I seriously feel what was promised was not delivered. Your moto is quality and ease. There is nothing quality about the materials used to build these homes in fact i think your excuse well used was the pandemic and materials well welcome to the new way of life and replacing materials with cheaper products is what we paid for. Your painters should be fired. who on earth offers a finished homes with bumps and lumps and bad patching of mistakes on the walls. Counter tops who on earth hires a company who can not fit the tops correctly or properly and I can go on. You have at least 89% of home owners in here who feel cheated and they are going to voice their opinions to advise new home buyers to look the other way as we will too. The buying process was great, from the loan processing stage to closing, I got enough support and information. The construction was fast and they delivered in a timely manner, except for a little hitch after closing which they are working on fixing. Overall, it was awesome with Centex homes.

During the house walkthrough is important to check everything with a magnifier glass, we still finding irregularities in the house, broken features. Repairs might take a while.

We have had water leaking in our ceiling initially they sent someone out right away but now can’t reach them to fix the drywall damage. We have barely been in our new home for a month and have already had a few issues. Not very happy with them not getting back to us in a timely manner.

Everything seemed to move smoothly throughout the while process. Communication was excellent! (we had Kristen and Carter). This is our first time buying a home so we didn't know what to expect, but all questions were answered quickly and fully. We've only been in the house for just over a month, but no big issues and the small issues that came up with quickly resolved.

The interior paint workmanship is very poor, basically half of the area is unevenly painted, and the rest are well done

Overall the experience was ok. Quality of the materials used was poor. Also the whole house inside was painted with a flat paint not a semi gloss. We had to repaint the whole house. We have been in the house a little over a month and the fence is falling apart. Not good

The quality of craftmanship in our brand new house is absolutely horrible. The paint and drywall looks like an eight year old did it. Every room has a punch list of touch ups and fixes that my wife and I are still going through and fixing. Centex and Pulte obviously do not care in the least bit in the quality of contractors they hire throughout the building process. My biggest worry is the quality and sustainability of everything you can't see. Structural integrity, wiring, A/C.....etc. Bottom line, a lot of money for a horrible experience and even worse quality.

I would get weekly updates from the builders which was great! Closer to closing we did a walk through and the guy was very nice and great at explaining our warranty. Definitely felt heard with any concerns!

The builders of Centex were very professional, knowledgeable, and make me feel very confident that I made the right choice buying a home at Newberry point. Very professional team and honest!

We would certainly buy this home again. Expectations were met or exceeded. Tom in sales was great.

Great process, terrific results, good overall experience

I wanted a new construction home to be the first person to walk in and enjoy the home. Instead I’ve been here for a month and it looks like 5 years. The paint is terrible. They used flat paint and every time you touch it it becomes marked in some way. I tried to wipe it off and the paint came off. The plumbing fixture weren’t attached to the wall and the air vents not flushed. A hole in the wall that wasn’t there during the prewalk and still hadn’t been repaired. I understand that COVID slowed things down but this is just poor quality and overall sloppy build. I’m disappointed.

We went into building our home knowing many people have different experiences. Overall we had less issues than others in our neighborhood. However, we are happy with our home and are waiting for a few things to be rectified but the home itself is great!

We are very happy with our new home. The quality and workmanship is wonderful. The only issues we had would be delays with supplies. These issues caused the moving delays by 6 months which caused us concerns as we were very anxious to move in.

I love my first new home very nice community few people that I met are nice and friendly I think I’m going to love this place

The buying process from start to finish was a easy smooth process. All questions were answered in a timely manner and the house was completed on time.

The workers are inconsiderate, sloppy, rude and very messy. The cleaning people are non existent they may wipe down but DO NOT clean. Workmanship could take their time and do a lot of things better and not half way and messy. It should not be ALL on the warranty to try and get everything fixed that should have been done the right way the first time!!!

Our experience with Centex has been nothing short of excellent. From the initial sale until closing, the process has been smooth and without surprises. Finley (site mgr) kept us up to date with progress photos along with emails through each stage of ther build. Although there were issues with the home after possession, Gustavos ensured it was resolved quickly. As for the price of homes, Centex provided good value for what they charge. I would not hesitate to purchase again from this builder.

Still waiting for numerous repairs that were identified prior to closing (May, 2022). I’m praying that the service improves.

Our home was exactly what we wanted and we’re so happy we had our house built by Centex. Building Manager Alex is the BEST EVER!!!
