Awesome service from beginning to end

Sorry to say there is trash everywhere.

The overall experience was fine. The mortgage process was a very smooth process and the people that I worked with were excellent.

Neal was amazing. He took the time to answer all of our questions. Overall good experience.

Everyone I worked with was great. They were able to answer any questions. When we couldn’t get internet service when we first moved in they set us up with a hotspot to use until internet became available. My one complaint is none of the cabinet doors or drawers come with “pulls”. Also the entire house came with “flat” paint which scuffs too easily and is hard to clean up. I wish they would have used a satin finish instead.Our head builder Mike and selling agent CJ have been amazing to work with allowing me to change closing date without penalty and keeping me informed of the building process etc ... The rooms are so pretty and big

At all times we got help from the builder Chris and the sales agent Michelle, excellent attention

Our sales person and construction manager were great. Overall the house is fine, my only complaint is about the paint used. It’s a flat paint (which we weren’t told a difference as first time buyers) so it’s impossible to clean, we’ll have to repaint the house which is unfortunate to think about when you just move in. Otherwise it’s great.

Quality of products to build home are LOW. WINDOWS ARE 'CHEAP' type. Paid over 500k, i would expect at least a tilt in but expected double hung style. Craftmanship is average to low. No access to front of attic area over garage or front of house. Layout of home is excellent. Outside looks very nice.

Get an inspection from a private inspector.

The buying process was great, from the loan processing stage to closing, I got enough support and information. The construction was fast and they delivered in a timely manner, except for a little hitch after closing which they are working on fixing. Overall, it was awesome with Centex homes.

During the house walkthrough is important to check everything with a magnifier glass, we still finding irregularities in the house, broken features. Repairs might take a while.

We would certainly buy this home again. Expectations were met or exceeded. Tom in sales was great.

We purchased our home in Texas from Florida. Haley , the sales rep was extremely responsive to emails and questions. I asked for updates and pictures which she sent quickly. Always pleasant and helpful. The mortgage process was easy and quick. The on-site superintendent Landon kept us informed on building progress with weekly updates via email. Once we closed and moved in Chris the builder rep has been stellar in addressing the minor structural/cosmetic issues and resolving them quickly. The entire team is like a family. We are one of the first completed homes so we see the team almost daily in the neighborhood. Very nice people, and they care about what they do. We are very happy here so far. We had a fantastic experience from the pre-approval process all the way through closing.

Like the layout of the house. Bright & lots of sunlight. Good quality built home. The team was responsive to our calls during the building process. Good neighborhood and very convenient location.

Through the building process all the team , Laura, Kenny and AJ did a great job I will highly recommend CENTEX as your choose to your new home deem come true

Building process went smooth, without delays. House looks good, quality of building is descent, small issues exist, but they will be easily fixed by builder. Building team provide information during the building process, was easy to access and communicate. I will definitely recommend the potential buyers to become clients of that builder.

Great team and very responsive to any concerns or issues

Home warranty responses are very slow. Have not fixed the problems yet.

We’ve been in our home about a month and a half now and we love it. We have only had minimal issues as far as things that needed to be fixed after close, and those things were handled quickly under our warranty request. Overall, great build quality and fantastic communication from the site manager Lilly.
