It then took 6 weeks to get everything repaired, and I am still having to deal with subpar craftsmanship and have things redone with more time spent. I’ve had to take numerous days off of work dealing with all of this and still my house is not back the way it was when I bought it. My family and I are so fatigued from having to deal with all of this I finally told Tim, the warranty manager, to hold off on further repairs just to give us a break. To date I have had repair people in our home more days then not. I’m still dealing with improperly seal glass in my master shower, something they already sent the glass company out to repair, yet it was not repaired. The list of unacceptable workmanship and material goes on and on. More and more things pop up and My family and I are so frustrated we simply don’t have it in us to deal with it all. Several items that were supposed to be done prior to closing were not and unfortunately due to this market I really had no choice but to move forward with closing on this home. If we could sell this home and be done with it we would but unfortunately that is not an option. Although Tim has assured me he will address all of the issues I have my doubts. This is not a knock on Tim but simply a lack of trust in the trades and in your process. Throughout all of this there has been no compensation for all my lost time, the stress this has put on my family, and the overall disaster that buying a centex home has been. The team at Sales Office and Loan consultants are extremely professional. They guided me through all obstacles and got my loan approved quick. Highly reccommended and definitely buying home from Pulte again.

Home buying experience with Centex was better than I expected. The construction team was awesome and sales office team was great! They demonstrated a great first impression. Process was easy, hassle free. Homes are well built, quality products. We are very pleased!

The experience was good for me

The home buying process was seamless from the initial phone call to schedule a tour of the model home to closing. I’ve only needed 1 minor repair & customer service & the trades have been courteous and responsive & the issue was resolved quickly.

Okay, I don't exactly go buying homes on a regular basis, but if I did, I'd buy from Centex/Pulte again. My experience with the Centex team before, during, and after the home purchase has been stellar. All their various subsidiaries, from insurance to underwriting have been great to work with. They've been very responsive to my questions. The quality of the home has met my expectations of a new build and the warranties that are included are fair and reasonable. I have zero complaints.

The experience of selecting options and then making design choices was not fun at all. Do not assume what each options include - u will be sorry. Things u think would obviously be part of an option as it is titled are not. Common sense does not apply. U need to ask a ton of specific questions to ensure u r getting what u expect. If u have conversations with your PM and something is promised, get it in writing. They will come back and say they misspoke or they were overruled by their management.

Professional service, quality built home, best price in our area

Recently I moved to Centex home at WinnRidge. The home buying process was smooth but the quality of the house is not up to the mark. The carpet is very thin and everywhere nails are there. Asked to fix the same but the manager told if they fix the nails it will remove the warranty. Really not happy with the process and product quality.
